The best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I will be a repeat customer. I came out of state to purchase from Buick GMC of Brandywine. Michelle was straightforward with pricing, answered all questions, and had the truck ready to go. I was in and out in an hour. Best price I could find on 11 states. Give v them a call, no harm no foul.

I scheduled a routine mileage maintenance service. Everything went very well. Were it not for technician forgetting to leave my wheel lock in my vehicle and me having to make 2 trips to retrieve it, this would have been a 5 star review, which is the level of service I usually receive.Keep up the great work Eileen and crew.

I ve frequented this dealership on multiple occasions and to date have zero complaints! Service is always done efficiently, service techs are knowledgeable and keep you informed and updated throughout the entire process as your car is being serviced. Wait times vary considerably depending on the day and time that you choose. I like to get their first available appointment slot which is usually at 8:00am on weekends. In addition to their exceptional service, I recently traded in a car at this location and the process was extremely smooth. Shoutout to Mr. Carpenter as his customer service was top tier throughout the entire process. He got me the best rate and car that fit all of my needs.I m giving this review 5 stars however I think the waiting areas lacks some decor and amenities (I.e. coffee machines, water, etc.) Keep in mind that this specific location sits directly off of a highway so it can be a bit challenging when pulling off the lot and having to merge safely into fast/oncoming traffic. Outside of that, I will certainly be going back to this location in the future and would 10 out of 10 recommend to my friends and loved ones. Keep up the great work guys!

I had a pleasant experience at Buick GMC of Brandywine. After 200,000 miles of GMC Ownershipit was time to replace the engine which made more sense than attempting a time chain fix and possibly having an issue not covered under warranty in the future. Eileen and her team were fast and efficient, my vehicle was returned to me ahead of schedule!

I went to pickup a part that was ordered for me and they ask was I having it installed. I was going to do it myself but for the price and they were going to do it now. I was like ok let s do it. The parts department is very knowledgeable and the service department as well. Very courteous and professional!

I won't be having any future businesses with this franchise, GMC at Brandywine Maryland. My experience was very disappointing, misleading, unprofessional, and just unsatisfactory. I purchased a truck on December 23, 2023. Within two days of having the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I returned the vehicle on the December 26, 2023. For the dealership to examine what's the cause of the check engine light. They had that vehicle for approximately three weeks, without proper communication, or any printed out details of what caused the issue. however, I was called to say my vehicle is ready; that is the January 12, 2024. After I picked it up, three days again, the check engine light came on. I brought it in, on the January 15, 2024. What I should've done at the first time when I brought it in for Maintenence. I should've asked them to switch the vehicle to a different vehicle. We (Me and dealership) ended up doing that this time, that's after the second time. We made a switch, which they intern told me that they would have to charge me an increase. Which they did, whereas the issue with the first vehicle was not on my account. It was on theirs, and yet still they went on charging me without making any further adjustment or tried to maintain a good business relationship between me and them.

I like the option of discussing the deal through email. I probably would not have bought with phone calls. I feel pressure that way. This was the best experience that I have had with a dealership buying a truck and I've bought several over the years. (20)

Another great experience in having my vehicle service at Brandywine GMC. My service consultant Eileen Did a great job as in the past on keeping me informed of my vehicle status. And answering any questions or concerns I may have. I highly recommend Buick GMC of Brandywine.

Customer service is very good they take care of the customers as soon as they're walking it might take a little longer to get your vehicle service but it's a lot faster than the company that I bought my vehicle from I appreciate the kindness and service that they provide.

My service representative quickly engaged and offer me assistance. She listened carefully to my issues and asked probing questions to ascertain problems and repair needs. My vehicles was repaired and ready within explained wait time. She was professional and very helpful at explaining the needed repair. Thanks!

All was good tell the vehicle was delivered to me. The top glove box does not open you have to force it from one side to open. Sale person made a deal to swap wheels with another vehicle . I agreed! Again once the vehicle was delivered the right front rim had a 4" scrape along the top. At that time I was told the wheels were use. I didn't know I was switching out new wheels for used wheels at this point. This is something I wish I would have known before the deal was made. Being that they were use I lost money on that deal. I gave back nice new rims for old rim. I should have not paid to have the tires removed and remounted on the used rims. To be fair at least that would have made the deal better. But, it would have been nice to know that the wheels were used in the first place. I bought this vehicle by email, text and some phone calls so that I didn't have to drive 2rs to get it just have it delivered. Now they are asking me to drive it back to look at the wheel and glove box. Very inconvenient 2hr plus drive. On the glove box I was told it is under a recall but then told there's know recall number. Things went well tell the end Cadman the salesman was a very courteous Throughout salesman at first. . Just wish I new about the used wheels and glove box! F&I person wasn't very nice tried to rip me off with a $4500 extended warranty only thing we god was gap. She tried to sell me that at a $$$ price. Took some time but got her to give a way lower price , I'm for sure not buying my wife's her New GMC Yukon XL from them no way. They lost me at the end of my truck deal. So we will be going to a different Dealer on that one. It's been over 3 weeks know call about the glove box or just how are things going with your new truck!

Advertise one price on their website and then Added a freight charge of $1,275, $861 in doc/non tax fees and a mark up of $1,995. Taking what s supposed to be an affordable car from the manufacturer and driving people upside down. Amazing dealerships think they can continue to take advantage of people. Keep an eye on your price sheet.

For over six years we bought the Buick to GMC of Brandywine for warranty related services. The staff is always cordial and go out of their way to provide good service. They even brought me home once while the car was serviced. Nearly two years ago, I brought the car in for a recall and it was also determined the TCM needed replacing and this was done under an extended warranty. The car ran well for a while, then the car started jerking and would not go over 50 MPH. We returned the car to the dealer for service and they determined the TCM lost contact with the transmission. The car was serviced and returned to us, but exhibited the same TCM problem. Again, we returned the car to GMC of Brandywine and they determined the wiring harness needed re-pinning. In total, the dealer serviced the car three times for the same TCM related issue.We have the car back for about a week now, but we are apprehensive and anxious if the problem is really fixed. We are concerned what will happen if we go over 50 mph on the highway over a long trip. We have lost confidence in the car and its reliability. How do we get it back? But we have also lost confidence in GMC of Brandywine. The good relationship and confidence we had is broken. We will continue to have the car serviced by GMC of Brandywine while it is under warranty, but after it expires we will seek service elsewhere.

I enjoyed working with each staff member at the dealership in Brandywine. Even staff not working directly with me were so nice, knowledgeable about the car that I was drawn to and quick to congratulate me on the purchase. The two people who assisted with the sale were very patient and professional. I am enjoying my new ride and I will be happy to refer others to your dealership. I am very satisfied with my car purchase experience from the beginning to the end of the process.

I purchased a 2023 sierra pick up truck. I had my wife take the truck in to top off the fluids at which time the dealer put Def in my fuel tank, and tried to blame it on me.I had to fight tooth and nail with these people. My truck was worked on for 45 days when I received my truck it broke down again needless to say I took it to Arlington Va GMC. They fixed my truck and I haven't had an issue since.
