I am Extremely impressed with the staff and service at California autozone. I went in for new windshield wipers and the technician not only helped me find the best set for my vehicle but walked outside and installed them in the rain! This is the finest service I have observed anywhere, I recommend this location to anyone who needs auto parts or assistance.

The group of young guys that work here are awesome!! They went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a pinch. I don't remember their names but I would like for the manager to contact me so I can write my letter of recommendation for the men that helped me out. Also the officer... I do remember her name.

Preston and the other staff members went above and beyond when my extremely corroded battery wouldn't come out they spent 2 hrs getting it out and putting a new battery in. They also called Kenny at Precision Auto to help with replacing my battery terminal. You guys are amazing!From Michelle Henson

I went in to rent a loaner tool. I was promptly greeted by Luke. He not only assessed the situation and provided the tools I needed but assisted me in handling what I needed the tools for! Although it wasn t a big job I still didn t expect any assistance but here s Luke, the perfect gentleman and outstanding worker, ready to help. I appreciate him especially now a days where some ppl aren t too thrilled to lend a helping hand. Thank you very much Luke!!!

The staff was amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They tested my battery quickly, and showed me multiple options for replacement, explaining each one making it easier to decide the one for me. They also installed it professionally in record time.

My name is Sherry and I went to the store in california md. My battery was bad so I went to exchange causeit was under warranty. When they couldn't find the proof of purchase in register the manager more less accused me of taking it. The. Thw other guy said that I bought it 11/21 but it was apr of 2022. So finally the store manager said just do it don't feeling dealing with a headache. So whe. I went home I found the receipt for thw battery and it was April of 2022. So rj the district manager is getting called

Was able to find everything I needed quickly and get out quickly...and for being such a good helper, they let my daughter pick out any candy at the register and comped it! (She didn't pick a cheap candy either, some king-sized Airheads bag.) Way above and beyond!

Went to advance auto parts across the street twice to get a simple quick connect for my dodge fuel pump. Hoping the day shift actually knew something the night crew didn't. The same closing/opening manager Angela, said she wasn't a mechanic (who couldn't find a part even with the part number in my hand). So I went across the street to AutoZone. I found it within a minute without even speaking to anyone. They had the part, rang me up quickly, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. This isn't the first time I was let down by advance. Even thou I'm kinda loyal to a former company I worked for, I'm getting better service, parts, and actual knowledgeable customer service from AutoZone.

The staff here is great and always ready to assist. I stopped in to have my battery tested and found the staff to be very knowledgeable. I have stopped at this specific location and will continue to do so for my auto parts needs.

Stopped in for a replacement battery for my car keys and Karyn was super nice and helpful! Installed the battery for me, super pleasant to me and another woman who came in again. She made such an impression, if I have any car needs I'll be back to this location.

I needed new wiper blades. The assistant manager who helped me was really friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped me troubleshoot the blades when I had an installation problem. Great service here, with people who are really cool!

I like them as far as parts but they NOT as good as Advanced auto. Not even a close comparison. I say this because of the online shopping. Advance has better ways to save mu h more on retail parts when using coupons for discounts than Auto Zone. I have saved so much more in cash shopping at Advance than Auto Zone

This is a late review but months ago my aunt's tire went flat. We were out there changing the tire and an employee came out to help. We really appreciated the help and the gesture. Great job Auto Zone for hiring excellent people.

My Boyfriend and I stopped in to get a can of recharge for the AC. A guy named Preston ( I think that was him name) was so helpful. He walked us through the process and helped us find the right valve to connect to. We would have been totally lost and sweaty if it wasn't for him. Thanks again.

I had bought a battery from Walmart only a year-and-a-half ago today it took a nice stopper to me and I stop by this store there was nobody there at first and then there was a guy checking in the oil this particular gentleman stop what he was doing to help me and then he even helped me install it thank you so much I do appreciate it have a blessed day

After ordering a AC pulley clutch replacement, I came in to pick it up and it was for a water pump. The "woman" behind the counter had a attitude for something not my fault for any reason. Don't go there.
