Mary was the absolute best..omg, talking about great customer service, Mary went above and beyond to get me the best service, starting from the time I called, I knew this was the place I was going to come get my oil changed. Love love love her attitude, very positive and funny.

The customer service was excellent. From the moment I made my first phone call and Mary answered she was very helpful and got me scheduled the next morning. Once I arrived Mary and CJ made sure that I knew the process and what was happening during my wait.

I was in and out under 1 hour with my oil change. Even though I was there when it first opened . Some people are not morning people, but the person at the front desk was very helpful and nice. I was happy with my service.

Ok so I had an alignment done a few months ago and in the time it took to drive home the front right tire had a massive negative camber. So I took it back waited 3 hours for them to tighten two bolts and realign it. They then told me my front end was messed up and I needed more work done. (Issue was not there prior to the first alignment) walked out in the parking lot and it s still not completely fixed and by the time it drove home it was back to a significant camber. After looking at it for literally 5 seconds. I realized the bolts on the camber adjustment had not been even hand tightened. The gap was massive and the issue literally was as simple as loosening the bolt , adjusting the tire, and retightening and torquing the bolt. I don t see how in 3 hours and a whole auto shop. They couldn t tighten two bolts properly.

This place went downhill in customer service and quality of workmanship. I have purchased a 3 year alignment from them. Went there because my camber alignment was moved while in other shop. Pointed that out to the manager and showed him the pictures. Car wasent trucking right when turning. At check out tech was rushing me out of the store and wasent looking to answer my questions. They said that alignment was good and that the camber adjustment bolt is supposed to move when car suspension moves. They did not provide printout of the alignment. (Printer was broken for over a month because this wasent the first time I was there for alignment) . Went home, moved the camber back to old marks myself and the car is tracking 95%better from what it was. Purchased 2 sets of tires there in the past. Was very happy with them. But now they lost me as a returning customer.

Scott has been manager there for years. He always explains what your vehicle requires without trying to sell what you don't need. I have been a customer for over 20 years.

The guys here made my day! I had scheduled a state inspection at a shop near my house only to get there and be told they don't actually offer that service. I was on a time limit and needed it done within the morning. I called around to multiple shops that didn't have availability or an inspector, and finally got to this store. They were so nice and told me they could squeeze me in that morning. They were totally fair and found some things that needed to be fixed and were able to do it for me right then so that the car would pass the inspection requirements. I will be going here for any car needs from now on out. Fair and Friendly!

Took a faulty tire in to get it inspected. They had the tire up and running in 20 minutes flat. Funny thing is I was stuck in traffic to go run an errand while they fixed it and I didn't even get through the red light with traffic before they called and said it was done. A+ thank you guys.

I can usually get on the list for an oil change in a day and sometimes the same day. Quick while you wait service if your planning on waiting. Nice friendly staff. Really beats doing it yourself and a lot less hassle!

We ve been long time customers. About a year ago went in to get 2 tires. The gentleman at the desk continued a phone conversation and didn t even acknowledge I was standing there. When I didn t leave, he eventually finished he call, sold me tires but then had a bit of an attitude that I wasn t having them mount the tires.5/14/23 I called about a specific tire. After several phone calls I discovered the tires are on back order. Picked a new tire and called 5/15. Again not in stock but I was assured they would be delivered 5/16. I made an appointment for 5/17. Drive 45 minutes, same gentleman at the desk watching videos on his phone and I m told they only have 3 tires and the other tire might be here today, might be tomorrow . Ordered tires for another location due to the attitude and total dismissive behavior. 3 hours after my appointment time received a call that the 4th tire arrived. I explained I was not okay with the treatment. After being talked over and told several times they had no way to know when the tires were coming, I hung up. Funny they couldn t see when it was coming but yet the person who called me told me when they were ordered and what it said as ETA when ordered. Other location told me when the tires would arrive and gave a day of leeway just in case.Service: Tires

Initial visit wasn't bad and they had quick service, but I'm 90% certain they did not apply all of the available coupons. They have a standing "fee alignment with tire purchase" coupon on their website, which is not reflected on the statement, which reflected the full $100 charge for the service. DOUBLE-CHECK THE WEBSITE COUPONS AND STATEMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN AND LEAVE!! Furthermore, my car burns about a quart of the recommended oil per month (high milage car) so I've been using the next weight up for the past 5 years with no problems and they decided to ignore my request to use the heavier oil. After getting the car back, there was a pretty substantial oil leak due to a faulty oil drain plug gasket which they offered to fix for free, but when I asked them about using the heavier oil after changing the gasket, they again ignored me. I'm leaving the area, but even if I wasn't, I wouldn't use them again.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

