I was excited to work with these guys because Jim was so friendly and had such great conversation. However, I was extremely disappointed by the service I received. Over the phone I expressed I wanted my car fully inspected to see what s wrong and when I got there, they just drove it around the block once and said I needed a new torque mount and new back rotors. Fine, we order the part takes longer than expected to come finally get it replaced then they say I need a new transmission Mount and engine Mount. They claimed that that s something they didn t realize until after. I m definitely not going back here for more work because I specifically asked for a complete diagnosis on my car and they charged me for labor for one minor replacement and then tried to tell me oh I need xyz done of course that s more labor costs when it could have been done all together also they told me $120 for the rotors to be replaced and I was able to get it replaced elsewhere for $80.

I really love this this place . Jim and his team is absolutely amazing at what they do . I've been going to Jim since about 2012 . Jim is very educated, honest and full of knowledge when it comes to his vehicle's. Thank you Jim for always caring and getting the job done , you guys do a fantastic job daily .

Wow. I have no words. I am literally in tears. I called Jim s because I thought they were open. I ran over a curb and my under car shield was flipped back. Jim and his wife pulled up to save the day. Got me back on the road in 5 minutes flat. This is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. I m crying tears of joy. IF YOU NEED WORK DONE COME HERE. so thankful. There are not many honest people in the world and he is one of them. I have found mechanic for life !!Left the gym and went to Jim s!!!!!

Linthicum is my second residence so finding a garage you trust is daunting. Jim s was recommended to me by a friend..... and I m beyond thankful!!! Jim is honest and makes you clearly understand the problem with your vehicle. (He was the only one who finally fixed a problem plaguing my (used ) car for 5 years!!). This is shop was awesome. Best service they helped me out asap and very helpful and fast. If I could give more stars I would give more. I need to burn gas for the VPC and they helped me siphon gas and was able to ship my car.

Bought a car and was having major problems with it. I took it to Jim's auto because word of mouth and the reviews on Google. This place was awesome you can tell he is a family man. He worked with me on the repairs because he saw I had small children he fixed my a/c. Thank you Jim's auto I will definitely come back when nedded

My Acura died on me due to a bad alternator. I already purchased a new one with the intent of changing it myself but with the car dead in the middle of a parking lot that wasn't going to happen. I got in touch with these guys right before they closed and asked if it was ok to have my car towed there after hours, they said it was fine. The next day they quickly swapped out the bad one for the new one I already purchased and charged me a VERY reasonable price. Great guys great service.

Brought my vehicle in to have the rear end rebuilt, i was quoted a price then charged $150 more. when I left the shop I had very loud noises coming from the newly rebuilt rear end i went back to the shop and was told that I needed to drive it 1000 miles before the noise would go away. So I drove it home 22 miles away and the next morning the rear pinion seal was leaking ( I called them and told them of this issues first response I gave them the wrong part) I removed the pinion bearing seal and it was smashed. I had to put a new seal and fluid in on my dime. Nick knows my issues and never returned my phone call to make things right. I brought it to another shop to get the rear end rebuilt again. on 4-13-20 finally got a hold of Nick and he said they cannot fix the problem and make it right. I asked for a refund and he said that is not going to happen.I will be taking them to small claims court, don't waste your time and money at this shop.

Jim and his staff has excellent customer service and workmanship Jim explained what was going on with my car in detail not once did he make feel pressured like other auto shops once they see a female they think they can get over not Jim he was straight to the point and resourceful he's the kind of guy you just want to give business too I recommend him for all your auto service need fair and more importantly reasonable 5 stars Services: Electrical, Brakes

Needed my rear view mirror fixed ASAP, and Roy and Cory were so quick at giving me a quote on a Saturday morning ! Life savers ! So affordable. Definitely recommend this place :)

This guy likes to give negative feedback to people he hasn't even done business with. I'd like to see an invoice for what you claimed about Friendly Auto Parts since we have no records of any engines being sold to you.

Jim and his staff communicate well, they're reasonably priced and they don't try to cheat you. Jim does great work for me and my family.
