New worker steps in front of my path to ask if I need help. Rude. I'm guessing he did this because I'm a woman, and he's ignorant. It wasn't him asking. It was him moving his big body into my path.

Went to go return a part for a friend. Was told they need the Credit card. That's ok he can bring back.Part is UNOPENED and still sealed in Plastic.Person told me it's over 45 days and won't return part. Part has a LIFETIME WARRANTY and they refuse. Called corporate, waiting for a response.

Heather was working and set me up quickly with some new windshield wipers. I was driving near here and one of my wipers broke and flew off just as it started to rain. I had to stop in and buy replacement. She even offered to come out in the rain and put the new wiper on! 10/10 service and friendly, helpful employees.

Very pleased with recent service. The associate I think name was Myranda, was friendly and knowledgeable, and was happy to change my battery without hesitation when another shop didn't want to do it.

I went to Advance Auto parts today, Father's Day to purchase a wheel lock key for my Honda CR-V. The sales associates were very helpful especially Lee. He even went so far as to help me look for a spare wheel lock on my spare tire. Lee took everything from the trunk of my car and he placed it all back. He was such a gentleman, very kind. He had a lot of patience with me, he even explained how to keep track of my wheel lock key. Thank you Lee for all your help. Advance Auto is the place for your auto needs.

Initially when I came in there were two other customers ahead of me in line and then another came in while I was standing in line. Only one employee seem to be working. Now he was doing his best and being thorough and measuring parts that another customer brought in to make sure that he ordered the correct part for him. But as I said I came in in the middle of this I hope, and I stood in line for a full 12 minutes before the next person got to go. Again during all of this no other employees were seen. I waited my turn, then as I had to go out to retrieve information from my car and the next customer is being taken care of a second employee finally walked in the door. It was almost 25 minutes after I walked in the door before I was helped originally. I've been at this place before and they always seem to need to order at least one of the items I'm requesting. Most times they can be in next day sometime so it's more than a week. I usually end up going to all those zone and Lexington Park due to them having a larger stock.

The store in California, MD is absolutely awful if you are a woman who does her own car repairs. The bald guy in the store is the most condescending person I ve ever met and has made shopping there absolutely unbearable.When I stopped in for an oil filter I was met with condescension and his tone when asking are you sure was absolutely vile. I will never step foot in this store again as long as he s working there. I think he knows he would be in trouble if his actions were reported as I didn t see him wearing a name tag.So either he works there or he has no life that he hands around auto repair shops and acts like a knob head for fun.

Very helpful staff. Unfortunately, I don't understand why they only had the female wiring connectors and not the male wiring connectors. I went to multiple stores.

The staff and manager where great. If it wasn't for the corporate warranty policy I would have given them 5 stars. But... warranty info is only kept AT the store you purchased the part from. On top of that, depending on the store, their records might only go back 2 years, even though they warranty some parts (like a battery) for 3 years. But the manager "made it right" and I am a happy costumer.

Went in to grab some wiper blades. Employees were discussing personal business fairly loudly and didn't seem to notice me until I took my purchase to the counter. Not a big deal since I didn't need any help, but also not welcoming.

Thank you to Shelby for never making me feel as clueless as I really am when it comes to car stuff. Instead of the anxiety I used to feel looking for car parts, its now another fun thing for me, thanks in large part to her helpfulness. It really goes a long way, she knows her stuff! A clean store with a great staff.

The parts quality is good when you can actually receive the part correctly the first time at your time of visit and don't have to return because of lack of knowledge from the employee... Basically meaning if they could actually look up the right part the first time that would be totally awesome , and this is coming from a mechanic that knows what he's talking about, when he walks into a parts store looking for a certain part and explained it very clearly... I personally think it just must be something in the water on the East Coast when it comes to thinking...

Don't shop here. Only place, I've ordered something online and I couldn't cancel the order online. Boboass company. I had to call a service center and wait on hold for some lady that doesn't want to be there ask me why I want to cancel my order. The funny thing is, even with the trt30, speed perk of 30 percent off, all the items in my cart were cheaper at Amazon and in some cases, a few dollars and delivered everything even oil to my door step.. But, no one will read this because your store sucks, and they are always in the ghetto with shorty people always smoking out front. Trash.

This is a brand new massive store and sells the best auto body paint and industrial paint. They sell all the body shop needs! Sandpaper, tape ,primers etc!

This store has terrible customer service. Couldnt manage to ship a part to another store for 2 days in a row. I called their store to ask what happened the manager had no idea and the commercial manager didnt even know which driver was picking parts up. After getting a nasty attitude she decided to hang the phone up. Terrible service

Staff could not be nicer or more helpful. I went in not even sure what I needed and they not only helped me figure it out but figured out how to have the part delivered directly to the shop where the car could be fixed.
