Don t take your vehicle to this place went to get a tire change and they broke one of my studs trying to take nut off and then didn t want to take responsibility and wouldn t fix my tire and I said to him if it was that tight you should have left it alone and said that you can t break my stuff then say you not responsible was very rude about it and made me take my vehicle somewhere else on a flat tire terrible

I have been going here for tires for years.In the past year I have came here to get work done on my car. Very pleased with the work quality and the prices.The last thing I came here for was to get both CV actually replace on the front end of my dropped my car off at 8 a.m. at 2:30 p.m. they called me to let me know my vehicle was done.I WOULD RECOMMEND GUILLE'S TO ANYONE

The worst place ever,,you can stay there for hours trying to talk to someone ,all of them look to the other side to evoid you to talk to them,I finally take the courage to say:excuse me do,,,the guy with the beard didn't even allow me to finish asking him and said:not now...i have four cars but I would never spend a penny in this place ...

This place was the only shop that answered the phone and actually helped. Their service was quick and friendly. I desperately needed my tire replaced first thing in the morning and my man hooked me up. It was definitely a life saver going here.

If I can give negative I would I bought a car from the owner and the car ran fine for the first week had it 2 weeks now and it s in the shop with $2700 in damages he paid the inspection off took it to get re inspected and now there s a mess of things tried to call the owner he s dodging my calls and texts have contacted the local authroies for inspection station and have contacted my lawyer to pursue legal actions ..Do not go here what so ever scam artist

My daughter just had her tire changed here and they were the most reasonably priced shop around. The customer service was great also . We highly recommend this shop above any other in this area. Ppl were all helpful and polite. And a lot cheaper than anywhere else. We went to 2 shops before this checking prices and they changed 15$ less than the other shops. 10 stars

Plug was ok, so was used tire. But I pulled up and got out the car and stood for about 15 mins while there was a white guy sitting in front the shop on his phone. I wanted to be respectful so I didn't want to interrupt him but I know for a fact he saw me standing there for 10 minutes and ignored me. Finally a black man came out from inside the shop. He was great!

Called this morning, they had my tire in stock and at a good price. It include mounting. When I got to the shop they got me in right away and it only took them 15 mins to change two of my tires. Great customer service. This was my first visit and I ll be back. Highly recommend .

I absolutely love this place. They have friendly staff. They are very welcoming. If you ever need tires on oil change alignment and so much more you must come here and there fast and efficient . Great prices as well. Thank you for all your help and with you great business mentality your business will keep growing. Keep doing what your doing. Good luck bro

These guys are great! This is a in/out type of operation I ve come here to have my tires balanced, a flat repaired, and rotors and brake pads replaced. I also have asked them to do minor things like air my tires, replace my window wipers and add fluids to my car. They are always good to me.

My tire was supposed to get patched. I paid $25 + $5 tip. It went flat next to a dead body investigation scene while I was driving less than 2 weeks later. Had to get a brand new tire. There was no evidence of a patch for sure and not a plug either. I called after leaving them the tire for them to see themselves. The man said I needed a receipt which I was never given and basically proof, a name, etc. They did me dirty and now have lost both myself and my husband, a frequent customer. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS AND TAKE PICTURES OF THE PERSON PROVIDING SERVICE.

Found a nail in the tire, dealership wanted to charge too much, local mechanic couldn't help me for days, so I came to Guilles's that I pass by everyday and was out in ten minutes. Friendly, fast, and affordable service. Will be coming back for all my tire issues and needs.

Needed a rim and tire. Went to 2 other places before finding Guille s. Fantastic service staff was very kind and offered information to me. Fully explained why and what I needed to fix my tire on the spot. Guille s goes to the top of my list for future reference. I will tell everyone I know to go here. Very glad to see honest people. Gives me faith to believe kindness and pride can still be achieved

They were awesome. Everyone was really friendly and their service was quick! They had me in and out. I will definitely be going back anytime I have a tire issue or need new tires.

The owner of this establishment took the time to wait for my arrival (as he was closing the shop) when I needed a tire in a hurry. He and his employee were very patient, kind and did not mind helping one in need. Because of this customer service component to this business, I will definitely return and I will send customers to this place!!! GREAT JOB GUILLE'S AUTO CARE and thank you for being in the business of helping.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!Took my vehicle in because I did not have any air and I was told it was my AC compressor. They put in a new compressor and my air still was not working. They claim the AC compressor was faulty and put in another one and my air still did not work. After that they told me there was a leak somewhere but they could not find it. I called and texted the owner and I was ignored multiple times I finally got in contact with the owner and was told to bring my vehicle in so they could find the leak they still did not find the leak and they planned on keeping my vehicle overnight and never discussed that with me. When I tried to get my vehicle they constantly ignored my calls. It took for a friend to give him a call for him to answer so I could get my vehicle the same day I did request a refund and was told that was not possible since the compressor was replaced I would not get a refund. I am definitely filing a suit this up and coming Monday.

Paid 900 just to get a oil leak and transmission leak fixed and received my vehicle back in HORRIBLE condition! My truck no longer switch gears and is shutting off by itself. They re saying it s not their fault but it wasn t doing that prior to me bringing it!!!! The foreign mechanic who did the work told me he didn t test drive it but then lied and said he did! My brake light and ABS light is also on which wasnt on when I dropped it off! Would NOT RECOMMEND! Will be suing! Paid 900 to end up with a damaged vehicle!

Great service with amazing prices. I came to them wanting four used tires and luckily they had a set of matching set of used tires and I needed an alignment and they worked with me. They have a great team I will gladly come back if I have any problems with my car.

They gave on of my kids a tire and ever since then he says his car is shaking. Even after the balanced all tires for an extra fee of course. Then my other son got a plug replaced instead of them telling him it wasn't worth it. 7 miles later the plug came out. When I called he said it came out due to car pressure and he told my son he would eventually need a new tire. Avoid this place. They just want your money.

The place was amazing!! The employees were fantastic!! They told me step by step what they had to do for my car and told me how they would go by doing it and they finished it in a day!! The communication was awesome! Half of the auto places I been they are terrible but these guy were terrific!! I recommend others to go here as well for auto care yourll be surprised just like I was!! Thanks to "Guilles tire and auto care" I am back on the road right away!!

This place is a joke. The owner can't handle running a business and his employees have no idea what's going on. We took our tow truck here for service on the back tires, less than a week later, all of the lugs on the back wheels broke off and almost took the tire with them, on two separate occasions!! Both time on the highway!! All this was because they used the wrong tool and broke a few of the lug nuts and didnt say a thing. So when the rest of them broke off, we were in trouble. When we talked to the boss, he is unwilling to help and calling us liars and saying this doesn't make sense. No, what makes no sense is that your employees messed up and you can't figure out how to own and correct that. Horrible business. We would not recommend this place to anyone who wants their tires to actually fiction properly and stay on their vehicle.

I called this place to see if they were open because all the other places stated they were open and wasn t. My car was brought by Triple A, the owner closed off one lane of traffic so my car can be let down safely. Also they were very respectful and efficient..Thanks Mike and his team!!

Really no stars.This place is the worst. They blame you for their incompetence and make you pay for it. The so called Manager did not plung my tire correctly. Told me I got another nail, on my way home when I told him befotmre i left my sensor says the tire is not full and it was lowering. The worst experience ever. Go somewhere else!

These guy's are top notch!!! Worked on my car past closing time an always a great atmosphere an great price.Highly recommend best in Maryland for used tires an service... Al Taylor*****