They stated my rotors were damaged due to worn brake pads and would need to be replaced. I was skeptical because my brakes felt and sounded fine. I took it to another shop who said my rotors were in perfect condition.Besides, I was only there for an oil change. And it took them almost 2 and a half hours because they were so busy worrying about the rotors. People worry about shops trying to overcharge them, and this is what happened.Service: Oil change

Came in for an 85 dollar saftey inspection for those wondering their price, ended up paying 600 dollars in other charges.When you come to a place like this for a state inspection, they know you are essentially their prisoner for additional charges.It turns out I had a valve cover gasket issue which I can accept. They charged me 1.5 hours of labor on a 40 minute job and did not clean the oil that supposedly caused the saftey issue in the first place, in which they stated they would have to fail my inspection because of this.They also tacked on a pcv valve charge for some unexplained reason and of course tacked on a labor charge that was separate, yet for the same issue.I will not be using this business or company ever again.

Great people over at Tires Plus in California Maryland! They are kind and courteous. They respect your property and your time. They did not try to upsell or over charge me. Went in for an oil change. Wait wasn't too long for that. What bothered me was that I had a valve gasket leak, which I knew nothing about. I found out when i smelled oil/gas and took my car back. And instead of them answering why they didn't tell me. They brought up other car issues and blamed other places for not telling me as well.

Go elsewhere. I came here for an oil change and a tire rotation.When I asked if they rotated my tires, the mechanic asked if I had 15 more minutes, because they forget Then they forgot to put the new mileage sticker on my car for the next oil change.For spending over $100.00 on my service, it s ridiculous they are SO absent minded. I will not be back.

I got my car oil changed here last month December 2021 and already my oil light came on January 2022. I looked to see how low my oil was and it was black as if the tech never changed my oil. Typically I can go 4 to 5 months before I need another oil change. Which was proven because the last time I had my oil changed was in July from the same location. I have only driven locally which makes no sense as to why my oil is low light came on. For some reason, it took the tech 2 hours to change my oil. I watched him attempt and struggle to change my oil for an hour after the time I was told it would be ready. I cringed as he walked around my car lifting it and down as if he forgot something or wasn't sure he did something. It has only been a month and I can't even call to complain as this location is closed. This used to be my go-to place for service. I'm sure I will no longer go back.

Just purchased a set of new tires from Tires Plus in California MD. Of course about 2 weeks later I ran over a bolt. Couldn't be plugged they had to replace the entire tire. I got the flat on a Saturday and left the tire with them to be replaced, I figured they have it done by Wednesday like the receptionist told me.. The next day I got a call that my tire was finished and they wanted me to stop by so they could switch it out with the donut I had on my SUV. The store doesn't take appointment on Sunday but the guys over there replaced the tire and had me in and out in less than an hour, on a Sunday.. Usually I'd probably have to wait a couple of days anywhere else. Great employess and should get recognition for their service.

We are long time customers of this store and have always received great customer service. Today, my son took his vehicle to another place. The list of things wrong was concerning. I called Tires Plus, they told me to have him come straight there. They checked out the car, none of the recommended services were needed. Tire Plus replaced a fuel filter and sent him on his way. They saved us hundreds of dollars.Highly recommend!

Slowest place I've ever been. Not only is it slow, but they tell you it'll only be an hour and I've spent many hours waiting because fleet element only lets me use certain places for the work trucks. Last time it took four hours after i already had approval to get two tires installed. Wound up with 4 tires and an alignment.

I have been going to this Tires Plus for over 12 years and will continue to go to them for my car care needs. They are honest, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Any issues I ve had in 12 years with them were very minor and always corrected immediately and in my favor. I cannot say enough good things about Scott in particular, he always gives it to me straight and gives me options.

I took my car in to this location to get new front brake pads and rotors and not only were they able to finish the car in a timely manner, but were also able to fix a brake caliber issue I ve been experiencing for well over a year. I ve taken my car to numerous Volkswagen dealers because of a spongy brake pedal feel and none of those dealers were ever able to resolve that problem and insisted it was normal well thanks to CJ at Tires Plus, he discovered that a simple lack of lubrication on the caliber pistons was causing the problem the entire time. I picked my car up this morning and my brakes are absolutely outstanding and my car feels brand new and I feel safer driving it! Thank you CJ for everything you did and fixing something that even the Volkswagen mechanics couldn t figure out!!!! I appreciate it!

Had all new tires put on my VW Atlas this past week. Service was exceptional. Response was quick. All around excellent experience. Went by on Sunday and took two trailer tires to have reinfated. Overwhelmingly nice response and exceptional service. Scott and Billy took care of the tires immediately even though the tires were a little troublesome they stuck with it. Five stars and I will take my truck there next week as I need new tires on that too.
