A little backstory on myself before the actual review. I bought my first car back in October for my birthday. A 2024 Hyundai Elantra. I loved this car, drove it everyday for a good month and a half. Then boom, someone hit and runs me, luckily I wasn t present in the car. I saw the damage once I left my house and saw my car the way it was badly injured. The front left headlight was hanging on for dear life, which made my car un safe to drive. I was so upset that I didn t catch who did it, and upset that I only had just gotten this car a month prior and its already been a victim to someone who wanted to play bumper cars with me. I didn t know a trusted place to send my car to get it fixed. Until my girlfriend s mom recommended Butch s Auto Shop. The people were very nice. I know I probably bugged them from the amount of times I ve called up there to check in on my car, but they were nice to me and patient. They were also understanding and answered any questions I had. Considering I am a young person who has never dealt with this before, they made everything seem simple and understandable. The day I came to pick up my car it was washed and cleaned inside and out, and I thank them because I literally was gonna go to the car wash the same day the accident occurred. My car was fully restored with everything exactly where they were supposed to be. No worrying about them stealing any of your items either, they don t do that. I also didn t get anyone s names so I can commend them individually, but honestly the whole crew is great. Thank you for fixing my car, if (God forbid) my car gets struck again, I know where to send it to.

Mr. Eric and his team are tremendously amazing, professional and most all, they have great customer service! Everytime I come here, I'm never disappointed. They are very knowledgeable of the car insurance business and rental car companies in the DMV. Their something like lobbyists. They will advocate for you and ensure, that you will receive the BEST service ever. If you have an attitude on your way there, I guarantee you won't have one when you walk through those doors. Just imagine your self walking into a luxurious spa and the first thing you will encounter will be the calming fragrance, cleanliness and welcoming staff....that's Butch's Auto Body and Painting shop. You will drive away feeling good!

Butch and his team are excellent! I wouldn t go anywhere else. I love the too-tier customer service from his admin staff. They were transparent about the process and the cost of the repair. The turnaround time was impressive. I was in and out, which saved me money on a rental.

Anna took perfect care of my Gigi. Someone hit and ran and put dents in my beautiful baby and NOW she looks brand new. Thank you so much for taking good care of my Gigi. You guys are the greatest. Ana was amazing and helped me and my mother with every single small detail, to making sure we had name brand parts, aswell as making sure we were 100% satisfied with the repairs. She made the experience incredible beyond words and i am beyond satisfied, Butchs auto body will always have a special place in me and my mothers heart, as we ve been going to them for about 5 years now, eric, his wife, and ana are an incredible team and i would never trade body shops for any other body shop in the world. Thank you ana for your hard work and dedication, you were amazing and im sure you will continue to be, you are the absolute best!

This place is Amazing!! My car was involved in an accident and I had it towed here. After all the work , my car looked like it just left the show room floor from the dealer I was very satisfied with the finished product! Sabrina is so AMAZING!!! She is Sweet, professional and very helpful and kept me updated with everything while they worked on my car. Thank you Sabrina!! I recommend Butch s Auto Body Shop for any kind of body work!!! They get it done and it s going to look Great

I want to thank Sabrina and Ana for their outstanding customer service. These two ladies were very knowledgeable on the many questions I had concerning my vehicle. I was also very please with the work that Butch Auto performed on my vehicle. I am so glad that I choose Butch Auto to performed the work on my car. When I pick up my car I thought I was picking up a brand new car from the car dealer. Thanks Butch Auto for performing an excellent job on my vehicle. You will be highly recommend to my friends and family members. Butch Auto deserved more than 5 stars it's a 10 star for me.

