It s very disheartening to have the young guy who runs this shop constantly ignore your calls when he knows that your calling for future business and this person brushes you off only because you gave him constructive criticism one time that he didn t like. I was promised to have a vehicle ready by a certain time one day and when I got there to pick it up, it wasn t ready and I had to wait for another 2 to 3 hours for it to be ready. All I said was that you could have called and said that the time frame changed and that it would be ready at a later time. That would have been fine because things do happen. However, for me to show up at the promised time and then turn around and wait for hours later wasn t good customer service. A simple call to give an update on time would have been a better approach. This scenario happened maybe 2 or 3 years ago however since then, I eventually noticed that when I would call and this person knows that it is me calling, he would not pick up the phone. But if I call from a number that he cannot recognize, then he will pick up the phone. I have spent thousands of dollars with this shop and don t get me wrong, they typically do good work. I have nothing bad to say about that. It is just the customer service from this one person that I find basically immature. I called yesterday about roadside service, and was told that I would get called back 5 minutes later. I never got a call back and I told the same person who I am speaking of what was going on with my vehicle. I suspected he might not call back and I said I would wait 20 minutes for a call back, after I got no call, I called another shop and they got to me an hour later. I only called this shop because they were 2 miles from me. I never got a call back. I have never asked this shop for a discount and I have always paid my invoices here. To be treated the way I have been by this person at this shop is absolutely crazy because of feedback I gave in the past. I never cursed or was rude when I said what I said. I was calm but firm. Either way, it doesn t matter. I will never come back to this shop which I am sure this person will love. When I am in his face, he is cordial but when he doesn t see me and if I call, he will never answer the phone if he knows I am calling specifically. I am not slow. At first I didn t realize what was going on but eventually I figured it all out. And yesterday was the final confirmation that I needed. Understand that if someone cannot take constructive feedback then they will not grow. Also business is never personal. It s business. The two don t mix. You don t stop money transactions because of personal reasons in business. This rating is only rating one person at this business. They know who they are and I am choosing not to name them one thing about me, I am the same way to your face as I am behind your back unlike you. I wish you guys all the best because I did like this shop but I am not one to beg anyone for anything. I was not raised that way and I don t like fake behavior. Best shop in the area. They are honest and really really fast. Would recommend over any one! We had our company truck fixed there after a breakdown and these guys were knowledgeable and super quick. Best shop around!

My partner and I was a little hesitant at first to take our Peterbilt to this repair shop. Looking at the reviews, we notice there were not many. We are very cautious about who works on our truck. After readying the reviews, we decided to give them a call. We spoke to Myron who was very professional and knowledgeable, so we schedule a time to take our truck. Repairs were completed timely and at very reasonable price! I love the fact the staff are very professional, transparent, knowledgeable, do good work, reasonable prices, timely work and EXCELLENT customer service. We will definitely bring our truck back when repairs are needed in the future.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

I had an ok experience. A friend referred my company. We got a light discount it seems but prices was reasonable and work was done. It was good at first but the last time I was disappointed(Aigust) Paid for work and my truck still doesn t work. I was told Johnsons could do a reprogram for the ECM. They didn t have the equipment. Johnson s didn t agree. In addition, I was told to get a part that wasn t the right part. I just felt it was a little all over the place. I paid $1,250 to get the truck back and tow it to Johnsons Trucking. And they said none of this was the issues. I think the communication has to be better and be more efficient. Save the customer time and tell them what the issues are and if you don t know- say it from the beginning. Truck was down at this shop and I lost revenue waiting for it to be fixed only yo be told go to Johnsons for a reprogram.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Call told them what I needed. Gave me a price set up time to bring my truck In .To take out motor and to put new motor back in. AND TOLD HIM I WOULD have to get it towed in Sherry said okay bring it in on Tuesday. My quote for the price and we were good to go for me to be there on Tuesday and I was at 8 like you said get there they tell me the trucks too big so I had to pay for a tow back to where I had the truck in the first place she cost me 350 to 400 just to have my truck towed there and back and never got it worked on out of pocket for nothing because they lied should truck was too big tell him exactly what I had on the phone more than once

I was told to bring my International down. I had a bad injector, I was turned away because they told me my 2004 DT 466 was too old and they did not have software to program the injector. After wasting all of my time and sitting there all night and half the day just for them to turn me away! Very disappointed! I took my truck to another shop there was no need to program the injectors the truck is now running great. I was blatantly told by the mechanic that they didn t even want to touch the truck. This is kind of insane to me especially for a simple injector job. Maybe they should advertise that they don t work on older internationals instead of telling you to bring your truck down for you to waste your time.

Brought my 28ft box truck Friday morning, the mechanic made the correct diagnosis, and had my truck ready to go that next by 1pm. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, and very detailed oriented. It was money very well spent. I had 3 other mechanics give 3 wrong diagnosis, which cost me over 5 grand, this guy is honest and very knowledgeable about diesal trucks repairs.

They charge a better rate than other shops in the area, and are a lot more professional and reliable. Valve cover gasket on the Kenworth was leaking and they even did a full walk-around inspection for free after the replacement.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
