I have enjoyed coming to this shop to get my Subaru Outback serviced for the past two years. They have never tried to sell me more services than I need. I have been treated fairly and the front desk always tries to help me get a deal on my service. They are a professionl team. I have gotten new tires, a new battery installation, oil changes, and a new alternator. The staff was helpful and I don't feel that they talked down to me as a woman. I would recommend for you to get your vehicle serviced at Mr. Tire in Cambridge.

Had a great experience. Went in for oil change and also got breaks bleed. They are always friendly and do a great job. Luis was amazing. Shawn thanks for the work you did.

Mr. Tire saved the day. We got a bolt in our tire passing through Cambridge, and almost all other places were closed or busy. Jason was amazing. He fit us in immediately, took our tire off, and replaced it with our spare within minutes. Everyone there was very nice. We would definitely recommend going to this location!

Even get a chance to watch Spaceballs . This movie not only kept us occupied but gave us (patrons) something to discuss while we waited for our vehicles. The staff were friendly and did their best to attend to any all needs. I will gladly return fomy auto service in the future. Thanks guys for the best service I have had in a while.

I got scammed! I have a mechanical background but I don t have ability to do a lineup. Took my vehicle there just for a lineup. They tried hard to sell me tires but I already had tires and that s why I was getting it lined up. Picked it up and found they had set the front end to pull extremely hard to the right. I bought it back and they THEN said I needed tires and they couldn t line it up with the old tires. I used to do lineups and this was a lie. I told them they should at the very least be able to get it closer than they had it so they took it back to realign it again. This time when I test drove it all they had done was made it pull very hard to the left. There is no way they couldn t have gotten it closer than what they were doing. They were just trying to make me buy tires from them. Stevie Wonder could see this is a scam. Don t go there!

Tire blew on 50. Towed to Mr Tire. They were very busy the day before Easter but I was on my way with 2 new tires in 2 1/2 hours! Thank you!

I am amazed at the prices this place charges. I had new ties put on elsewhere including a new tire sensor.These people quoted me $85 to program it. I laughed and stated your a joke . That is insane . This is twice now I've been quoted extremely high prices to get work done. Never going back.

After a simple tire rotation on my work van, I can't get the low pressure code off of my dash and all my tires are completely over inflated. I am not happy at all and other than rectifying the problem, I don't see myself doing business here again.

Damaged our vehicle one guy super nice and apologetic . But vs tell me as soon as it happened I was in the lobby for over two hours waiting for my car to be done it wasn t until I was standing outside the shop they waved me over to see what happened. They since then have been extremely rude their corporate needs to learn compassion and customer services we have used them for all of our vehicles for over two years and then this is how we are treated. They did more damage then they were leading on we are having to go through our own insurance to fix this. I ask for their insurance information they just give me the number wouldn t provide anything else will never use them again I know understand all the 1 star reviews

This is the only mechanic in the area that I trust. Zach and Jason at the front are always straightforward with what s going on and how much it would cost to fix, and the mechanic Daniel has always done right by me and my decade old Toyota Camry. As long as I m in the area, Mr. Tire in Cambridge is my go to.

My Mother's car battery died on Walmart's parking lot, eventhough Mr Tire didn't have the battery we needed in stock, they gave me the information to purchase one and then sent one of their techs over to Walmart's parking lot to install it for us and didn't charge us for their service! If you want great service from honest people, I recommend this location. I will be going here when I need something.

they re gonna take advantage of you in whatever way they can to get more of your money. you ll more than likely leave the shop with a different issue than you arrived with too. no one will answer the phone if you try to call them about it. left the shop and my car reeked of cigarettes. go somewhere else if you can.

Quick online same-day appointment. Oil change seemed as good as JiffyLube. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable waiting room.

Went there to fix a flat tire on Saturday night. Finally after waiting 30 minutes the attendant came and said it was $45 to fix a screw in my tire. I was on a road trip and had nowhere else open to fix my flat. He would not accept the free online tire repair coupon. I explained how I had recently used another Mr. Tire and he reduced the cost to $34. After it was all done (1.5 hours), the bill showed he installed a TPMS sensor, which they did not! Just felt like I was completely ripped off for a simple patch.UPDATE: The owner refunded my payment and I appreciate that they corrected the situation.

The gentlemen there were so patience and kind I will definitely be back. I walked in before work and they were kind enough to squeeze me and answer all my questions, and I still made it to work on time thank you

The staff was very friendly & efficient. Prices were affordable & the service was quick. Very happy with the free tire rotation included with the oil change. The new management is great. I'm very impressed with their integrity, too. As I was leaving, I overheard the assistant manager advising a couple that they didn't need an oil change yet & could wait until it was actually needed. Amazing team of folks working there!

