Got stranded with a busted starter in Cambridge and Chris took care of me about as best as I could have possibly expected. Car went in at night and came back out in the morning ready to go and at a very fair price. Highly recommend

Chris has been my mechanic for years now. He is the only person i trust when it comes to my vehicle. Straight forward and no BS. I'll never take my vehicle to a service dealership ever again. Chris has saved me hundreds of dollars if not more by coming to him and avoiding unnecessary work that the dealership stated needed to be done right then and there.Chris will never hagel over the price either. Absolutely recommend!!

Took our truck there to get the engine rebuilt. They had our vehicle for 5 months! When I called to find out when it was going to be finished, there was excuse after excuse. When I finished the last payment, I was charged twice and had to dispute the second charge. I am not very happy and will never take another vehicle there.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I have been bringing all my vehicles to Chris for years. Always excellent service. Very reasonable rates. Diagnosis the problem and fixes it right the first time around.I won t go anywhere else for automotive repairs or service.

Another shop by my work said I needed an $1800+ labor part. I took it to Chris, and he fixed it for free while replacing another part for me - It was just a fail-safe switch that had to be flipped. He always gets me in and out quickly and his prices can't be beat. He's a good and honest man.

The best mechanic I've ever worked with. I had car trouble while visiting and Chris did 3 days worth of work in 1 day and had me back on the road. Honestly, I'd drive back from the Bethesda area for any future work. Getting a fair price from a locally owned, trustworthy shop is worth the drive.

On my way back home to Pennsylvania. I had vehicle issues and I called Accurate Car Care and spoke to the owner Chris who gladly looked at my car without an appointment. After he diagnosed the problem Wayne the mechanic fixed the problem. Much appreciated and back in PA. Highly recommend this place for your vehicle needs!!

Chris has an amazing shop and is excellent at what he does I'm so greatful for him and his crew got my new tires on in the same day and I couldn't be more thankful feels like a new car again

Excellent car guy! Is fully transparent about prices, plays no games. You don t feel like he s trying to rip you off. Fully explains things and does good work. The last few years it s the only place I take my cars. Highly recommend.

DO NOT recommend going there. Got a brand transmission installed, 7k miles later stuck on side of the road. Went to get it replaced and they left a 3 scratch on the side of my truck, Chris luongo denied that anything happened and that nothing in his shop could have possibly scratched it.
