My other half had the pleasure of working with Mike Smith, Product Specialist, when purchasing his new vehicle today. Very respectable, good demeanor, happy, helpful, and friendly manner about him. Even though the new (to us) vehicle isn't directly for me, he was still happy and informative when answering all of my inquiries as it's definitely not my first rodeo with cars. The finance manager my other half worked with was also very respectful and informative. Overall, a great experience.

Jason Peterson at the Ford dealership in Lexington Park was incredible. Generally, I am skeptic about dealerships in general. But Jason was fantastic from the start. He helped me to find the exact truck that I wanted even while I was unavailable over a long half week period. I walked in, gave him just the basics on what I wanted, and in less than a week drove out with the perfect truck.The dealership itself is an incredible one. A massive selection, very nice interior, and plenty of helpful staff.I highly recommend buying a truck here and looking for "JP" as your dealer.

Johan was absolutely wonderful! I had reached out about a bronco I saw he had posted on marketplace but it had sold. He reached back out anytime something came in that he thought I d be interested in but wasn t pushy at all. When he reached out about a white Bronco that had been special ordered but not picked up I went and test drove it. They made financing super simple. I finished the deal through text while sitting at dinner and they delivered it to our marina right away. I truly could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend!

Great car buying experience. It was nice to view inventory and have a discussion with sales and finance representatives without being pressured. The prices are also very reasonable. Johan was very informative and a pleasure to work with. I would gladly return here for future purchases or for follow ups on my vehicle, if needed.

Daequan was very informative from the time we got to the dealership, during the wholeprocess he sat with us talking with us untilhe got called to finance, he made us feel like family here. The whole process didn't even seem like we were buying a car. We have bought several vehicles from several different dealerships from here to waldorf, but I will have to say this has been the best experience we have had. We willdefinitely recommend him to anybody and we will be back to buy our next vehicle from him . He is awesome in every way and we thank him very much for our new used car.

From start to finish my experience was absolutely amazing. I ordered my Maverick last year and JP kept me constantly updated during the build process, delivery, and even came in on his day off to finalize everything. Even after I get texts from him making sure everything is good and updating me on my bed liner and tint appointment. Which brings me to the rest of the team at Lexington Park Ford. Mason their customer relations rep for getting me set up to the fullest, Liam the finance Director for going above and beyond, and Mike the Sales manager for keeping in contact with me and ensuring everything went smoothly. Thank you guys!

I sold cars for many years, so I understand the business. I must say all around it was a great experience. This is second vehicle within a year. I will continue to buy from them. Professional, knowledgeable staff. They are ready to help provide information and not pushy. Deals are amazing, other dealerships wanted to play games with price and/or sell the truck above sticker price. Daequan Chappelle, Mike Steel, and Liam in finance did amazing job.

My son, Ryan, was looking for a nice gentle used Ford Truck. He has seen one online, called and spoke with Rick. Rick was fantastic! The truck was pulled to the front of the lot already for us to test drive.Quick and easy finance, everyone was super helpful. Ryan went home with his new used truck.Rick called the next morning, to inform us they got an even better deal on financing, was able to lower the interest rate-payment- and length of the loan.Just an awesome experience!!!!

Excellent buying experience. Salesman Mike Smith very knowledgeable, worked with us from start to finish, helping us set up car and learn the features. Sales director Mike Steele found the car we wanted and coordinated delivery from another dealership. Cameron made the paperwork painless, very instrumental in closing the deal. Finance director Liam VERY helpful as was Mason in customer relations. We're looking forward to having all our maintenance work done here, and have already met Bridget, Jamie, and Celeste from Service Department. Wow! This is a 5-star dealership all the way around. Always a great experience. Sopea was our sales associate. Very personable and knowledgeable. Delivered a very positive experience. Buying a new vehicle is always stressful, the fine people at Lexington Park made it an easy one. Liam and Austin made sure that we received a great deal on our new vehicle. All the staff here are amazing and very friendly. They make you feel like family. Highly recommend!

Although I did not end up purchasing a car from this dealership, that did not change the outstanding support and customer service Lexington Park Ford provided in helping me in my vehicle purchase journey. They really tried their best in making the best deal they could. They were not pushy, but extremely friendly, patient, and understanding. The associate I worked with was Mr. Michael Smith and I highly recommend working with him when you visit Lexington Park Ford. If the future strikes right I would more than willing to purchase a vehicle from Mr. Smith and Lexington Park Ford.

