It was the day before Thanksgiving and we noticed that the car seem to be running not as smooth as usual. After a few miles and as we arrived in Cambridge we saw the Bay area tire service and pulled in to see if it could be checked out. Thankfully you were open and were able to assess our problem very quickly. It was great service and very professional and are very best. Thanks to Ben. We were able to continue on our trip with him 30 minutes and feeling a lot more confident and safe. Excellent service!

My battery was not charging and I had to take my car in for emergency service late on a Friday afternoon. I chose Bay Area Tire and Service since they were very close to my home in Cambridge MD. They had to order parts, at least one of which was from out of state. When one part didn t arrive on the following Monday they quickly ordered the same part from another vendor (that was smart thinking on their part) and it came in on time for them to complete the repair by late Tuesday morning. Actual cost of the repair came in a little under the original estimate. Car now runs great, problem fixed! I found Bay Area Tire and Service in Cambridge MD to be very efficient and knowledgeable. The staff were courteous and helpful. The customer service area was neat, clean, and organized. I m very pleased with the job they did and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

We had an exemplary experience at Bay Area Tire & Service Centers. Austin had our tire repaired and back in the road with in just a couple of hours. Made an appointment the afternoon before and he got the car in and out quickly even on a Friday. They are the nicest bunch of guys and honest too... which is a BIG deal for me. I went in for and oil change and replace all 4 breaks. Although my rear rotors needed replacement as well as rear breaks, they told me front breaks were fine and didn't need new. It's hard to find honest people in today's economy bc they could have just went ahead and replaced them but they told me they were fine. I highly recommend them, they may not be the cheapest but you will get HONEST and excellent work. Remember the old saying... you get what you pay for!!! They also replaced my muffler and guaranteed all work. I won't go anywhere else.

Quickest service and a friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I called a few minutes before closing since I had just blown a tire and wasn't rushed off the phone. I stopped in on a Monday morning without an appointment because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The gentleman at the front desk said he could squeeze me in. He quoted me a fair price for a repair, took my information and told me to have a seat. The job was done in less than a hour, and I was on my way! I highly recommend Bay Area Tire & Service. I will definitely be back

Highly recommend Bay area tire & service. Jeff my service advisor is always so helpful. Sliced tire in VA. Went and had checked out. New tire no problem. I ended up with another issue with no heat. Called, they worked me in. Car has to stay overnight. Jeff took me home, live local. Called next morning car done. I asked Jeff to drive car to my home so I could check out heat. Awesome Job well done. Mechanical issue could have caught fire. Personally I won't anywhere else. trustworthy business. Always a pleasure to deal with.

They spent well over an hour checking and diagnosing the problems. The sound I was hearing was bad wheel bearings. Manager Jeff gave me a detailed estimate for that and other repairs needed. Brought the car back a few days later for the service. The job was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I went to Bay Area Tire and Service Center to have four new tires put on my vehicle . The employees were knowledgeable and friendly and kept me informed. I would definitely go back with any other problems I have with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

I have been going to Bay Area for YEAR S . Love them. Sad to say I will NOT be going back. Took my car to get an oil change and THEY forgot to top off my fluids. I called them about it, instead of apologizing because MISTAKES do happen the guy basically called me a liar and said that it MY CAR have other problems because he train his technician and he know what they will and will not do. After taking my car to not one but two mechanic shop s Just to be told the samething Car looks great, just didn t have coolant in Y all mistake ALMOST cost me thousands of dollars. Might of felt a little better if I wasn t being called a lair. I will not be coming back.

Fast and fair. Had a flat and didn t have my wheel lock key. This crew got my tire off without damaging the wheel and plugged the tire. They did not try to sell me new tires, they just fixed the issue the same day. Like I said, fast and fair. Highly recommended service.Service: TiresService: Tires

The team at Bay tire were awesome! Got me in and out quickly and late in the day. Gave me a great deal on two front tires for my 4runner.2 months later, feeling confident to send my daughter here to have a slow leak in her front tire and a nail in her back tire looked at, I am totally at a loss how instead of looking at these issues, they gave her a quote of $400 for two tires. I took her car over to Bob Wartons, and they fixed a leaking valve stem and pulled the nail out (no leak, wasn't deep enough) all for $25.Last referral I give to Bay Tire.Service: Tires

Professional, quick, accommodating, and best of all, this business has never tried to get extra work from me that was not needed. If something else is ever warranted, it is legitimate, and they will provide you with options along with an estimate. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy place to get an oil change, tire installed, or other routine maintenance, look nowhere else than Bay Area Tire & Service Center, Cambridge, MD. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I called the same day for service and was squeezed in. I arrived several hours earlier and was taken in early as well. Customer service was excellent and was made to feel as important and valuable. I had an appt to check for a possible oil leak. They were prompt, friendly, thorough and the price was very reasonable. I was able to go in the back to show me what they found (thankfully it was nothing), but they topped off all my fluids, filled my tires to spec and turned off my tire pressure light. Excellent service and an awesome experience!

Amazing technicians. They were able to squeeze me in and repatch my flat tire so quickly. They offered to put it on the car as well. I will definitely recommend them and come again soon!

Thank you for such a good experience! I pulled into the lot unannounced with a flat tire, and even though I didn t have an appointment, Bay Area fit me in, got the tire replaced and was able to check/correct my alignment and hook me up with an oil change while I was there so not only helping me out in an emergency, but taking care of my car so I wouldn t need to schedule more time away from work for maintenance. I really appreciated their professionalism, courtesy, and up front manner that they showed to me and to every other customer that was there while I waited. 100% recommend!
