Well my experience was terrible, my wife bought toyota prius 2011 model worth 8500usd and just the next 30minutes ABS light and Brake light shows on the dashboard, i took a photo showed to this dealer and since then it been up and down with him, I have to get an excuse duty 3 good times from work just to follow up for him to fix the problem but it ended up telling me I bought the car "as it is" so he cant do anything about it. Meanwhile the car wasn't bought as it is, you personally assured me the its a good car you selling to me. During my test drive, nothing showed on the dashboard and it was just around his yard. But on our way to Virginia, the brake light and the ABS light started showing on the dashboard. The car cannot even pass safety inspection but yet he refused to accept selling faulty car for my wife. He actually advised I get someone to fix the safety inspection for me so that I can fix the fault later. Which to me its unfair. He is such unreliable car dealer. Be careful when dealing with him.

A few weeks back while looking to replace my child's vehicle, we Drove all the way to Montgomery County to test drive a Hyundai Accent. Test drove the vehicle worked out a Purchase Order, the dealer spoke with my credit union and faxed the paperwork. We were waiting to hear back from the credit union on when they could issue a check. The dealer stated he would have to take the car listing off the website. He stated he wanted to go to lunch and that we could go to lunch as well and he suggested the Clarksburg Outlets down the street. We went to lunch and I had left my phone in my car by accident, when we returned to the car, I was left a message the car was sold online, even though they had a signed purchase order from me and had been speaking with the credit union. I was completely stunned, who makes an appointment with a buyer, signs purchasing documents with them, sends them to lunch, and then sells the car to someone else??? Craziest experience..... I read they did this to someone else in the other reviews. It's funny how we were both women.... in response to waiting for my Credit approval, I had with me a credit approval letter which was given to you and we we re talking with them about when they could disburse the check, NOT approval. I offered a check for deposit while waiting to hear when the check could be disbursed, you said it wasn t needed. Again you had a signed purchase order! You also said you would cal me back and never did!

I was looking for a pre owned vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used. Osroc autoline was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests.They made financing very simple and easy.I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. I will recommend them 100%

This place has some nice affordable vehicles if looking to spend less. The customer service is great! Mr. Samuel is a very knowledgeable and honest dealer. He is also very patient and willing to answer any questions you might have. This dealership does everything for you and you don t have to worry about anything! I strongly recommend it, especially if you re looking to spend less!

I bought my first car from Osroc Autoline. I have been driving this Honda Civic with no issues.They really have great deals and great warranty. They gave me 24months warranty I recommend this dealer to any first time buyer.

I found a 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage listed for sale on this dealer s website on Friday. I spent most of my day corresponding with Sam . He was delayed in responding to my questions and submitting the purchase order to me to the point of my bank closing before I could purchase the car. I began had to call him repeatedly and send multiple emails requesting the purchase order. When he finally emailed it to me at 4:24 pm (knowing my bank closed at 4:30), it was not accurate. He told me he would hold the car for me to purchase on Monday due to his mistake. On Sunday night, I followed up after sending multiple emails about an extended warranty and pricing for bumper to bumper coverage. I never received a response. 8 am Monday morning (today), I received an email from Sam informing me that the vehicle was never placed on hold and was sold to another buyer. He apologized and encouraged me to search for other cars where he would offer a discount .
