They did a terrible job cleaning my car today. Did not wipe down the interior of my doors, steering wheel or the front console. When I said something to the guy he said that's not included. How is it not included when I paid for the interior to be wiped down... I'll never go again! Very poor customer service and poor quality of work!

we just moved here from san diego and i was so relieved to find a full service car wash close by. i m not sure why the reviews are so negative? for $22 i got exactly what i expected! i have 2 kids, so i emptied out my car and blew all the big crumbs out with a leaf blower before heading over. i was greeted quickly and my car was done pretty fast, as well. i think maybe they took pity on me after seeing the car seats but everything was wiped down and lightly vacuumed! the exact same things i would have done myself at home, just paid to have it outsourced today.don t expect new car smell, expect to have your windows cleaned, the cup holders cleaned out, electronics dusted and, all water/jams wiped off. exactly what i needed.

Since we only have like three working car washes in the south county I typically go here because it s the best of them. However it is not THE best. I would give zero stars if I could. Today I went through the Touch Free automatic car wash to get the salt off my car. Only one side was spraying water. Against better judgement I decided to do it anyways. The moving beams literally slammed into the back of my car several times. I couldn t do anything about it because of my wheel being locked in. I m not sure if the sensors are not working properly due to the cold weather but if that is the case it should have been CLOSED. Also the man in front of my put 20 dollars in and entered, the car wash did not start. I pulled up to the screen and it was asking for 7 more dollars. (It s a 12 dollar car wash) I payed the 7 dollars for him and let him go through since he just lost 20 dollars essentially. The beams didn t slam into his car which was about the same size. All in all I m leaving with my car soapy, and scratched. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely the worst car wash in Southern MD. It s shocking to me how a business like this still is operating. My car was still dirty and not vacuumed completely when I went through. I complained and they stated they were too busy to clean. Went to their self serve car wash right next door and of course after adding another $13 dollars in quarters, they had no Soap from the pressure hose. Only soap available was from the scrub brush which was dirty and filled with mud balls . Absolute waste of $40+ dollars. Wound up taking it home and just hand washing it.

You know I would really like to give more but can t I wanted to give them another try but wish I did not. If I m paying you to clean my vehicle I should not have to go back over the whole thing and clean it again because your employers can t clean to save there life. There was still mud at the bottom of my doors there was still stuff all over the carpet and they did not even bother to clean the door panels. They did not clean the rims they make it look like there doing something when your out there waiting but there not and yes I got the big package where they are supposed to do everything but of course let down in the end. Definitely a waste of money don t come here expecting for your vehicle to look clean!!!!

Tried this place twice...the first time, they didn't completely clean the interior and I had to get someone to finish the job. Today, I tried them again because the backseat was quite filthy and dirt-covered where my child returned from camp everyday covered in mud! They missed ALOT!! (see photos) I went home and used wipes & a dust buster to get it perfect in less than 10 minutes!! Sorry to say, but their detail team needs to pay attention to the details!!

This was the worst self-service car wash I've ever been to. I would give zero stars. The wash asks for 8 coins you give it 8 coins and it gives you 1 minute of wash time. I switched to another Bay, another 8 coins 2 minutes of wash time. I will never use this service again. Then with no more coins and a soapy car, I had to go through the drive through car wash which gets stuck and only one side rinses that's if you get any soap. Don't waste your time or money.

I had a very bad experience. I even told the lady that my car is not even clean and they really didn t do anything. This is how my car looks after the full service.

We have lived here for a few years and I am not sure how I missed this place! What a great job they did on the full service car wash!! The vacuum was just right, the wipe down got all the areas I was concerned with, and inside/outside are better than I expected. Everyone from the nice person who explained the pricing and process to the cashier and team doing the final detailing, the customer service was awesome. This will now be my regular place!! As for the comments in the reaviews about the interiors not being cleaned, as a person who for years has done my own car detailing after toddlers and trips and teens after sporting tournaments, there is a difference between a $30 full service wash and car detailing.... hours of difference.I appreciate you! Thank you!

Moved here almost 3 months ago with a teenager and a dog so you can imagine how messy the car was. They did a great job, very thorough, got all the dog hair out and it smells nice again

Great job for the time and price! For less than $30 it includes vacuuming and wiping down interior, windows, a brushless wash, hand drying and cleaning rims and applying tire shine. And done in less than 15 minutes! They do individualized detailing, too. Staff always friendly. Just remember they're closed on Sundays and in bad weather.

The brushless car wash pricing was average but the water pressure seemed lacking on certain parts, but especially on the lower half of my vehicle.

