"I had a fantastic experience with the service department at Toyota of Bowie, particularly with Antonio. Every time I visit, I receive five-star service. Recently, my vehicle required spark plug replacement, as well as front and rear brake repairs, which took a couple of days. During this time, I was provided with a rental car, which was a great convenience. When I received my vehicle back, the brakes were working perfectly, and I trust that all other identified issues were fixed as well. Thanks to Antonio's professionalism and expertise, I will continue to bring my car to Toyota of Bowie for all future service needs."

They break my windshield and then told me go for insurance claim. Crack was not there when i left my car with them. They noticed each and every small scratch on my car before taking that car to service area and mentioned it in walk around inspection paper. But according to them they missed that very very visible crack even though it was right next to vin number. Because that crack was also not mentioned on that walk around inspection paper. After that whole team tried their best to prove that crack was there before vehicle came for service. When i ask for video recordings of service area where they serviced my car , they said no cameras in that area.

Excellent service! We just dropped off my Moms car for tire service, and all the technicians were helpful; approached my Mom as soon as she pulled up. The tech who worked with her a couple of months ago remembered her and jumped right in to help! Great customer service is what it's about! We were told it'd be ready approx 430pm. And based on the experience so far, I believe it.

I was greeted by Elizabeth who prepped me for Service sales rep, Chuck, who has excellent customer service skills and is attentive and informative. He walked me through the entire process and when he had a meeting he ensured I had a point of contact, Antonio, who was just as helpful. RRR had a shuttle take me to the local town center for lunch while I waited. Overall, it was a great experience from everyone that assisted me.

I have been a consumer at Toyota of Bowie for over 20 years. I do think their recent prices can be a bit too high, I assume due to inflation. I recently had my 2017 Toyota Camry SE serviced on July 13, 2023 and the price was $993.36. My Service Consultant, Lewis Grimes has excellent social skills. I only feel comfortable taking my vehicle to Toyota of Bowie to get serviced. Whenever I had any concern regarding my vehicle, Rose M. Bayat, Director of Customer Retention assisted. We had a great experience at Toyota of Bowie. Fayyaz (our salesperson) kept us informed about our car over the weeks as it was being built. He was professional, and courteous and made us feel welcome at the dealership. He explained all the ins and outs of our new car clearly and informatively. He was very patient with me (as I am not very computer savvy!) To be honest, we had first gone to another Toyota dealer closer to home and were not happy with the atmosphere there. So the trip to Toyota Bowie was well worth the time and effort to buy our new car from them. We would highly recommend our Salesperson Mr. Khan at this dealership.

I had a lengthy repair. Dan Cookson is who I worked with and he kept me in the loop the whole time. They were out of loaner cars at first, but he called me and got me into one as soon as it came in. The service was great, I highly recommend.

I have been coming to Toyota for a while. For the most part, the service has been good.However, I do think that they can be a bit high in price. But my overall all experiences have been okay.

I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT service experienced because of the qualified professionalism exhibited by Mr. Ryan Gregory. He took time to thoroughly explain and correct a previous problem thus keeping me as a long time loyal customer. Communication is key and he demonstrates all the qualities needed in a great service manager.

I went to fix the vibrations on the front end of my car. I was forced to pay $811 for something entirely different and left with the same problems for which I went. It was a most painful experience.I pray they don't do it to the wrong person. This isn't putting customers first, but rip off. It was very disappointing and painful to say the least.

The employees are friendly when you get one. When I took my car there I had to stand there and wait while the employees just kept walking past me. Finally I was able to walk over to one and ask him who should I talk to. At that time and at that time only did he direct me to the correct person. It would be so nice if you had someone to come to you and ask, "May I help you?" It's called good customer service.

My favorite dealership in the area. This time I went to diagnose and fix an issue with my car. The mechanic took his time to diagnose the problem. Moat times some car mechanics would give you all kinds of useless suggestions which end up costing you a lot more. I agreed for them to fix the issue and it's been a days now and my car is running like new again. BTW they have a complimentary car inspection to see if there is anything wrong with the car. Very useful. I was able to know the current condition of my car that way I prepare myself ahead of time. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with their service. They were my first choice after someone hit my car. They repaired my car and returned it clean inside and out. Torrie gave great customer service and was friendly with my children, she even put my license plate on when I picked up my car.

Terrible service. Took my car in at 9:30am and it took until 1:34pm before my car was checked into the service center and I received a call on what my quote would be for the inspection of my vehicle. I ended up not getting my car serviced because of the extended waittime since at 1:34pm nothing was done to my vehicle and I would have to wait even longer for the actual service. If they were short staffed they should have informed me at the beginning. I would have rescheduled for another day. I scheduled my appointment in advance for a reason. First and last time here. I've been to better Toyota service dealerships.UPDATE:After I wrote my review the manager communicated out to me and went above and beyond to makeup for my past experience. My new score is a 4 out of 5. The manager was a kind person and communicated well with me throughout the process.Service: General repairs & maintenance

There were no signs to indicate that I had parked at the wrong entrance and walked through the wrong door. The mechanic that saw me when about his business which at the time made sense but now, what a jerk lol. Then I stood at a desk waiting to be helped. Apparently this was a waiting room. Called the number listed, no answer. When I further explored the building I understood that I came in the wrong way. Not their fault but signs would be helpful.

I am Mrs.Chong Won Kwak & today is 1/21/2020. It has been many years ago in 2004-2005 year that I lived near this Toyota of Bowie Maryland service center and took my Toyota Sienna minivan 2004 year style that was new and their service was terrible. I waited for hours with my young children who were very young at that time. It was difficult by myself with two young sons in apartment and taking my minivan to have maintenance service and repair that they keep telling me they fixed but did not. I paid much but not any service because the customers do not see the employees/automobile technicians servicing peoples automobiles in their service garage/work areas. In own country and to good citizens and it does not matter, female or male or age because it happens to whoever they target to bully. And it is not just in this Toyota building. I am thankful to be alright and not hurt in my minivan, but these ways needs to stop. And the retaliations when speaking up is wrong because all people need others to help speak up or notify these wrong ways to us and others who get these problems, too. It is not the Toyota company, but the non oriental employees here in United States of America.

My old toy had what appeared as a minor problem. Well, turned out it was major not minor. Parts had to be ordered and car retained longer than expected. I was offered a loner or rental, but both fell through. The very nice shuttle driver who likes old school soul & jazz, David, I believe is his name, took me to my destination that Friday morning. My service advisor, Mr John L. & his Saturday service mgr were fair and did their best to make up for my inconvenience. I will return again to this location for major work best done at a dealer or certified Toyota repair site.

Scheduling person scheduled me for the wrong time and lacks basic customer service skills. Came in for a simple brake check but took over an hour. The technician I requested (Muhammad) didn t work on my car at all so I m not confident that they were even Inspected. Definitely will not be going back to this location again. Don t waste your time

I don't usually give a business a five but in this case their customer service was extraordinary. I came in early in the morning and it was booked I mentioned that all I needed was a wheel alignment and they fit me in they were extremely courteous in terms of giving me a ride home and also picking me up I would suggest if you have a Toyota car to go to them

Scheduled 10K service and a Maryland State Inspection online with Toyota of Bowie for today (09/18/2021). After we arrived for our appointment, we were informed that they could not conduct the MD State Inspection, as their Certified Inspector had left for the day. 40 mile round trip wasted for nothing. They offered to reschedule - as if our time was not of any value. I told them that they have lost us as customers and that we would have our vehicle serviced and inspected at another DC area Toyota dealership. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service.
