Amazing service... This was the third auto repair shop I'd visited today just to find out what was wrong with my car and maybe get a quote. I was attendended to by Sang who was extremely professional and deligent. I swear he had to be working on like 3 other cars when I pulled up and I still somehow felt like his only priority through out the encounter. Sang test drove the car, which was already more than the other shops were willing to do I guess. Inspected the vehicle for maybe 10 mins and was immediately able to point out my problem and fixed it on the spot. Did I mention I'd been to 3 other shops? I gave the same description everywhere .He was even able to address some concerns I had with my car and point me in the right direction. The advice all seemed sound and I'll definitely be coming back to get the repairs once the parts arrive at the shop.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance

This was my first time there. My mechanic was very friendly and gave me a quick look under my car. My oil change was done fast and on time that I scheduled it. Other guys were there and they all stated that this shop does great work on expensive cars and trucks. I will be going back. And , yes you can bring your own oil and filter...

They are the best. There prices are reasonable and they will be honest about what's wrong with your vehicle and will let you know if it's a necessity to have the work done immediately or not. Other places don't always do that.

Great service and repairs, and they are also very well priced. You can bring items you buy and they will install them and only charge labor. You can also have them get th parts for you and put them on. They can do same day service 85% of the time. Would definitely recommend to anybody asking about car service and repairs.

Just visited here today for the first time for tie rod end service on my 2002 Jaguar S-Type. The owner Mr. Hai was very friendly and honest. The mechanics were also very friendly. Prices are very very reasonable! No frills and very straightforward. You can even bring your own parts! I will definitely go there again.

UPDATE: THIS SHOP DESTROYED MY VEHICLE. SANG DID BARE MINIMUM TO EACH REPAIR. HAVING ME COME BACK EVERY MONTH COSTING ME $300+ PARTS EACH TIME.Sang took care of my vehicle. He was most polite and very informative. I am definitely going here for my auto repair needs. Thanks again Sang

I've been getting my cars repaired by Mr. Hai and his staff for over a decade. They're very trustworthy and I can honestly say, they have never mislead me or took advantage. I highly recommend this shop for all your repair needs. I love them! Thanks for always taking care of me Hai.

I came across this shop right after moving from Colorado a year ago. I have taken both of my vehicles to this shop for maintenece, codes coming on my dashboard, low tires, etc. Nothing changes, always the same great customer service. They have never tried to upsell me or provide services i dont need. I am a woman that knows nothing about cars and i feel safe bringing my cars here, I bring my friend s cars here, and will never take my vehicles anywhere else. I trust Hai and his team of professionals; I Recommend this shop to anyone I come in contact with.

I have always found Mr. Hai and his mechanics' work excellent and their prices fair, that's why I always go there when my car needs repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who needs work on their cars done.

I built a 350 chevy nova 1970 SS engine from the crank shaft up. I've done four clutches, countless brake jobs and realise I need a degree to work on a 2011 mini cooper when I could not open the hood.I know when I find an honest mechanic. I highly recommend this place. Saved me thousands. Rich .

Had a vehicle that wouldn't start, was prepared to pay a good bit to have it fixed. Simple alternator replacement did the trick. When you find an honest mechanic, would you ever take your car anywhere else? Thank you!

Hai is the best and honest person I have met. I took my car to All Tunes in Glen Burnie for an estimate of an oil leakage for my 02 Acura TL. I was quoted for almost 1600.00. I thought that was cheap but I decided to get a second opinion. My friend introduced me to this Auto repair shop. I decided to give a try. I was told to leave my car here for throughout inspection though I did not like this idea. Hai called me back the next day and quoted me 400 dollars less for the same job. As a student, I was so happy with this price. I heartily recommend this shop to any one.

Went for a simple oil change and they pulled a fast one on me next i go to my main mechanic had him check my oil lvl and he man u need to change your oil i look it was black he never changed it a warning for anyone who goes there dont.

Went in to get a sensor replaced but had to buy a whole part to replace one sensor after buying a brand new housing and paid $400 to install and than they said one off the sensor on the brand new housing was bad so I ask could them take the old sensor off the the old housing and put it on the new housing and was charged $100 when the first time I came I in they could replace the bad sensor with the new sensor i spent 500 on something that would have cost me 200 to fix not happy about that Hi is a good person but some of his Mechanic make you buy things you don t need to raise the price please work on that later I had the sensor that they was bad tested at the dealership and it worked
