Prices are the best in the area. Honestly they only mechanics I would trust with my cars. Their attention to detail is amaizing, plus very friendly and communication is great. Been coming to Nelson and Sebastian for over 15 years. Will highly recommend. 20 if I could

Nelcars auto service has a wonderful and trustworthy name in my community . They did a great brake job on my truck . I met there dad many years ago . It has been nice watching his boys grow up and take over the shop . They also expanded and now have another shop . Thanks to Nelcars , l definitely recommend these guys .

I got my Jeep serviced at Nelcars Auto Service of Buckeystown, MD and I found them to be an outstanding, reliable and professional family owned repair shop. Special thanks to Brian for his great work on replacing the radiator and his recommendations regarding other works I need on the vehicle. I understand the family has another shop near me in Monrovia, MD named Limitless Auto Service which I intend to use in the future. I would 100% recommend to anyone who need their auto repaired at a reasonable rate.

Very polite but the labor cost were too high. Installation of a serpentine belt should not cost nearly $700!

I took my car here thinking I needed 4 new brake pads and possibly serious suspension work.They took a look, determined I just had brake dust causing a squealing noise and the suspension issue was just caused by a slightly lose bolt. They test drove it, ensured it was all set, and only charged me a half an hour of labor for everything.These are honest, reliable, and excellent mechanics. They ve worked on my family s vehicles for years and have always been solid.

I came across Nelcars from a google search and called to see if they could help me with my car. They had me bring it in the very next day and had it done that same day. I highly recommend Nelcars for their service, kindness, and knowledge. These guys are great and take care of you like family. Beware this people are scammers. Seems like new management and they do not follow the decent way of doing business from the previous manager. The hidden charges will make your head spin on top of that, they do not warn you that you will pay $15 extra when paying by debit card.

I highly recommend Nelcars! Our older BMW died nearby and although we had heard good things about Nelcars, we had never used their services. Not only did they repair the touchy BMW, but they also helped push it across the road to their shop! The repair came in under the estimate and they did the work promptly and efficiently. This family owned business is great. TheyDo excellent car repairs. So far I have had to work done on my car as tune-ups, brakes and rotors new transmission pan. And even fixed a broken part on my 2005 Elantra that I had for the window. And other maintenance was completed on my cars as well. With all the work again I never had to bring my car back. Went to the dealer- couldn't figure it out.Went to Ken's automotive about 10 times (best rated mechanic in Frederick)- not only couldn't figure it out but charged for unnecessary servicesWent to THIS PLACE- not only did they have previous experience with the exact same problem I had, but they worked multiple days (some without reimbursement) and put in extra miles (literally and figuratively) to make sure my car was running perfectly. Even gave me rides home when I didn't have one and independently contacted my warrant for reimbursement (with success). These people are saints. I have put more money into my terrible regrettably purchased car than I want to share, but the amount of money I paid for these mechanics to fix my vehicle was money well spent. The really stick to their motto. Dealership quality, family feel. They helped me save money on four brand new tires for a trip to Iowa. I called a dealership prior to calling them and they quoted me double what I paid at Nelcars Auto Services. I highly recommend anyone who has any issue with the vehicle to call and make an appointment!
