On my Caddy I had some damage on the rear wheel well. Not only did the work look like nothing happened but they matched 20 year old paint perfectly. Had another issue with some damage on another vehicle on an insurance claim and that worked out great. The work is awesome and the service is great. If you need any body work or painting, this is the place to go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly, fast, and helpful. Fixed up some major gouges and paint scrapes from someone backing into my car (pictured below). Looks better than ever!

Very professional from start to finish. Lindsay at the front desk was great about explaining the process and getting my repair scheduled. Work was completed ahead of time and when I picked my car up the shop had washed the car, detailed the wheels, and vacuumed the interior! Certainly went above and beyond just repairing my car!

Did all 4 windows and the rear windshield in about an hour. Looks great. No bubbles or peeling. Taking my Buick back there to get done. Great pricing, staff, and waiting room.

This place was horrible for my Mercedes Benz! I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and it was only supposed to take three days to fix my car, but it ended up taking eight days. It was minor bumper damage to my car and it took them eight days just to repair it (with no other cars backed up). On top of that they order the wrong license plate holder four time so that took a long time. Once I pick my car up I noticed I heard a vibration by the bumper. I brought it to their attention and they looked at it and said that the bottom of the bumper has been cracked and that I may have hit a curb. I hadn't even had my car to do that! So they told me that I would have to contact my insurance company and then bring it back to them for them to fix it. No sir! I would never recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes Benz.... Or possibly any car. They did do a good job at detailing the inside of my car and I appreciate that, but everything after the bumper crack discovery was horrible!

Kirk and all at Body by Design were outstanding to work with. Not only was the work done on our car high quality, but the expertise, patience, dedication, and care that Kirk offered while dealing with ELCO, the insurance company of the Enterprise rental car service, was top notch. Enterprise's insurance company, ELCO, was very difficult to work with even with us being the victims of an accident; but Kirk went above and beyond to help us understand the process of making and working through the claim and working directly with the insurance company so we could relax. Very much appreciate the service we received and highly recommend Body by Design and Drive Line auto services. Thank you, Kirk.
