This is an amazing place a mom and pop tire shop that gives you a personal attention without sacrificing detailed work. A combination that most big tire shops can't deliver. When it comes to my BMW M5C I need to make sure it's well taken care of and Clariaxel delivered! All the professionalism and none of the anxiety!

I had a fantastic experience at this tire shop. I had a slow leak in my tire. The tech was able to find the nail and plug the tire in 15 minutes. Also best kept secret they have a restaurant on the side that sells some good tacos.

The service at this location is a prime example of how unprofessional employees can ruin the reputation of a good company.I've met the owner, and he was very professional, friendly, and seems to strive for customer satisfaction.I've been to the Brandywine several times and always left there pleased with the service, until today. I went there this morning to purchase a tire, and left there totally unsatisfied AND feeling disrespected. An employee brought a Dunlap tire over to me to inspect and approve the installation. I agreed with the tire and the price. He took my bad tire into the shop to replace it with the new one. Almost 30 mins later, he mounted the tire onto my car. I got out of my car to take a look at the tire and I noticed something about the tire that I've never seen before; the face of the tire had little indented circles around the entire face of the tire. It was obviously a part of the tire design, but it looked as if it would identify that side as the inside of the tire. Even the Dunlap name was very small, and it literally had very small paragraphs written on the tire. I assumed that he put the tire on backwards. When he initially showed me the tire before mounting it, I didn't give any attention to circles because the opposite side looked just like any other tire.I asked him about the circle indents and he told me that it was just how the tire is made. I told him that I've never in my entire life seen the face of a tire with those circle indents on any vehicle, and further more, if the rest of my tires didn't have those circles, why would I want one tire with circles not matching the others. I asked him if he had any other tires of my size to replace that one. He pointed to the office and gestured that we go and speak to a woman inside. In his native language, he spoke with her and she went over to my car and I followed. She attempted to explain to me that it's just how that tire is made and I pointed out that it looked to me to be mounted with the rear of the tire facing out based on the numerous paragraphs written on it and the very small word "Dunlap" written on it. I even explained that opposite side had "Dunlap" written much bigger on the other side like most tires have. After quit a bit of back and forth and her becoming what seemed to be aggravated and mad, and she finally said that the tire can be switched around. (TOO BE CONTINUED)

Very nice owner and employees but they sold me two rotten used tires. Once I left I could hear they were a little loud but I didn t think anything of it. Literally less than two months later when I took my vehicle to get serviced at Honda. I was told the two tires were rotten smh. My advice is if you purchase from here only get new tires.

I came to this tire shop yesterday, I had my vehicle towed here at 1pm. I came in to swap new tires with old (I previously purchased from an outside vendor), have old tires disposed of. After taking off my tires I was told that my tires I had bought in did not fit. So I they couldn't do anything with them. They checked my old tires told me that I only needed to replace 2 tires that my old rims/tires were good. I happen to see a 4 set of tires/stock rims in the shop asked the owner how much they would charge me to buy them. I was told $750, which was way too expensive for used rims/tires. So the owner went down to $600. They put the tires on my vehicle, wheel balance and all. I paid $663, labor and tax. Original cost was $525 they added 6% tax but over charged me to $663. I didn't fuss. I drove off and my car started to shake uncontrollably. I immediately took the car back, and was told the rims/tires I purchased from them didn't properly fit my car. So they put tires and rims on my vehicle that didn't fit but was very quick to take my money. They kept by passing me to serve others. Once they took the tires off, they put my original rims on and told me that now instead of swapping 2 tires I need 3 plus 2 new TPMS sensors. Just making up stuff to charge. I was there at 1pm and didn't leave until after 7pm. The manager told me he would charge me $150 for each new tire, and $85 for the TMPS sensors. Then told me that he didn't say that that the charge was$186 per tire and he'd take the sensors down to $80. But I would still need to pay him an additional $150 for another tire. He did not want to give me a refund. Overall I left with 2 new tires and 2 new sensors at a cost of $563 with no alignment. So my car is still shaking and my third tire that they so called never had an issue now has a bubble. I thought that I would have a decent experience but NO. This was TERRIBLE. I'd rather pay more and have a better experience.

Cheap prices render cheap work do yourself a favor and do not spend your money here. They have no idea what balancing tires consist of. Check the reviews multiple people are driving away with a wobbling wheel and a shaking car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Service was so bad I am writing a letter to the BBB to report how they re ripping people off.

Waist of time for Commercial Truck Tire Plugs or Truck Tire Patch repair. They plugged my truck tire, 8min after leaving shop plug failed. Went back of course they were closed. Waited till the next morning. Called confirmed that they will fix the problem. Sent driver back they then say we have no lug wrench socket for my size lugs. The lady told me go buy one and they will fix it. Only thing how am I to go buy one with my truck tire flat..My company fleet wont be back. Nothing like the previous owners that provided tire replacement/ repair service at this location.

Had a flat repair done on my White Dodge Durango today, 08/23/22, which requires taking the tire completely off the rim. Asked to have my self provided TPM swapped which requires 1 minute or less to swap. I was charged for a full TPM service (which requires removal of the tire to do so as well) even though the tire was already off the rim for repair. Also the same wheel weights that were on the rim before the flat repair/TPM swap are still in place meaning that the wheel was not re-balanced or re-balanced properly which was supposed to be part of the flat repair. And being that I see a plug sticking out of my wheel I question whether or not the tire was actually patched on the inside.Warning to others.1. Score, etch, or permanently mark all wheel weights prior to these folks working on your wheels. Proper protocol - you remove a wheel and reinstall it then you remove all wheel weights and balance it clean.2. Ask to see the inside of a repaired tire to confirm that it has been patched and not just plugged. Tire plugs are intended to be temporary only and should be removed prior to a proper tire patch being installed on the inside of the tire.3. Edit and Add - And thank god I had a function TPM (the one I had provided/replaced during the tire patching) as the that tire had a tire pressure of 54 PSI. While my tire does have 50 PSI max that is for mounting PSI not driving on and the PSI should have been adjusted to 36 PSI by the installer as that is the recommend PSI by the vehicle manufacture.4. No one should charge for an "extra" service when 95+% of that service has been encompassed by another service on the same tire. This is predatory business behavior and double dipping.Lesson learned - 1, 2, & 3 can result in wheel/tire failure as this is not proper protocol and 4 is just piss poor business and is predatory. Buyer beware.
