I recently visited Advance Auto Parts at the 8900 Walker Mill location, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Perry, the general manager. Perry s helpful and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for my visit. The store itself was impeccably maintained and organized, which made finding what I needed a breeze. Perry went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the perfect windshield washer fluid, patiently explaining the options and offering valuable insights.What truly impressed me was Perry s attention to detail and willingness to ensure I made the best choices for my needs. When I needed help selecting a light bulb for my blinker, Perry asked all the right questions to guide me to the ideal product. Her knowledge and charisma made the whole process enjoyable. Additionally, Perry offered me a warranty for my purchase, further demonstrating her commitment to customer satisfaction.Overall, my experience at Advance Auto Parts was nothing short of excellent, thanks to Perry and her team. I can see why she s the general manager the level of service and expertise she provides is top-notch. The workers in here are so accommodating and nice. I needed windshield wipers and they helped me find them get them and put them on, wow what service. I didn t think this type of service still exists.

We really appreciate the staff at the front counter for helping us to find a item that wasn t on the shelf but it was stocked somewhere behind the front counter. We also appreciate Advance Auto Parts Rewards system.

Employees was very outstanding and generous especially Shay and Jordan. He was very helpful with putting a new battery in my car and very grateful that he drove the battery to my car as well.

Excellent customer service!!!! Female manager installed my wiper blades within 5 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable and very prompt. Best experience ever! I will definitely be back.

Good Day. District Manager for the 8901 Walker mill road location. I had the pleasure of been assisted By Ms. Eva and Mr. T Tevian . I had an awful experience with the car plus total care staff. the staff there was rude and had no customer service empathy. I came over to advance auto parts, and Ms. Eva took a look at my car and my battery, and gave me everything I needed with extreme professionalism and ultimate customer care. Then she handed me off to Mr. T who actually install the battery for me and make my experience at advanced auto parts worth the wait to get issue resolved. I appreciate the amazing customer service I received.Thank you Advanced auto parts staff

All the guys were professional, friendly and in awe that a woman walked in carrying a car battery. After getting over the initial shock, he took the battery from me and informed me, we will do that for you.Only issue, it was hot in there.Ms Be

Had a quite of bit of trouble with my 5.7 height. Perry made sure I had the right part. She spent time with me to make sure I had exactly what I needed. Some things had to be ordered other things were pickup. But my experience with was excellent through it all she s excellent I will forever be a customer.

The problem with this store and just this store alone..is that 99.9 % of the time you call, you are put on hold immediately because there are three or four customers at the register ahead of you.The other 1% you may get lucky to actually get a word in..Parts are Great! Service is Horrible.!

I ordered a car light over a week ago. I ve been waiting for it to arrive. When I call to check and see if it has been delivered they seem very confused as of how to pull up my part I ordered. I ve been rushed on the phone and told to just get a refund multiple times which I d really prefer to just get the part. Instead of asking me to hold on the phone they will pick up and then immediately put you on hold. The store was clean that was basically the only good thing about it and it was a good location.

The cashier was very helpful even during this time of a pandemic! I didn't catch her name but she has long braids. The manager was very nice to her staff as well

Bad customer service from some employees and OK service from others. Every time I go to this location the 30 something year old woman that's about 280 lbs, brown skinned with very short dark hair who is not knowledgeable at all always has a negative attitude. She is combative and critical when you ask questions and never looks at you when you talk to her or when she talks to you. Avoid dealing with her. On the other hand this store tends to keep a good selection, doesn't let things run out of stock and never has a long line at the parts counter.

CeCe (hope I got her name right) was helpful. Very knowledgeable and knows the product. With that many in-store products, you need somebody with an expertise to point you in the right direction. And Cece proved to be that associate. It was early in the morning but she was pleasant from the get go and extremely helpful. She even helped us score a discount for our purchase. The few times you don't actually feel bad spending money. Store is clean and well organized.

This morning, there were four customers in line and one register open. Two of us walked out after waiting 10-15 mins for the cashier to try to assist the customer ahead of us. Another employee seemed preoccupied on a computer behind the counter. The other customer and I agreed we could get the same items at Walmart.

The employees are NEVER helpful or courteous. They greet those they only are familiar with. I WILL NOT BE BACK. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.

Horrible customer service from the lady named Julian....speaking in her raw dialect saying that she wants to go home, and is this what the other employees called her for... didn't ever realize that other Jamaicans were in there and could understand her

Interesting. I call one store and they tell me what transmission fluid I need for a particular vehicle and I go to a store closer to where I was and they tell me a different transmission fluid for the same vehicle. Really.
