We dropped our vehicle off on a Tuesday afternoon at lunchtime with no appointment and were told that they would get to it when they could which would be 4 to 5 business days from the time of drop off. I understood the situation being that we did not call and schedule for an appointment and we had just showed up. We dealt with Adam, who was very informative, honest and transparent. He was honest about the good the bad and the ugly. Much respect. With all of that being said we were getting our vehicle back within 24 hours and paid the same amount that we quoted. In this day age, it s very hard to find honest, hard-working people, especially in the automotive industry, which we are in as well. It s great to know. I have another resource in my back pocket when needed in the future. Great job team at fort garage and thank you for your services, we will see you again for sure

Four T's is well known among car enthusiasts in Southern Maryland. I've been taking all my vehicles here for 3 years. I have an AMG Mercedes and understand it is not the easiest car to work on, but they have all the required tools and equipment to do whatever you need. The staff is straightforward and honest. They also are one of the few, if not only, shops in Southern Maryland that will do exhaust work requiring welding. Look no further for your vehicle service needs, whether you have a domestic vehicle or a high-strung European sports car.

I took my Wife's van in for a break service job. I typically do all my own work on the vehicles I own, but this time I didn't have the time due to an upcoming trip she was taking and I started a new job and couldn't take time off. The van is a 2019 and I knew it needed a brake fluid flush per Honda's service recommendation and I assumed the pads were getting close to end of life. Steve told me at drop off that they would measure the life left on the pads to ensure I wasn't replacing good parts but would go ahead with the flush per my request. If the van needed pads or rotors he would give me a call to let me know how to proceed. When called I was informed that I had about 50% left on the brakes and that they would expect that I could go until my next oil change interval or two before needing a replacement. Steve was very detailed on the call and I went to pick up my van shortly after.It is a rare occurrence that you find a garage that does quality work, has integrity, and reasonable prices. 4 T's has all of those plus excellent customer service. This was my first time using 4 T's but it won't be my last, and I will recommend this garage as the go to place for all your vehicle service needs.

Brought in my 2017 RCSB Chevy for a frame notch in the rear to accommodate my 4/6 suspension drop. Tommy friggin knocked it out of the park. His attention to detail is amazing and he took me back into the shop periodically to show progress. the welds are impeccable and the price was super reasonable. If you need any custom fabrication done this is definitely the shop to go to. I drove 2.5 hours and it was more than worth it.

I cant say enough about this place. My vehicle is driving like its brand new and its not. They are honest and wont rip you off! Please come here, dont waste your time at other shops.

Listen, Adam and Steven are THEE BEST! I have taken 2 of my vehicles to them and have not been disappointed! They're very professional, attentive, honest, and patient if you have plenty of questions like I did, lol. If there were a 10-star option, I'd choose it. Adam was courteous and professional during every encounter. They told me exactly what needed to be done after the initial diagnostic and nothing extra was added. They got my car in and out quickly. Five stars is not enough to express what an absolute pleasure this shop was to do business with. They have a work culture of excellence and attention to detail that is a rarity in 2019. Communication was excellent. All work required to me vehicle was done with my approval prior to any changes being made. All accomodations possible were made to ensure my JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) vehicle was repaired correctly and the first time. The peace of mind I have driving my car is fantastic and I could not have gotten my imported car on the road without their hard work.From Bucky the technician who worked on my vehicle to Stephen and Adam at the front, this place will be my only source for auto repair as long as I live here. Pricing was very fair and I never once felt as though I was being asked to have work completed that wasn't necessary or good preventative maintenance. I would comfortably send an elderly grandmother here, if that says anything.Highly recommended. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Excellent service, excellent communication. I love these guys and will never go to any one else while I live in the area. I've never felt taken advantage of or made to feel stupid for asking questions. Brought my own pads and rotors in for front and pads for rear, only to get a phone call 20 minutes later telling my rear brakes are drum. They could have at that point taken advantage of me and told me the rear brakes needed replaced, but instead said just a quick clean and adjustment is all I need. That saved me over a hundred bucks in maintenance man hours and returned pads!!! Can't speak highly enough of these guys, super professional, honest, quality work done right. Thanks again guys! Had a clunking somewhere in the car, suspected a failed motor mount. They diagnosed it as motor mount and transmission mounts, and replaced all of them.The clunking is totally gone. Feels like a new car.Correct diagnosis, and at a fair price. This shop continues to demonstrate competence and honesty.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have dealt with Tommy and the entire 4T's crew for years and have not been disappointed. I have recommended them to others who have also become repeat customers. They will talk to you about your car's needs, be honest with servicing and pricing, and not up-sell in an effort to make money like some shops will do.I have personally seen Tommy re-evaluate a car that another shop looked over for state inspection, saving the owner over a thousand dollars for items she was told were necessary to pass inspection but weren't even part of Maryland's fail criteria or were within standards. Bottom line: Great people, great work, great customer service.

After calling around for a state inspection, the closest was well over week away. Four T's was available same day. They continously called me to give me updates on how it was going and any items that needed fixing and priced it for me. The desk and all people that I dealt with were very professional and great to deal with. Overall I would recommend this garage to anyone. It was excellent all the way around. A coworker introduced me to 4 T's last year and I've come to them with any and all car issues ever since. Stated plainly, these guys are awesome. They won't do a single thing to your vehicle before telling you exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost. They will even tell you what might have to be done if they find any other issues. Superb customer service and good pricing. It's nice to have a shop that I can completely trust!