My experience at Butch's Auto Body & Painting was Amazing. I was look for a shop that could install the aerodynamic front lip spoiler, rear diffuser with winglets, and trunk roof spoiler on my BMW F15 X5 M Sport. I look up on Google for a shop and came across Butch's. I gave them a call and Liz answered and from that moment I felt welcome. I went by and met with Eric and made an appointment which they did everything to get me in ASAP based on my schedule. I drop off my BMW at 8am the morning of 8/19/2021 with Eric to get the aerodynamics install. OMG what a awesome job Eric and Leori did on the installation. And to top it off the customer service was EXCELLENT they make me feel so welcome. I will be back soon to get some paint work done. Unfortunately, this is the second time I had to use Butch's. First time a buck deer wanted my attention and crashed into the front of my vehicle and the second time a no good somebody decided to hit me from behind and speed off. Abbie and Erick were superb. Their professionalism coupled with excellent customer service did me and my baby right. I'm so grateful for the attention they gave my car and helping make this jacked up hit and run an awesome experience!I would highly recommend them again. Hopefully I won't ever have to see them again. But if I ever find myself needing auto body repairs this would be it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The folks at Butch s Auto Body did an amazing job with my 2017 Lexus ES 350. I needed to have my bumper cover replaced and my biggest concerns were fitment, pricing, and quality of the paint work. I must say they did an extremely good job at addressing all these for me. When I got my estimate done, I was offered a choice between CAPA certified and OEM and I did check the price of these parts individually and they matched what I was expecting so no worries there. The labor and cost of paint and transferring everything from my broken bumper was incredibly reasonable. I ve had to get similar work done on a Honda Civic and it was not nearly as cheap. Pricing after you broke everything down from the replacement bumper to their labor is incredibly competitive. You can also bring in oem parts if you find them cheaper as I did with clips and retainer brackets. They were able to get my car done and washed out the door in three days which is phenomenal considering the fact that I didn t have an appointment and they had 20 other cars that day. I highly recommend coming to this shop if you are concerned about getting fantastic paint work, great fitment, and fair pricing.

Sabrina is by far the BEST Sabrina has been communicating with me and always kept in touch. My truck was in there for almost 2 months and Sabrina made my progress smooth. Butch's works miracles my truck looks great. Sabrina is a keeper

I ve owned a classic car for 5 years and have worked on it a lot during that time. It always needed some body work on the bumpers and for them to be repainted. Though, since I love the car so much it was hard to find a place I trusted with it. Well, I finally took a leap of faith and left it in Butch s capable hands...and I m glad I did. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The kind and very responsive front desk, scheduling, amazing work and fair price. They were even very accommodating to me being a tad (probably an understatement) particular. The only thing I wish is that I would have done it sooner. Thanks for a job well done!

Butch s Auto Body is the place to go for any and all body/paint work. They installed an aftermarket lip spoiler on my GLI and did an amazing job getting the factory lip off. They made sure the new lip sat flush with the trunk of the car. If you re ever in need of body/paint work, go here. Eric & his staff are very professional and do great work!

Butch's Auto Body & Painting did an amazing job on my car with an affordable price. They have been in business for 45 years and they are BBB approved. I can see why. My Mazda took a pretty bad hit after being rear-ended by a pickup truck on an Interstate. My auto insurance said they d tow the vehicle only about 100 miles from the scene of the accident and hence, I had to scout around for body shops that were further away from where I live.That s how I chanced upon Butch s Auto Body and Painting, and getting my vehicle towed to their body shop was, by far, one of the best decisions I ve made.Right from the onset, I felt I was in safe hands, after talking to Eric, the Owner of the shop. He promised to bring back my car to the pre-accident state, and boy, did they deliver! My car looks and drives as good as new after 7 weeks in the shop (yes, that s how bad it was!) I insisted on having only OEM parts for the replacement and Eric made sure I got them.This review won t be complete without a shout-out to Liz and Abbie. They were wonderful to me, making sure they sent me regular updates/ pictures of the work in progress. They were also very kind in taking care of my rental car needs beyond my policy s coverage.I cannot thank the team at Butch s enough for their service and would recommend them without batting an eyelid! Cheers!

I'm very happy with my experience at Butch's. These guys are true professionals.My F150 developed rust rot in the lower rear corners of the cab. I called around to a couple of places, most of which didn't want to deal with rust repair, or did not give me the feeling that they would do a good job. I called Butch's after reading the reviews here and spoke to Eric, who was a pleasure to deal with. I brought the truck in, Eric inspected it and explained exactly how the repair would be completed, and provided what I felt to be a fair estimate.I scheduled an appointment and brought the truck back for the repair. The office staff were great, and the repair was completed prior to the date promised. The work quality was excellent. This repair required cutting out sheet metal, welding in a new part, and painting. I'm very pleased with the finished product - you can't tell that a repair was done, and I'm very particular about the details of such things. The truck was clean and even had Armor All on the tires. Eric tells me (and my receipt has it in writing) that there's a lifetime warranty on the work, so that's some piece of mind, but frankly, I'll be surprised if I need it.If I ever need body work again, I won't be going any place else. Highly recommended!

