When I called Wednesday February 7, 2024 had multiple questions and Lorenzo helped me tremendously. He is so nice, patient and understanding. Made me feel that it's not about the money it's about helping people. He is a good asset to the store I'm glad I met him.

I recently had a fantastic experience at AutoZone, the staff at this location went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right parts I needed for my car.They were extremely knowledgeable and KIND. The store was well-organized, making it easy to locate products. Overall, AutoZone provided excellent customer service, and I will definitely be returning for my automotive needs. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about this location and Lorenzo!! He was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond when I needed a new battery. Lorenzo provided top much customer service and even installed my battery!! Thanks Auto Zone!

My brake light was out so I went to get one before I went to Salisbury (didn't want to get stopped). The lady that helped me (wish I remembered her name) was very helpful. She got me in and out in no time. She tried to get someone else to help me install them but he wasn't helpful at all. I was doing it by myself and she came to help me, which she didn't have to. I would definitely recommend the store and the girl anytime!!

I came in to AutoZone on Sunday, 16 July for my battery and alternator to be tested. And the gentleman behind the counter informed me that he was not gonna do it because he didn t want to get wet. So I m just wondering how they can offer free testing on starter, alternator batteries, etc. and then not hold up their end of the bargain. Or at least disclose the information that battery testing and alternator testing will not be done in inclement weather , because I drove an extra 15 minutes out of my way to go to AutoZone when I could ve just went to advanced auto parts and save myself minutes of my time

Hello, my experience at this location was fantastic. An employee by the name of Dan W. answered all my questions, got the parts I needed, was positive, polite and gave me service with a smile. Do yourself a favor and don t order anything from this autozone. In fact, don t even shop here at all. The staff is SO rude and unbothered. Not to mention incompetent. I ordered a part (after a run-around which sent me all the way to the Easton autozone for a part that wasn t there), and the man who took my order obviously didn t want to do his job and was downright unpleasant. Maybe he didn t take me seriously because I m a young woman taking initiative with mechanical issues? Who knows. But I won t be back. I never received a call letting me know that my part was in, and when I followed up I was told to just hold on . What a joke.

Every time I m in the Cambridge Auto Zone it is fully stocked and the service is outstanding. Jen, like other employees of the store who ve helped me in the past, really went the extra mile.

Last time they gave me the wrong battery. This time the wrong alternator. At the time of purchase the never mentioned that there may be different options but of course there was. My luck.But what separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle their mistakes. They did offer to get the correct one shipped to the store ASAP. As far as a discount ( the other one is $60.00 more, again, my luck), we will see tonight when I pick it up. Until then, I leave it at that

This business is on the UPS list of designated locations to drop off your packages as long as they are ready to ship, including shipping label. I drove there and was told they don't take packages for UPS. Yes, I could drive to the Advanced Auto near Walmart but I passed on making that journey on Thursday afternoon in beach traffic.

Took my 2005 Corolla to Mr. Tire and asked them for an oil change and to see why my check engine light was on. They did not do the latter which was a bit of an inconvenience. I took my car to Bob's North Auto Service who said they would charge me $75 to see why my light was on. I then took my car to AutoZone and the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and kind and the service was quick. I was in and out and knew what the issue was for FREE. Great service!!

Autozone is awesome. I love the Cambridge md store. All employees seam to help me quite a lot. The prices are usually pretty fair. Miss Beth runs a great store.

I have odyssey batteries in my boat, I paid almost 3k for 5 , one failed , the closest dealer was autozone , I was told to go back to where I bought it from ! I will never buy these expensive batteries again

Was an easy in and out. Went in, asked for a part and gave the counter person the required information. They looked up the part brought it out and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. They were well prepared and. Dry efficient.

Last Saturday evening, my wife and I were on a date one evening of the FamilyLife Weekend To Remember conference and our car was slow to start, so we visited the local AutoZone in Cambridge, MD to get our battery checked. We met Ken and he far exceeded meeting our needs of checking our battery that evening. In the rain, he checked out battery, changed it once it was determined to be a bad battery and then also changed our headlights so my wife can see better at night. We conversed and I learned more about him and his drive to serve people as he also served in the Armed Forces, which explained a lot. I am grateful for the time with and service received from Ken. Although we don't live in Cambridge, I would recommend anyone get by to visit Ken...he has a strong desire to help and serve. Thank you Ken!

Went here to get oil and a filter for my car. I took the oil to the counter and asked if they price matched with Walmart and they said yes. So the oil I was purchasing was Mobil 1 full synthetic 5w 30 for around $32, Walmart had the same exact oil for $22. I told the person at the counter how much Walmart had it for and they refused to price match because it was too low of a price. So I asked repeatedly if they price matched with Walmart after the refusal and they said yes, so I said okay here ring it up and honor the price match. They responded no we can t do that... am I missing something here? Long story short I put the oil back and didn t even ask for a filter. From now on if I have to choose I m going across the parking lot to Advance Auto.

I went to this store three times today. I had to keep going back and forth. I was given the wrong parts for my car. I got so fed up I just told them to give me my money back.

Shawn and Scott are heroes! I pulled in literally right at close with a dying battery and they allowed me to purchase a new one and installed it for me at the 11th hour! Now that s customer service!