Wonderful shop! I started taking my car here (5 years ago) after being disappointed and over charged by a dealership too many times. 4 T's goes out of the way to provide outstanding service. They will take the time to explain (in detail if that's what you want) what's wrong with your car and what their proposed fix is. They'll provide options and cost estimates for all of their repairs (for example- OEM vs aftermarket if that's what you want.) I've never felt rushed when I go to pick my car up and have questions.They're also very good about arranging appointments in a timely fashion, and are sympathetic to urgent needs.As another reviewer already mentioned, their charges are very appropriate. They troubleshoot many issues free of charge, and will let you know when they need to start charging you (for example, if they need to start removing parts of the car). When I was shopping for a car, they even offered to look over the (used) car before I bought it to make sure there weren't any serious issues.As for simple maintenance like oil changes, they are well worth what they charge. They've been very accommodating when I've wanted to bring in my own oil/filter or when I have a specific name brand I'd like them to use (which they'll order in for you). They've also been great at keeping an eye on some developing problems during my oil changes, so I know how quickly some issues are degrading (loose front bushings for example).Aside from their technical skills, which appear to be great in my opinion, they are also a very friendly group of people. They will take time out of their day to not only fix your car and make you 100% comfortable with any work they perform, but they'll also take time to chat with you and get to know you as a person (not just a pocketbook).

These guys have done a great job for me every time I've used them. They are very good at diagnosing issues and are professional about communicating with the customer at all steps of the process. These guys always provide top-notch service. I've brought three different vehicles to them, and they've always fixed them right the first time. They do a great job tracking down those annoying problems that go away when you bring it in to be repaired. They also do a great job explaining what needs to be repaired, describing any available repair options, and helping prioritize repairs if cost is an issue. What's even better is they provide the same level of service for my wife, which isn't always the case at other businesses. Four T's is the kind of place you can bring your car to before a big trip, or before your kid goes off to college, to have them look it over, and you can trust that they're being honest about anything they find. I'm persnickety about my vehicles, and Four T's provides the meticulous service I really appreciate.

I went to Four T's garage to get a couple of mufflers custom welded into my exhaust system. The employees I dealt with were all very professional and knowledgeable. Great place, knowledgeable techs and if I had know they did full custom exhaust I would have just gone there and had it done right the first time. I bought the parts and was going to cut old, leaking exhaust out and band clamp new one on. Decided to take a chance here and it was no problem for them. I asked some of the techs questions about different car problems they're seen. I knew answers to most of it and they were spot on. They know their stuff and recommend for any car repair.

Drove down here from Delaware to work the outage at Constellation. My car developed a vibration problem, my son in law who is from the area suggested that I have these guys look into it. They took the car right in and diagnosed it and repaired it within my window of working here! Thank you Steve and the others who helped me out with this issue!

--DO NOT COME HERE FOR EXHAUST WORK!--In 2019 they charged me $300 for a simple exhaust job. This included removing 2 mufflers and installing a dual muffler I had purchased. So $300 for less than 45 minutes of labor... I knew this was a rip-off, but just wanted to get it done. You can get this job done almost anywhere else for less than $100. I come back a year later asking for an estimate on installing exhaust tips. They give me an estimate of $170 and acted like it was a very difficult job. Once again this was just for labor. I ended up going to Cheseldine Tire & Auto and they did the job for $40 in under 20 minutes. The team at Four T's is either completely manipulative or just uneducated.

This is absolutely one of the greatest vehicle repair shops I have been to. They kept my 99 Honda prelude for about a month, there were so many issues with it. I received a regular update from Adam, he was very detailed in his reporting of problems and troubleshooting steps to be taken. There was no action taken without my approval and all charges were presented up front before approval.They kept my car for so long, because I had an Immobilizer reprogrammed in Washington state, that took long in shipping, and I was unreachable a few days to make a decision. I received pictures with updates. In summary I highly recommend this place. If I could give them a higher score than a 5, I would, they are great!

We're traveling the east coast of the U.S. and it was time for an oil change. Stop off at a Ford Dealership (oil change is $39.95). A service writer comes out and tells me that when they did the multi-point inspection they discovered that I needed a brake job. BOTH the front and rear. I saw that Four T's garage had good reviews so I brought the truck over to them for their opinion. THEIR recommendation - do the front brakes (passenger front was real bad) and do the rear brakes in another 5-8K miles. Four T's was honest about this and it saved my money. I normally do my own brake job but being that we are out of SW Florida, no way I could do this now and due to the condition of the front brakes it wouldn't have been safe to drive all the way back to SW Florida when we still had several more stops to make. Point is - I came to Four T's based on the reviews and they were correct. If you want honest service - go to Four T's. If you want an honest opinion on what your car needs - go to Four T's.

Excellent and quick service. Called and got an appointment in the same week to get my A/C fixed. I showed up and asked if they could perform an oil change on my vehicle with products that I provide. They were able to find the source of my A/C issue and still had time to perform the oil change. The staff was very friendly and kept me updated every step of the way and what work they were performing and why. They ensured they checked with me before any additional work was performed to find the source of the problem. I will definitely be back and think I found my primary garage in the St. Mary's area!

I just wanted to reiterate the person's point of view regarding the mask. It takes all of two seconds to put on a mask. If that is going to make your customer feel better about your environment, what's the big deal. Making your customer feel comfortable in your environment as it pertain to such a most reasonable request equates to dismissal (taking them for granted), if you are indeed valuing your customer. I honestly don't get it, unless you believe it's all fake news, then I get it.I'd actually decided to bring my car in for the first time until I read that, unbelievable. You more than likely don't believe in climate change either, just saying. Your customer did exactly the right thing, bravo! Again, you are taking them for granted, because under the circumstances it is such a small request. They're not asking you to provide lunch. In essence, if the majority of your customers made that very small request, your response would drive you out of business, full stop.