This place is phenomenal just amazing the integrity and quality of work is just amazing I m blown away. I m so glad I chose them Abby was great she reassured us they could get the job done and they did she made me feel extremely comfortable about the process. Vehicle: 1987 Toyota MR2Owner: Original, meOperational Condition: Excellent (manual everything)Body Condition: Used, plus damaged front apron bumper and hood; cracked spoiler and some molding, missing trim; general oxidation, surface scratches.Mission: Should a bodyshop choose to accept it, is to recapture former glory of this 32 yr old sporty car.Hail to Butch's Auto Body & Painting for a fabulous outcome. This operation from start to finish left me feeling confident my baby was in good hands. The front office Greg, Abbie and Liz were respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. And no doubt the bodyshop team is a talented group of folks under owner Eric's leadership. I was kept informed of restoration progress along the way, including photos. The project proved a lengthy process due to the unavailability of parts and the need for some in-house fabrication. As Eric conveyed, the car is nearly extinct. I believe that as I had visited several shops rated as highly as Butch's and was either gently turned away or where I did get an estimate, my calls were never returned. At a point I did worry about possible mounting costs, but this shop stayed true to the initial estimate. A major relief! A beautiful car at the agreed upon price for the restoration. I found Butch's Auto Body & Painting from google. Like many of you I was looking for a professional auto body shop that I could trust. In past times I have been to places that were "cheap" and unfortunately the quality of work explains why.I had just bought a brand new 2023 BMW and not even 4 days after someone swung their door open and hit my car. It caused a small dent and chipped the paint. I got estimates from 3 other places but decided to go with Butch's and I am happy I did.They fixed the problem in one day and at a reasonable price. The staff is extremely professional and personable. I enjoyed my time here and definitely recommend if you are looking for quality work from great people!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff and aroma of the facility was very pleasant and welcoming. The staff kept good communication with me throughout my process. The work performed superseded my expectations! The damage experience to vehicle was sure to be a total loss in my eyes. However, the repairs obtained by Butch s had me leaving in what looked to be a brand new ride off the showroom floor. The paint match phenomenal! If had to to visit a body shop again I would not hesitate to go to Butch s. I was so bummed because a bird pooped bright purple on the side of my car. Not knowing, I took a wet cloth to wipe it off but the stain hardened and scratched up my door. I was devastated. I was referred to Butch s and Eric took a look at it and said my guy can handle that . In 30 minutes, as I waited in the comfort of their super clean waiting room (surprised because some body shops, you don t want to sit down because the lack of upkeep but not at Butch s). They went to work and when the repair man came in with my keys I was shocked at how quick he finished. I walked out to see my car and let me tell you..I can t see where the scratches were amazing! Incredible quality work! Butch s is one of those businesses that you don t want to have to use but when you need someone to get your car/truck back to better than before, you ll definitely want to have them in your back pocket. This is my second time using Butch s Auto Body and they did a phenomenal job each time! I m giving four stars only because when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed scraping on my front bumper that wasn t there before I dropped it off. When I made them aware, they gave no argument and immediately took my car back in and buffed it out! I had to wait an extra 20 minutes but I would still highly recommend this place for business!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Butch s is great! Came here last week to tell them about my side-view mirror and the owner told me when I get it, to come back and he ll take care of me. Here today (6/2) and they fixed it in like 5 mins! Can t complain!

Professional and friendly with attention to customer satisfaction.When you first enter the clean, nicely scented office you are greeted with a hello and a smile! Both Liz and Abby were courteous and welcoming each and every time I called about the status of my truck. When I had a small issue, they assured me it would be taken care of. Butch himself came out to talk with me about my concern. I love these people!! They were so welcoming and friendly. Eric explained the damages to my car in a way that I (someone who does not speak car whatsoever), could understand. Abbie was so friendly...it felt like we were old friends each time we spoke. The customer service is really top notch. I just got my car back yesterday and it looks like the accident never happened. They have a great team of people working here and I'd definitely come back if I ever need any body work.

There was nothing wrong with my all white Kia Soul, but I really wanted that snazzy red roof. After reading many reviews, I choose Butch's Auto Body to fulfill my dream. And that they did. What a pleasure to work with them, and they did a fabulous job! I love my "new car"!
