I was in the area and I needed an oil change so I called the first place that popped up. Everything seemed fine at first. They were able to squeeze me in and it was reasonably priced. Cheaper than when I go to valvoline. However, a few days later, i start hearing a rattling noise underneath my car. Turns out the engine shield thing was not put back on properly. And now it s dragging the ground. It was recommended that I reach back out and have them fix it. But i dont live close by. And I dont wanna drive my car all the way back there with that dragging the ground. So now i have to be inconvenienced in order to get this fixed

Steve is very knowledgeable and honest man. I had already been to 2 shops and was told my car was fine . Brought the car to Bryans Road Tire & Auto Service and they was able to pinpoint the issue immediately. Quick and efficient service!

Call and spoke to Steve.My has been having problems starting up.He gave me a number for a tow truck.Shout out to Donnie the tow truck owner.Problem taking care of.A few hours I picked it up.Thank you guys.

I've been a few times, but I didn't want to use them for anything major, just oil changes for the most part as I have someone who lives a bit further that does the real mechanic work. My car worked perfectly, no error codes. one day I took it for an oil change and received a call from the guy at the front desk that says my engine light is on and I may need a new exhaust.When I came up there to see what's going on. He ran through the options, in terms of price of exhaust, labor etc and finished with "a, well, we might be able to use some seafoam to fix" (It felt like he was steering me in that effort). I didn't trust them at all. As the car worked perfectly and I had no issues with exhaust. It's like they caused the error codes to try and manipulate me into giving them more money, to do work that wasn't needed.So I took it to another mechanic who discovered it was all a lie. They cleared the codes and I had zero issues with my exhaust.I've never took my car back there since. It's Hard to find a reputable trustworthy mechanic, unfortunately these people aren't it.

Changed RT axle here in January, it came out pretty pricey 460. I needed for inspection. They told me LT axle would also need to be replaced eventually too. I specifically told them I just did this now, registering vehicle but that I wouldn t wait too long and I d do it in February. He told me it was not going to cost anything like the RT axle so I budgeted what he quoted me 200-300. So why when I go to get my car today 2/22/23 it s 430. similar price to RT axle crooked people!! Please refrain from coming here. They do not honor their words!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Love Mike and his crew! You can always get honest, professional and expert advice regarding repairs. I ve been a longtime customer. They are always busy so if you can drop your car off the night before and place your keys in the bay, you will be somewhat ahead of the game.

Have to been going to them for over 15 years! They are and have always been fair, hardworking and most of all honest!! It is almost impossible to find any other auto service such as this in today's world! I'm not getting paid for this. I'm like every one else, happy to find someone to trust!! Had a very good experience after going to another auto shop and not even getting helped. These guys were honest, knowledgeable and just easy going guys. They worked on my 2009 Hyundai Sonata as well as my wife's 2011 Nissan Rogue with ease. Very reliable workk

Had a flat tire late afternoon. They worked to fit me in and treated me with respect and hospitality. Service was professional and fast. Fair prices for services given, which is a rare find these days. I would defiantly recommend them and will be looking at them for future auto work. Keep it up fellas, I m glad I stumbled on to you.

Bryans Road Tire is the best by far!! For starters, the customer service is top notch by both Mike and Steve. They are very honest, professional and fair. Over the last 3 years, I've taken my vehicles to BRT and no issues. Excellent pricing on services as well!!

Excellent service! Stopped in to get 2 new tires. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great price but the customer service was even better. I love that it's locally owned too!!!

Bad business I talk to some one name Steve yesterday he gave me a quote on some tires 400.00 and some odd dollars.... I ask this gentlemen if you want me to write down my information so he can know who I was he told me no see you in the morning I dropped off my car that morning thinking that I was going to get the quote that he gave me yesterday he put tires on my car the price had changed and I was never notified that the price has changed he took it upon himself to put it on my car anyway with a different price of 600 and something odd dollars. I talk to him ask him why wasn't I notified of the change of price he told me because he was busy that he was not able to notify me I told him it was bad business because the customer supposed to know if the prices changed.... I really did like this tire place but bad business bad bad business make sure you check them or ask them to write it down. Trust No one even if you do business with them all the time.. very disappointing customer

This shop is amazing. Their honesty and customer service is excellent. It s great to know i have a local shop to trust. I was even given great advice on my next car purchase. Theses folks go above and beyond anywhere else I ve taken my car, especially the dealership.

Very friendly and decently priced. They were supposed to call me when my tires came in on a Saturday so I could come in and get them done. Hadn't heard from them . Do around 2:40 I called and they acted like they didn't know they were to call me. They checked snd sure enough the tires had come in. I asked if I could come in to have them done and was told they close at 3. Looks like some miscommunication among workers/managers.

I recieve an oil change quickly and at an affordable price. The owner was nice and I appreciated the respect I received while there. Great experience, no issues. Affordable what is not to love.

Pulled in at 430pm...was really worried about a difficult repair that needed to be done on my sidewall...tire is $225 to replace...a place i took it prior took an hour and 15 minutes to tell me they couldnt and wouldn't fix it, the "flathound" at Bryans Road Tire and auto service tackled it head on...I was out the door by 445p. Very friendly staff, confident group of gents putting out great customer service...I'm active duty military and they couldn't stop thanking me for my service...outstanding experience! I urge all go there for all your auto and tire service needs...thanks gents!

Not sure what the other review is about. The guy is from Colorado and the address listed for his complaint is not the same as this tire shop. I've been working with Mike for years and he has always done great work. If your looking for a place you can return too, try them out.

Have been going to this shop for tires and regular oil changes, battery replacement, and boat trailer bearing changes. These guys take pride in their work. The owner and employees are nice, honest and up front with what they can do and price plus I've never had them try to up sell on anything unnecessary. This is my go to place now that I live in Bryans road.

Use them all the time. Great prices and service. Helpful with explanations and car advice. I know there really trying to help and not just take my money.