Had a blowout on our camper while traveling and the staff at Mr. Tire Cambridge did an amazing job! We ended up purchasing 4 new tires and they installed them right away and had us back on the road in no time! Plus, it was near 100 degrees and the poor fellow worked out in the hot sun but continued to provide outstanding customer service!

Woke up to a flat and they were the only one available with same day appointment. Refused to plug it because "he would get written up if he did". Ok, I can get it. But, then, they ironically only had ONE tire in stock...the most expensive one! A tire store...called Mr. Tire...only had one tire in stock???? Scammed into leaving with a $250 bill to replace a tire. Took it down the road and all 3 other tires passed inspection...which looked the same as the one they replaced. Definitely do not recommend

I had two tires replaced on my daughter's car. Dropped it off Sunday night, spoke to technician who told me they'd get on it first thing in the morning, at 530pm and 5 attempts to contact via phone on Monday I get there to find out its still on lift and no one is in the office to talk to. Finally tech comes over and gives me a half asked update on my car. The former store mgr happened to be there and he assured me they would get it done. Zach did nothing to assist in getting car done. Go in Tuesday morning to pick up the car and fortunately Shawn was there to check us out. He is very helpful and customer friendly!! There are many improvements to be made at this store and corporate should really look at who they have covering that front desk and get someone in that position like Shawn!!

Nobody working, sitting on their phones, had 2pm appointment for front end alighnment, been over an hour and truck has yet to be touched. Would not recommend. Take your vehicles to luthys by snows turn or spurrys in easton

Mr. Tire located in Cambridge md had outstanding customer service and I would recommend this location for anyone. I went in stressed not sure how car was getting fixed or what was wrong with it. Came out as happy as can be. The mechanics were on point with everything and were very polite. Explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. Outstanding care from employees Andrew, Jeff, and Chris. Thanks again for everything!!!

Over priced & absolutely unprofessional.60 bucks to get a single tire patched?!Thank goodness I shopped around before just listening to Mr. Tire.Thankfully, a locally owned autoshop got me in immediately, even though they were busy. The gentleman plugged my tire quickly. When I went to pay, the owner informed me "We don't charge for plugs/patches beings they're only meant for temporary use." I was absolutely impressed by their honesty and the integrity of the company.Save yourself the hassle, time and money, don't go to Mr. Tire.(*There's a great shop out on Beverly lane I do recommend. )

A colleague and I were driving through Cambridge today and picked up some unwelcome cargo in a two headed screw. We showed up in a panic. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind- gave us a timeline for taking the car back, and a timeline for work. While waiting, the mechanic came out, handed us the screw, explained how he was going to patch the tire, and again gave us a very reasonable timeline.These gentlemen made what could have been a very stressful experience so much better. Thank you so much!!!

New management. Jason is the man! I was scammed by another company on some truck work and had sudden issues a month later due to it and Mr Tire fit me in when I broke down. Honest, Professional, and very helpful. Thank you to the new management.

If you need any repairs to your vehicle or if you have to replace your tires go to Mr. Tire in Cambridge MD. Easy financing is available if you do not have the funds currently available. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.Keep up the awesome work. FuUtAmAaSa

I want to say that my experience at this location has been awesome. I have been here many times and on this occasion there were a couple of people that i feel i need to give mention to. First i have to say that Robert handled my situation with my vehicle flawlessly. He was patient in looking for a solution because i was missing a part that i needed for my vehicle and he was willing to ensure that i would be taken care of and not have to make a return trip. His technician Chris called around town to locate the part that i needed as was able to find a store that had it. Chris went and picked it up and i am grateful for his effort to ensure that i would be back on the road again. I'm glad that this place have these two gentlemen working here and i would recommend this place knowing the care they have given me

The absolute worst customer service experience I have had in recent memory. Having been a customer for over 25yrs of Mr. Tire in many different locations I used this particular location after moving to the area. I had what I thought was a serious issue with the manager and made a complaint to corporate over a month ago. No response yet. Apparently Mr. Tire is now run by Monroe. It's unclear but stay clear of this store. They overbook and promise you things they cannot deliver. Don't waste your time making an appt because they DO NOT honor them. Get a quote and shop around. They are an absolute rip-off. I have also dealt with other stores and found them to be more professional but still unorganized and overbooked. Get a quote for instance on a brake job and compare that to a local reputable garage and you will be shocked. Sometimes you don't mind paying a little more for good work and subsequent service but absolutely not the case here. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS.