Good if you only need your car 3/4 clean! They did a terrible job on the inside. The interior was only partially vacuumed, the interior door sills were still dirty and only the front windows were cleaned. When we called them back they were very amenable and said, That s not right Bring it in and we ll fix it! Unfortunately, the manager on duty did not have the same attitude as the person who took the call, and said their $28 wash package only includes wiping down the center console. They need to step up their game on attention to detail and customer service.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I have given them too many opportunities because they are the only full Svc car wash in the area that is not detailing. The quality and service has deteriorated significantly. In my last visit, I pay for the full package but I didn't get what I paid for and when asked to vacuum the areas they missed, the workers got angry and aggressive with me. I was polite to them and I didn t understand why so I went inside and told the front desk, I was asked to call management and report the incident, I left a msg but I never received a callback.

Great Wash (ultimate) nice people all around.Only problem I believe the price is high.Return for minimum my 10th visit. Prices a little high. For the service i get compared to drive in further out somewhere else it's worth it... Highly recommend.

I haven t took my current vehicle to Cheseldine before and decided to today. When I first arrived, I immediately noticed the lack of management in regards to order of operation at the vacuum section. One lane would move, while the other remained stagnant because employees where not tending one particular lane. Neither lane was insync employee and service wise. I arrived before two vehicles, yet due to their lack of order of operations, two vehicles went into the wash before mine. The gentleman also hole punched the incorrect wash option and I had to go back to ensure he correctly adjusted it to ensure I got what I paid for.After my vehicle left the wash and I hopped in it, I immediately noticed several things all that sum up, they did not do a good job. There were finger prints on my windows, the interior was not touched at all and when I got home, I had to re wipe every single rim because they missed large amounts of brake dust. I also used atleast five wipes and removed dirt from my cup holders in the front center which were not touched at all. I typically wash my own car mainly because my interior is well maintained. The only thing they did well on, was wiping my car dry and cleaning the door jams. Beyond that, I literally had to go behind them and clean areas inside and out which defeats the purpose of paying for good service and shows lack of attention to detail from start to finish. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Awful automated car wash 12$ for the top wash option, and my truck is still covered in dust and all the fingerprints/handprints that you see of wiping your hand across while getting in and such is still there! Didn't fully wash the soap off nor did it completely clean off the rainx it sprayed over dirt and dust.... what a rip stay away from them.

I went there to wash my truck today. A lot has changed since I was the manager there. The vacs in self serve are the same. Some features in the outside bays have changed. The end bay now has steps so guys with big rigs can do a better job. They have a detail center now. Quick drive thru car wash out front. They seem to have grown a lot. As for the service, I don't know because I'd rather do my own.

They did an amazing job cleaning my car. It looks ridiculously well polished, better than any other car wash I ve been to, and they were very thorough about cleaning the inside. They moved the seats to make sure they vacuumed as much as possible and even cleaned the inside of the cup holders. Very fast and friendly Mexican ran establishment... great service and nice building to wait inside with food and auto amenities while you wait (which won't be that long )(Just make sure you walk around your vehicle for a last inspection before leaving)

*Update* Received snarky response from owner that my concerns are invalid. No, I will not waste my time to go down there and show you everything that went wrong with your equipment. (Has anyone ever taken you up on such an offer?) I have no gain in saying things about your car wash that are not true. As for the part where you were talking down to me about gale force winds and suggesting that I check the weather next time, your facility could have been laid out in a way that prevents this problem (like most car washes are) when constructed. The point in mentioning this was so other consumers could be aware of this and know it could be an issue. It is quite obvious with your response that you believe your above your customers and our concerns. Changed from 2 star to 1 star rating for a generic, fake, pompous response from ownership. Do not expect your concerns to be taken seriously here and just pay more to go somewhere else.You get quite a bit of time for $5 on self service but many things didn't work correctly. Triple foam started to work but almost immediately died. Rain X came out in giant globs and it left horrible water spots. The cross wind in this spot is so bad that chemicals from the wash blew back in my face multiple times. Would have given it one star but this place is barely acceptable especially when compared to the over priced car washes in the area.

Paying $20-$30 each time you would think you would get a better job then you receive from this car wash. I am use to the cash washes in VA. Beach you pay $10-$20 and get a way better experience and service then you do hereWe have lived here a little over a year. The first time I went there they did an amazing job. Each time after it has gotten worse. I will not be going back. Today when I went I let them know that my antenna does not come off and they ripped it off.. they also stained my ceiling by my drivers door with a hand print.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Expensive if you wash your car yourself and do it correctly.. also the change machine took my $20 had to wait 2 days in order to get it back.. On the upside I found $50 but I gave it back to the person who I "think" dropped it..

My husband loves it and uses it regularly. When done here he comes home and makes improvements on the service he just paid for. They don't dry it off very well at all.

I've taken my car twice. The first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time was just as bad. Paid for the top of the line package and my seats were not cleaned, door jams were not clean and found my interior door handles were not cleaned out at all either. Very disappointed yet again and I will not bother to pay that much again for a service that is not up to par.
