I came by multiple times in the past month looking for a car. Fayyaz Khan was very helpful to the point where I will never forget his hospitality!! He always kept in touch with my visit and had really great customer service. I finally purchased a car for my brother, and he was able to help me & my brother every single step of the way! He's very knowledgeable and answers my questions, being very patient with us. I appreciate all his efforts and am definitely satisfied with my purchase!!!

This was One of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had in my life. All Credit goes to my Sales Consultant Mr. Fayyaz Khan. We got the BZ4X in Pearl White color and he helped us throughout this whole process. No complaints at all and we will be definitely sending more peoples to him very soon.Thanks for his help and time that he came on his day off to help and get us our New Car.

Had the pleasure of working with Fayyaz Khan at Toyota of Bowie. He was nothing but nice and clearly wanted to get the best deal for the customer and listened to all my questions/needs. He never made me feel pressured to buy! I ended up walking away with a used 2019 Rav4 Hybrid and could not be happier. Everyone there was so nice and helpful especially my Sales Consultant Mr. Khan.I will definitely be going back there for my next Toyota in the future.

Our purchase of our fourth vehicle, this time Toyota Corolla 2024 from Toyota of Bowie was absolutely outstanding. Fayyaz, our salesperson, deserves special praise for his outstanding work in making the experience enjoyable and effortless. He's a remarkable salesperson who truly listened to our needs, ensuring a seamlessly smooth process.When it came to financing, we had the pleasure of working with Joel, who was equally impressive. He took the time to fully understand our goals and provided a comprehensive explanation of all our options. And to top it off, Mr. Khan provided us with a thorough vehicle walkthrough and answered all of our questions before we drove off.The attention to detail and care for the customer's experience at Toyota of Bowie is unmatched. I traded in my Hyundai for a Rav4 XLE, and the whole experience with Fayyaz was excellent. He was very patient and provided several car options depending on the characteristics and features we were looking for. He wasn't pushy or trying too hard to make the sale, he focused on listening to us to make sure he provided good alternatives. His superior, Marcus was equally pleasant to talk to. He was very clear and took the time to explain every single part of the deal, even though it was 10 pm. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and definitely will recommend this location.

Worked with Don here at the Toyota Dealer in Bowie. He did a great job with helping my dad and his buddy pick out a car for me. I love my car it s perfect. Don also made sure the car was available for me since i had to fly into town from another state to pick it up. No complaints from me!

I can not begin to describe what an amazing and incredible experience it has been purchasing our Camry Hybrid! Fayyaz went over and above in customer service. He is thorough and honest and didn t try to pressure us. He truly made us feel like he was family, and we were walking away feeling like we made the best decision for our family .We have been in the market for over 7 months, and nothing felt right until we met Fayyaz. With everything being so expensive these days, I was full of regret looking for something so expensive. All I can say is I know we got our money worth, and the extended warranty is the icing on the cake. I RECOMMEND 100%

They even had a shuttle to take me home and come back to pick up my vehicle when it was done. I will certainly be back.

I feel ripped off. Lewis was friendly but the first thing he did was tell me he was going to count this oil change as my third one instead of the second in my package deal! I convinced him otherwise. Also when I asked, he assured me that he would contact me to let me know how things were going and when my car would be ready. He did not do that so I had to contact him. Then he sent me the download to outrageous charges for brake jobs, which of course I declined. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone!

You just lost a loyal customer.It started with my service advisor - yes she stated it will be 2 hours before I received my car and this was true BUT she advised me to pay $195 for a service which was not time for the car to get service and after inspecting car service was not indicated.I am very happy that I didn t shed out this money at this time.Also the service package has escalated to an additional $109 in one year. I contacted the service manager to see if they would accept the previous rate I was given - no.You just lost a great customer I will take my business elsewhere as I would rather give them the money.

Truly disappointed with the customer service provided. My appointment time was 7:15am. (Oil change, tire rotation and alignment). I left at noon. 5 customers before me left at 9am. I was told mechanics do not arrive until 8:30am. My prices were completely wrong on the slip, extended warranty offers a cleaning/wash vehicle was still dirty. Plastic covering and paper mat were still on the floor from the mechanic. I was not a happy customer when leaving.I gave 2 stars because the cashier understood my frustration and asked the representative to leave me alone while dealing with a transaction and another representative asked was I all right.I will visit another location but no Bowie.

I took my car for an oil change today at this dealership. Some of the recommendations were for oil change and cabin filter change. The service representative said my car was recommended to also have transmission flush. When I asked was the flush recommended on the previous visit, she said no. I inquired why it wasn't recommended during the previous visit, because the car according to the dealership should have had the flush at 65,000 miles. During this visit the car is over 85,000 miles, and I am just receiving this information about the transmission flush? The recommendations for service don't appear reliable?
