I seem to win the lottery for nails in my tire as it happens multiple times a year. On this most recent occasion, I called and was able to bring my vehicle in immediately. Not only did they patch my tire quickly, the service was also free as my tires were still under warranty. Very pleased with the service!

Manager was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was quick and issue free. I'm not entirely sure an alignment was absolutely necessary after installing the new tires as the pre -testing results (provided to me after service) didn't appear like it was off by much. I honestly can't tell any difference while driving, but ultimately it was my decision to make. Pricing seemed fair enough, although I'd definitely shop around a bit just to be sure (I was a little desperate due to upcoming holiday travel). Overall it's all good, the money's been spent and my new tires are rolling right along sooo ...

Sadly DISHONEST business.I went to get a purchase new spare tire from Mr. Tire in Burtonsville. They said the best deal was to buy a new tire, have that put on and use my old tire as my spare. However, once I had the work done and came to pick up my car the spare tire was useless to me because it was not put onto the old rim. They mentioned nothing about this to me. After I made the purchase and then checked the spare tire, did I see that it was useless because they didn't put it on a rim.Truly sad.

Today I ended up getting a nail in my tire. There was no place in sight until I found Mr Tire in BURTONSVILLE. I called and was able to be seen since all the other tire places claim they were too busy and could not patch a tire. When I enter Mr Tire I was relieved and felt so much joy in my heart that the manager and team welcomed me with open arms. I was able to get my tire plugged and the wait time was not long at all. I am forever grateful to the manager and team for assisting me. Getting a flat tire is not fun and people these days to not stop to assist people anymore. I will be returning to this location for all my car needs. Thank you all for assisting me from the bottom of my heart.

This place is a scam, I gone in today at 11am for a walk in oil change and I was told they are to full and couldn't service my car but they don't close until 6pm today. Online showed that they was still taking appointments. I guess my business wasnt wanted or needed. I will let my county executive know that they are false advertising with no appointments necessary for oil change on they website. I will also posted this to my social media and the neighborhood app letting people not to use this place because our business isn't wanted. I also hope that the lady with the cadillac get help with her car the tech came out the back and said they not dealing with her car because it's to old and have to many codes

Manager, Sesay, and Assistant Manager, Dewan, provided excellent service on my third oil change with Mr. Tire which included, 1) a quiet, clean space to study at a counter equipped with an outlet, 2) a car battery test result, 3) a tire check and, 4) non-synthetic fresh oil, all for $33 and delivered within one hour! For Spring 2022, when inflation is upon us, Sesay, Dewan, and team will take care of you!

I went here on July 4th after scheduling an appointment online the day before. At drop-off, they claimed not to be busy, promising it would take an hour and that they would call once my car was ready. Over 1.5 hours later, I called to check after not receiving a call, and found out my car was ready. I got there and it was clearly not busy, with the two guys in the front hanging out in the customer lounge area. The man who checked me out said that he was distracted from calling about my car because he got a splinter. I went to my car after paying and found greasy fingerprints on the outside and dirty grime all across the interior of my car. I went back in to alert them of the issue, and a guy came out to clean it with just a wet paper towel, wiping at a few spots then trying to quit until I pointed out more that he missed. I still had to use my own leather cleaner after he left to completely remove the interior dirt & grease. It was painfully clear they did not want to be there working on a holiday, but they are still being paid and the noted lack of care across multiple fronts was majorly disappointing.

We had a blown tire and they took us in right away urgently. We was in and out in less than 30 min. Sesay was incredible with helping us. The customer service was phenomenal. I would recommend this place 1000%.

I put in a reservation via the website for a specific tire. Sesay called me within minutes and left a voicemail informing me the tire was out of stock but he had similar tires in the same price range. This was followed a few minutes later with another call saying he had the tires coming in with their truck order the next day. Prior to the installation he also showed me the to-be-installed just to verify.Nothing noteworthy beyond that but the initial interaction helped cement my decision to go with Mr. Tire. If I need similar services in the future I'll be keeping this store in mind.

Extremely disappointed. I am not sure why so many reviews are positive. My car was bouncing at slow speeds, so I set up an appointment just to be told they can't see me for 45 minutes after arrival. Left the car with them for the day, they called to get approval to replace two tires. I approved. I pick up the car and the TPMS light is on for one of the tires they replaced. I go back the next day and the only tech went home early. They ask me to come back the next day, I drop it off just for them to tell me several hours later that the battery on the TPMS sensor died and they wanted $170 to replace. Firstly, that is way above average cost for one sensor, second the chance of a 10 year battery dying on the one day that they have the car is extremely low. It's obvious that they damaged it somehow, and even if the battery died, shouldn't they have tested that before reassembling the tire and returning the car to me with a bad sensor. Finally, they took it upon themselves to align my vehicle. According to their report the front toe was slightly off. Under further inspection the report indicated the caster was good when it went in but failed afterwards. Fortunately they blacked out the red with a black sharpie so that everything seemed fine. When questioned they provided another report and explained that although it failed it was "close enough". This place will not be getting my business and I'd discourage anyone else from going there.

