I asked for the lowest grade oil change I could get with no additional services. Which should have been at most ~50$ with fees etc. They charged me for the mid grade oil change and charged me for a bunch of other services I didn t ask for Which ended up being around ~80. If you are either a student struggle with money or elderly I would not go there because they exploit you. Then when I was getting my total and paying, to start the guy behind the counter was uncomfortable to begin with which is fishy, then this one man was saying to the guy checking me out I don t mind getting more money , and man checking me out seemed very uncomfortable and chuckling this statement off, so it seems they over charged me on purpose. Not sure if it s worth taking up with management bc it seems like they re all in on it. Don t go there.Edit for the managers reply:The lowest grade oil change that I asked for, was ~35$. the oil change that you were talking for was 57.99, but was the middle value service, that I was very clear with your employee with not wanting. If your technicians had simply made a mistake and started doing the mid grade service without realizing that's not what I had asked for would be one thing, but what I don't understand is that I was shown that price of ~35$ at the beginning, and like you said my car requires more oil so I knew there would be some extra charges in that regard. Not to mention that when I was choosing this oil service, the guy helping me said something like "don't tell the other guys I told you the cheap one was fine" or something like that. Now if for some reason my car needed the more expensive service, which it didn't need, I should have been told before hand. But I was told that the service I had chosen was fine. Not to mention the weird encounter I had while checking out. So, with all of these things combined, it seems a bit exploitative.

In the middle of my service I was informed that I had only put 800 miles on my car. I went to ask the service advisor if the oil change was necessary and they responded that it wasn't but they had already done the service. I should have been informed that I did not need the oil change instead of being scammed into an oil change just to get money out of me.

Great service! The technician who went over my car with me was amazing as usual and didn t try to push me into anything other than what I asked for! He let me know what maintenance was needed and let me decide. The other technicians that worked on the oil change and inspections did an excellent job as well! Friendly and professional!

Overall satisfactory results, after leaving the shop the. The following morning noticed that the engine shield that was removed to change the oil was not properly attached and was dragging underneath the car, need to ensure this is put on correctly I was able to secure it properly but this should have been secured properly before I left the shop, I also put Mobile 1 synthetic oil in my vehicle the car sticker has on it to return in 3000 miles?? Should be about double the regular mileage you go with regular oil.

I took my truck there for an oil change. The truck is driven rarely so it had been 2 years since my last oil change. I recognized the guy checking me in from a couple years ago and that's usually one good sign how a business runs as far as employee retainment. The guys are friendly and professional. I watched there interactions with other customers as well. Friendly, helpful and professional.

The location was well kept and everyone seemed knowledgeable of the details of my car.I was a first time customer and was treated with respect and kindness.They checkout everything as I waited in the front seating area.They explained everything and I am very satisfied with their services. They did a fine job on my vehicle. Aaron was very informative about what was needed. Oil change expensive than some other places. But tires were cheaper (about $110 cheaper) than Tires Plus and they had what we needed in stock. I would definitely go back. The fact that they have items in stock like brake pads and rotors or work quickly to get the items is worth it in itself. If you're looking for cheap work, you an go anywhere but for decent priced quality work and quick turn around, so far they are my go to. I will be bringing my additional vehicles for them.

These gentlemen were great it was wonderful to pull up and Before I could get out of the car, I have a gentleman asked me what I needed. I told him I was in and out the checks so much of my stuff. I really appreciate them. They did an awesome job and he treated me with respect this is better company. It was the Best garage I have gone to.they did a through inspection on my whole car. I went in for an oil change but ended doing other things that Needed done. I will not take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube again. Too many opportunities are taken to upsell services and when I denied all those up Sales, they charged me a skid plate fee of $10. And asked why there is a skid plate fee. The employee said well your car has a skid plate. I responded with all cars have skid plates, and that has nothing to do with an oil change. You can access the oil filter without removing the skid plate. The response as well you know how it is .Also, I asked for a 5000 mile sticker and they printed out a 3000 mile sticker. I can only assume to try to get me in there sooner than necessary so that I can get more oil changes completed by Jiffy Lube. So because of all this, I will not be going to Jiffy Lube. I can t trust service to be done correctly if it s only going after profits.

Overprice customer service suck, waiting for oil change. They took out my AC and heat air filter put it back wrong forced it back into the compartment . as if they didn t know how to, could no longer use the air filter had to throw it away. so as of now I do not have one never will return to that place again. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Aaron and his team were very knowledgeable and professional about the services that I needed and what was suggested. I will definitely go back to them for future services. Your technician charged me $198.00 for an oil change for a 2022 Hyndai Santa Cruz. He said the manufacturers info noted that this make and model required a "special" synthetic oil, which of course necessitated a "premium" upcharge. If course, this was not true!

Fast and courteous service. Got the Signature Oil Change with high mileage additive. It's well worth it. Remember to have their website open on your phone for the $10 off coupon. I forgot it, but I am still satisfied with their service.

Took no time at all. They had me in and out in no time. They took care of changing my oil, suggested a couple of things that need to be addressed. They were corrected quickly and efficiently. Shout out to the man who did my oil change today. This was the first time I've ever not been talked down to while getting my car serviced and I really appreciate that. They also didn't try to upcharge me on ridiculous extras. Went there for a oil change and left with a leaking and oil burning smelling vehicle. Never had an issue with oil leaking. Now all I see when I start up is oil pouring out and the entire ride now smells like burning oil. But hey they didn't do it. Good luck.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I ve never written a review in my life so my friend is letting me use her account for this okay here we go first off $140 for an oil change only should be illegal they try to say they include vacuuming, window cleaning, this that and the other blah blah. None of that happened, especially no vacuuming. In fact, the floor was dirtier after I left because someone left beautiful footprints on my carpet. Yay. And they just smeared the dirt around on the windows yay again. Also, there was oil all over car handle which I ve never had happen before. So tell my how I paid $140 for my car to be dirtier than when I got there? Granted I could have paid an extra $5 to run in through their car wash but why would I do that when I m paying $140 for everything else At this point I m not even sure I trust the oil they put in it so moral of the story is do not go here.