Had a very painless experience buying here.Background: I was shopping around for the past month, visited a dozen dealers, spoke to even more folks online via autotrader. I knew what I wanted but it was hard to find this specific trim. So when it came up at Lexington, I decided to drop in.Dealer: As a veteran myself, it was nice to speak with another veteran. I worked with Johan through the sales process. He didn't pressure me, none of the usual sales tactics you have to navigate at most dealerships. We honestly spent half the time just talking shop about cars or military stuff. He also went the extra mile to clean the car up for me. I highly recommend Johan - he is an honest broker.Finance: Was a painless process. I paid cash, so I'm sure if you finance you'll have a slightly more painful process to go through since that's where some dealers will try to catch you. But I had no such issues. Everything was digital and I appreciate that. They provided a USB with all my records and emailed an encrypted copy too. Very smooth operation.Appraisal: I sold my VW GTI Rabbit to them. Nice car. I had a lot of offers already and knew what I wanted to get. They did come in low on the first offer, but with very minimal haggling they promptly returned and met me at the price I wanted.Summary: very pleased with the process. It was painless and efficient. I decided to buy. Was in and out in a few hours, that includes test drive and deciding if I wanted the car.

This was the best auto buying experience I've ever had. Everyone at Lexington Park Ford provided excellent customer service from the initial order, financing, and delivery.... Cameron, Ricky, Mason, and Liam...just to name a few. No hard sells or pressure. Highly recommend this dealership.

I stopped in to look at a used Ram pickup. I ended up driving away in a brand new Ford F250. Best experience ever buying a new car. Catherine asked why I was looking at used and I explained I didn t want my payment to change. She said gimme a chance . She went to work and true to her word my payment only increased $80 a month. For a brand new vehicle with all the warranty coverage. I explained my requirement for a vehicle that could tow 15000 pounds. The model I got will tow up to 20k pounds. I love the truck. I can t thank Catherine enough for talking me into new. Well done young lady

Hands down the easiest, non pressure car purchase I have ever experienced!Johan was my salesman and he was (still is) great. The technology in these new vehicles is amazing, especially for a technology challenged individual such as myself! He has been very patient and has been helpful with all of my questions!I simply cannot express how impressed we were with this entire experience. From the ordering, delivery, financing, warranty, etc. Very upfront with zero pressure.Thank you!

I had such a great purchasing experience at this location very friendly, professional, and attentive staff. I want give a special thank you to Jason Peterson he was able to find the best vehicle with the best price for me within 2 days, even going as far as to accommodate me coming at closing time and staying late to make sure i got everything i wanted for my vehicle purchase. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my next vehicle purchase.

I bought a Ford escape at this location and it went amazingly well! I was treated by a Mr Sopea Pich and he went through the options and was very nice and patient with all my questions and concerns. Even helped me get a nice student discount . We got there late on a Monday but he still stayed after hours to make sure I knew every gadget and feature of the car( I've never had a smart car and was nervous). It was a very good experience and I truly recommend people going there to buy ford's they go straight to the actual price and make the process super easy.

Lexington Park made this transaction so easy . We found the truck we wanted on line while driving to North Carolina . The morning after we arrived in North Carolina, Roslyn the product specialist, arrived at 0900 from the Lexington Park dealership 400 away miles away in Maryland with our new truck and all the paperwork .An hour later She and her driver were on the way back to Maryland and I was riding around in my new F 150 .Big Thanks to Roslyn ,Liam , and whole Lexington Park crew .-

For the best deal in Southern Maryland, you must go to Lexington Park Ford! Friendly, knowledgeable sales and service and finance office that can put you in a new or used vehicle. Call and ask for JP he was a great help for getting me in a new Ford Explorer.

Shun Washington did a great job helping me with the purchase of my 2023 Ford Explorer ! He was so personable and made it a great experience. The whole team treated us great from start to finish! The car we wanted was out on loan and they had it back within an hour clean and ready for us when we were done signing the papers. Will definitely go back and see them on our next purchase!

This was the first time that I have been to a car dealership that was a relaxed environment. Especially in the Lexington Park/Great Mills area. There was absolutely no pressure or bad attitudes the entire time. Samuel Williams was an outstanding Product Specialist. Very realistic, down to Earth and listened to what I was looking for. Samuel was able to show me a car with exactly what I needed and more! I thought buying a car during the current state of the market was going to be a dreadful and unsuccessful one. I'm glad Samuel and his team was able to prove that wrong!