I blew two tires late last night so I phoned this shop right when they opened this morning. I spoke with Mr. Sesay and he assured me that they had tire options for my car. I was there early (7:50 am), Mr. Sesay looked at my two good tires and suggested two new ones that had a similar tread pattern-- he seemed knowledgeable and kind, and the replacement took just about an hour. I'm very grateful!

Hi my name is Sunny. I had a great experience with Mr. Tire Auto Services. My appt for my oil change was at 1:30 pm and the manager initially said they were short staffed and I could drop my car off and the service would start at 3:00pm. But I explained my situation to him and he was able to squeeze me in and I was able to get my oil change and wheel alignment in about an hour. He even offered me a discount. I appreciate the manager Mr. Wesley Brown for working with me and I highly recommend anyone else to stop by the tire service center for great customer service. Thanks and I will do business with them in the future.

Mr Tire gave me my car back after balance and rotation and an oil change but forgot to install new oil filter after removing old one. My car probably has at least some minimal damage from driving 4 miles away and then realizing it wasn t running well. Towed back at my expense. No reimbursement for oil change or tow or the massive time it took my wife and I to get it back to Mr Tire.No call or email from regional manager about issue when two store managers said I would get call and email the following day.Unbelievable!

From the very beginning of my visit, enjoyed the service. Angela was very thorough and went through all of the options for my appointment and made sure that I was satisfied with my choice. The actual service was very short and I liked how the service team made sure the interior was protected with a plastic seat cover.Last but not least, on the next day, I intended on refilling my windshield washer filler, and was presently surprised that the Mr. Tire techs had already done so. I will definitely be returning for more services.

Wish I would give it a zero but i can t so I give it a one. I have no idea how they have 4.5 stars. Absolute worst car experience I ve ever had. This has been a 6 month long struggle of getting my money back! AND I STILL DONT HAVE IT. I purchased a deal to buy three tires and get the last one free. The free one was supposed to be given back to me in a rebate. Absolutely nothing was free and never got a rebate card from them. I called and called and called for months and nothing! They have been giving me the run around all this time. Called the store and they said the old manager sent it off to be mailed (never got it). Called corporate and corporate said they are not allowed to send money on behalf of the store SO SOMEBODY IS LYING! For some reason corporate can t issues me a refund but they can issue me another service on my car in the EXACT SAME AMOUNT OF THE REFUND. Save your time and money don t come. Liars.And do NOT respond to my message saying you re sorry and giving me another phone number to call! Just warning people of what their getting themselves into.

This was my first visit but certainly not be my last. I arrived as the last appointment of the day. You would never have known as the staff was as upbeat and personable as if it were early morning. I was greeted immediately and professionally. I had scheduled my time online which was so convenient. The manager explained my options and helped me make an informed decision within my budget. While waiting for my car, the waiting area for customers offers coffee, and a vending machine with treats to satisfy a variety of tastes. Before I could become worn from being here, my car was ready. This was the best auto repair experience that I've had in a long long time.

I had a great experience here last weekend and will definitely come back! I walked in with a bad mood due to an unexpected flat tire, and left feeling relieved and overall satisfied with my experience. The front manager was friendly, knowledgeable and honest and provided me with options. I was near needing new tires already and decided to go ahead and get them while there. They had several options for my car and were able to walk me through the differences so I could make an informed decision. The prices seemed reasonable as well. Also, the waiting room area was very clean and I felt very comfortable while waiting.I don't hope for another flat in the future - but if I do, I know where I'm going.

My experience with this tire store and repair was the best I ve ever had. The entire staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The manager Sessay and the young man with him were especially helpful. They both went above and beyond the expectations of a tire store. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area. Our situation was difficult because we were replacing 3 tires on a trailer with a boat resting on it; and they were able to get the job done skillfully and efficiently.

Mr. Tire has proven that they are an excellent place to go to for an oil change. Customer service was friendly, courteous, and all around great. They take their time with your vehicle, and not only do they do an oil change, but they also give you a full inspection of your vehicle. Edgar who is the manager, and Evan the tech are really good customer friendly, and really go out of their way to please the customer. Public ask for for these gentlemen when visiting. Believe me you won't be disappointed. Long story short I had a wonderful experience with this Mr. Tire. I recommend this business, and will be returning. Thanks again Edgar and Evan for the wonderful experience!

Took tire to get repaired, which they couldn't do. I guess because i decided to go elsewhere to get a new tire, so it matched what I had i was rewarded with a scratched up rim.

All of the staff here were extremely professional and tended to my needs. I called for a tire alignment and was able to make my appointment the same day (Saturday.) They we re able to provide a free alignment check and complete the alignment in less than one hour. I left very satisfied with my results.
