I came in needing a tire replacement. I worked with Pedro who was amazing. I was stressed due to the cost of a tire especially on such short notice for me. Pedro encouraged me to sign up for a store card which I was approved for and instantly was able to pay for my tire worry free. Legit the best decision for me. His patience and customer service was a breath of fresh air especially with how worried I was. I will definitely be coming back.

Couldn't be happier with my experience here. To make a long story short Subiel, the manager at this location, is a stand up guy. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was properly taken care of, long term. I've had the car back for about a week now and it's as smooth as it's ever been with no issues. I definitely plan on coming back for other auto services after my experience here.The only thing I will say for prospective visitors/buyers: Call the location first. The inventory online is not accurate to what they actually carry in-store. They also handle most of their appointments via phone as well. I used the online system and while my information and everything was there, stock information was inaccurate. Thankfully this was easily resolved in my case but it's something to consider on your purchase.Services: Four new tires(installation/removal), alignment and car inspection.

I visited Tires Plus in Burtonsville, MD twice - for tires and an alignment. Each time I was greeted with care and friendliness. Pedro pay great attention to my needs and made sure I was well taken care of; I will definitely be back!

I've known Subiel for approximately 10 yrs. He's serviced 3 of the cars that I've owned. He's honest, trustworthy, polite and provides EXCELLENT customer service. I listened when he suggested preventative maintenance and had the work done because I knew that it would save me the expense of a major repair in the future.Most recently, I needed one tire - immediately. I tried looking online and got the same answer: 5 - 10 business days. I phoned Subiel on a Friday and he had the tire for me on a Saturday. He met and exceeded my needs!I would highly recommend Tires Plus in Burtonsville to everyone who asks for an "honest mechanic".

Beware! These fake mechanics will side swipe your vehicle and then lie about it. My truck had zero damage when I took it in to this low budget Mr. Tire.If you have a broke down $5.00 car by all means take it to this dump. But never take a $100k fully detailed with no damage vehicle to them because you will get it back destroyed and then they laugh at you.

I visited many places before going to this store, from the moment I opened the door, I knew it was the right place, the disposition, kindness, patience of the guys in this place was excellent, if you are looking for a place where you want them to explain to you . with details, suggest what is best for your car, this is a good place

We had to get 3 new tires and ended up getting 4 of the Bridgestone. We had an issue with my son's car and Usman was so supportive of us. We appreciate him as well as Pedro. I needed support and they gave it. I am so grateful for their timeliness for fixing the car as well as advice.

Be cognizant of price gouging!Long story short, I needed a headlight bulb changed, because of a tight fit under the hood, near the socket. I tried, but resolved with the fact that I needed a mechanic's help. I brought my own bulb here and requested the install. After waiting 90 minutes, I was told the service would cost $255 before tax.Literally went across the parking lot, to a named brand mechanic shop, that completed the service for $85 and gave me a new bulb. So if I need tires, I'm definitely not going here.

The Staff at the TiresPlus Burtonsville Location has been great to me. I've only been there twice, but it is my go to place. They are very helpful, and communicate very well and explains everything that you need to know about your visit with them. I always feel like my car is in good hands with them. I have a TiresPlus card, and I will always be a member at TiresPlus.

I had a screw in my tire and thought I would have to wait for it to be fixed the next day. However they fixed my tire in less than 2 hours/before they closed. So helpful that they did that for me!!!

Don't come here!!!!!! Stop.......get your parts and go elsewhere trust...been too several locations and all same SLOW SLOW UNPROFESSIONAL......will add services as you wait even if you tell them nothing else.....they say wouldn't advise.....then you say just do the Oil etc....because they price gouge.......to make more money........don't do it stay away..........the worse

Pricing is a rip off. Wanted to charge me $102 for a light bulb change. They showed me the price of the bulb being $4-$6 and the rest was labor! I ended up going to CITGO in Cloverly. They took me in right away and it only cost me $15.

I scheduled an alignment on their website for 4pm today which was very easy to do. I was surprised when it had a time slot to book an appointment for the same day (today) so I tool the first one I saw. I accidentally went to the tire place in the Burtonsville shopping center next to Giant and the guy in there haa stick up hiss you know what when I ask about my for that time. I definitely wont be using that place for anything and im glad that they werent the ones doing the alignment or I probably would have gone somewhere else.Anyway I showed up at Tires plus at 4:10pm due to going to the wrong location at first. They didnt give me any trouble for being late, they acknowledged me when I walked in the door and were extremely nice. They explained the two options they had for the alignment, $125 for a one time job or $200 for lifetime alignments and tire rotations. I went with the latter as one more alignment and the cost pays for itself. The job took a little under an hour and they called me to let me know it was finished. I arrived, paid, and was out the door in a couple minutes. It was a very smooth transaction the whole way through, and my vehicle rides great. I look forward to using them in the future for my tire rotation & alignment!Service: Wheel alignment

Called at 9:00AM on a Saturday with a damaged tire. Was told I could bring the car in anytime that day. Took it in at 11:00 and the tire was repaired by 12:00. What else could anyone want? Love these guys!

I ve literally watched almost the entire Titanic movie during my stay here. I had a 330pm appt and it s 445pm and my car still has not been seen. That s unacceptable when doing a business vehicle. They re preventing me from making money because of their lack of professionalism. I will never take a vehicle back to this place. They didn t inform me that there would be a wait time for my appointment until I asked after 30 minutes and wondering what was taking so long.If they can t fulfill an appointment window then this should be communicated.Service: Oil change

I've been a customer of Tires Plus for years and have never had a problem until now. The store I used to go unfortunately is closed, so I decided to try the one in Burtonsville, MD - what a big mistake. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to replace my tires. After scheduling my appointment I got the usual notice saying someone will contact me with questions or an email will be sent to confirm my appointment. Got my confirmation email yesterday around 3:30pm (store closed at 7pm). Today, I came in to get new tires to find out they didn't have the tires I had ordered. The front desk person said "I meant to call you"... but he definitely forgot, which shows how careless employees of this Tires Plus branch are. Then the front desk person offered me another tires - but with lesser tread mileage - and discount for a brand I don't trust. He said "I am sorry" too many times that I got frustrated about the incompetence of this people. I wasted my time going there. Please avoid this place.Service: Tires
