Made an appointment to have my iphone battery replaced. Got email confirmation of the appointment. Showed up at scheduled time and they didn't have the battery. Ok. They will order it. That was on a Tuesday. Made an appointment again for the following Saturday. Same thing. Got confirmation, showed up and still no battery! I'll never go back! Poor customer service!

My receipt says Andrew is the one who fixed my phone. I forgot to ask what his name was but he was incredibly helpful, respectful, and did a great job on my phone! The stores name is "BatteriesPlus+" and not "We Fix It." That was my mistake, but Andrew explained when I called. He also told me several hours in advanced that the battery was in stock and how long it would take to repair it. Then he let me pay in advanced because I was worried my card would decline. Long story short, Andrew deserves a sizeable raise! You definitely want to keep him around.I highly recommend this store for repairs and batteries! Ask for Andrew.

The employees were very friendly & helpful when it came down to answering my questions. The quality of the work is excellent and they are very good with time , it was not a long wait at all. It was definitely a lot cheaper then I expected I definitely will be returning for all of my screen repairs.

Andrew was great today. I got my phone screen replaced in under an hour and also a screen protector with no bubbles! They were super professional and pleasant and overall just a great experience

My iPhone battery was running down to quickly so I stopped by the store to discuss changing the battery. Ben at the California, Maryland store did a great job walking me through the process. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and professionalism. As a retired Naval Electronics Officer I know something about electronics and professionalism. The battery change was completed properly in 30 minutes. The entire event was flawless and even enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this store all my future needs.

Verizon wanted to sell me a new phone, when my phone was only 2 years old and having a battery issue. Batteries plus Bulbs - took great care of me in less than 1 1/2 hours. All is perfect and I am back in action. The staff is great, the price was awesome.I won't buy battery's anywhere else from now on for anything I need battery's for.

Serviced by two gentleman, Kendal and another s whom I didn t get his name (I forgot to ask). Both were professional, personal and extremely helpful. When I picked up my phone, multiple customers came in and both gentleman handled their rush with ease and excellent service. 10/10

These guys were so helpful! I went in to get my phone screen fixed because I dropped it. The owner was there as well as an employee named Ben and both were so understanding that I was a bit short on cash and were still willing to help me in any way they could. Ben set me up with an appointment for the next day and when I came in another guy (who I didn t catch his name, sorry!) was there and immediately helped me. Explained what would happen and that it d take about 45 minutes to fix. I came back 45 minutes later and my phone is like brand new! A job that would have taken Verizon days and $200+ took these guys less than an hour and at a significantly cheaper price. I d definitely recommend going here. Thanks guys for all the help!

Awesome job fixing battery issue with Galaxy 6S phone. Employee was very professional and courteous. He quickly trouble shot issue and made prompt determination of solution to problem. Repair cost was reasonable and phone was working like new within an hour. I will return to this business for all my repair and power needs.

I needed my iPhone 6 battery replaced. There s no Apple store nearby so I opted for Batteries +. The battery was replaced in one hour. All functions were tested before and after battery replacement. Because I made my appointment online I also got $10 off the repair. The store manager and technician were both very polite and professional. Much better than the cattle call at an Apple store. Definitely will go here again for any battery or bulb needs.

The people were very pleasant. However, during a repair for a cracked screen on my Samsung 8+, they damaged the battery. They replaced it at no charge, but it is a substandard battery. It does not hold a charge for a full day. The original battery would last for almost 2 days. Also, the screen is not installed properly. Every time I touch the home button, the screen clicks. I am not happy at all.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning to have a cell phone screen replacement. Professional, courteous & prompt service willing to take time to knowledgeably answer my questions. Performed the screen replacement in under an hour and device is working well. They have a good selection of well displayed products and a convenient location.

Staff was very friendly. I was there to get an iPad battery replaced. They were very thorough in ensuring all components worked prior to accepting the repair. They completed the repair faster than quoted. They provided me the opportunity to test the iPad just as it had been prior to them accepting it. So far the new battery works great.I will definitely be bringing my devices here for repair . . . hopefully I won t have to.

Needed to have car battery tested. Determined a new battery was needed. Purchased and they installed. Very quick and efficient service. Highly recommend.

Very happy, had a new battery installed into Samsung phone (only takes 2hrs). Unfortunately the screen was damaged in the process (it is a delicate process) but the store immediately offered to switch out with a brand new screen - no cost ,which they expedited and so had phone next day.

Mr. Ridgell quickly replaced the battery in my iPhone 6. He was very courteous and dealt with me in a respectful and professional manner. The store has quite a variety of battery sizes. There are probably few applications Batteries + Bulbs can't accommodate. Plenty of LED bulbs for home and auto, too.

Do not get your phone fixed here, for around the same price you can send the device to apple/samsung etc. I paid $130+ for a new iPhone 7 Plus screen. Works for about a day, screen starts glitching out. Has a warranty so I come back and get it fixed again and the same problem started occurring again. The technician told me it s not worth to come back every week I was under the impression that if the phone didn t correctly work after repair that I would get a full refund. Don t let them scam you...

My iPhone 7 had a big crack on the display and my battery had gone down to 87%. They repaired both in an hour for a good price.My only issue is a ghost touch problem where my screen taps random areas by itself and my phone s waterproof adhesive is also gone but other than that it is good

So far so good. Great experience with the staff who were courteous and knowledgeable. Phone was ready when they said it would be ready. Reasonable pricing. Phone's performance has improved . Only one day ago, so I hope it continues.

Great repair, quicker than Staples that had to keep it overnight. Much cheaper too. They told me an hour on the phone but it took them 2 because of the other phones they were working on.

I would not recommend fixing your cracked iPhone screen at this place, because they don t use OEM screen for replacement which means you may get a darker screen compare to the original vivid color and brightness. And they can t do anything to get the color back to normal. I am a person who likes taking pictures, so color is a big deal to me. If you don t care much about the color difference, this is a place with good price and service. Just give you a heads-up: the potential color problems might occur and you will not be able to switch back.,

My heart just sunk when I dropped my phone and heard that sound of the screen shattering. I had no idea that it could be fixed; but these guys were at a great location (on my way home from work); they were friendly; and just great to do business with! Thank you for the great service!

Excellent Customer service And Repair Service!!!!!!!! If there were 10 Stars I'd give them that.......Replaced Screen in my Samsung phone( No one else in this town could do it.) Dont waste ur time going anywhere else. Will diffintlly recommend them. Wildwood shopping center ,Batteries Plus Bulbs. Great Job!!!!!!!!

Allen did a great job repairing my phone and answering any questions I had. They also both cut me a deal to get a screen protector with my phone. All around best of a bad situation and cheapest screen repair I could get
