Smith's always provides great service on all the equipment I've brought them. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I contacted another company to come pick up my mower and after waiting for a week I canceled with them. I called Smith's and they came out the next day. They fixed the problems and had it back quickly. I highly recommend them.

Really impressed by Smith's. Great service and competitive pricing, they are an outstanding outfit. Even though we were told it would be 2 weeks to get our lawnmower fixed, they worked around the clock and got it fixed quicker. Very friendly front desk staff as well. Highly recommend!

Smiths has a new location in Callaway,Md. Its about 3 driveways down from the old shop. Customer service experience was great. I dropped mower at 8:30am and received a call at 9:30am the same day letting me know that they had fixed my Toro Grandstand. Great price, and I will be returning at the end of the season, so they can service all my equipment

Outstanding customer service. Fast turnaround and wonderful people to work with. Walter had my mower back to me the same day. Very pleased with the repair. Smith s Repair is an absolute treasure. Highly recommended.

We just had some repair work on our riding lawn mower and emergency generator, and as usual, the service was outstanding. Thomas and his personnel are always courteous and professional. They will pick up and drop-off at your home or business. Repairs and service is reasonable and prompt. Many thanks for a job well done.

I've recently had both a lawn mower and generator serviced by Smith's, and they have provided a quality product at a reasonable cost. It seems like they always have a significant workload in front of them when I visit the shop, but they always turn your project around very quickly.Enthusiastically recommended!

Incredibly long wait times, poor communication. My mower sat for 6 weeks before being looked atHad something fixed only for it to break again less than 20 minutes into using the it. They ran the incorrect credit card amount and struggled to refund it.

Smith's has repaired my mowers for many years... service is better today than it ever was. And it always was great. Picked- up on Monday, back in my yard on Wednesday. The bill was attached to mower - and it was very reasonable. That is rare service these days. The problem was corrected with no additional service I did not request. Thank you.

Great customer service! Went in to see if they had a bump knob for a Husqvarna Weedeater, no luck on the single part, however they had the entire head assembly for $3 cheaper than anywhere else available. Thanks again guys!!!

They came and picked up my riding lawn mower since I dont have a truck to transport it. Service was done right, in a good time frame, and at a good price. Great experience.

My "GO TO" for small engine repair and consult! Veteran owned and operated with a crew that takes care of business at a fair and reasonable price. Tell them what you have, need or want in a units performance, enough said. Walter and Larry will deep dive and produce a quality product.Make Smith and Son top of your SOMD list, or on the short list, for small engine repair! Relocated from Callaway and the business remains tried and true; across from Gate 2 in the former firehouse.

Dudes... You came to my house on Tuesday and picked up my mower which I for sure thought was DEAD and ready for the scrap heap. It is 9 years old and has had better days. It was backfiring and one piston I know, was NOT firing. The proverbial NOT FIRING ON ALL CYLINDERS phrase comes to mind. That was 48 hours ago. So today comes around and my wife calls me from downstairs and says YOUR MOWER IS IN DRIVEWAY!... So I thought the note attached would be something along the lines of SORRY MAN BUT YOU NEED A NEW MOWER... Not the case at all.. Seems you replaced the head on one side, put on a new muffler, and BADA BING BADA BOOIE it is running like a scalded dog! Thanks for the great work and service guys. I will be back when and if it dies again... KUDOS!!

Turned in my lawn tractor and after 18 days they had not even looked at it. I called several times in while they had my mower and was always promised it would be looked at in the next couple of days. I picked it up and took it somewhere else.
