Oh my gosh, THEY DID AMAZING! My brother's 2014 Silverado looks brand new! We got the seats shampooed and an interior detailing for $200. It smells SO GOOD INSIDE! It took about 9 hours so we dropped it off before work. We will be bringing our vehicles here from now on! (The photos don't do it justice, it's sparkling)

Took a car to get mini detailed as a gift for my dad and when he got it back he was very disappointed by the service. The appointment was at 10am, they gave the car back at 4:30pm. I had already paid in advance (even tipped) and when my dad went to pick up the car, the inside had not been vacuumed properly, the tires rings still had dirt, the trunk of the car was not even touched (still had trash and dirt, came back in the exact condition as it was given to them), the car was turned in wet they told my dad it would dry later and now there is watermarks.A normal car wash would ve done a better job for half the price.They turned something that was supposed to be meaningful into a huge regret and embarrassment.

This service was so worth it. The man that helped me was hilarious my car was a hot mess. I literally hadn't had my var detailed since the pandemic and with a dog and carpet she took a beating! I could not believe how beautiful my car was when I saw it and thoroughly clean. Ill be back over and over!!! I ve been using this company service for years. Now that I own a rental fleet, their service is more important to have vehicles cleaned for customers. I get compliments on my vehicles cleanliness all the time. I brought my fiance's car for a full detail. I will tell you his car was filthy from years of beach days and having two kids and a shedding dog. It was all types of messy. They did an AMAZING job!! It was like nothing was never in the car. They cleaned every nook and cranny. The crevices of the seats were cleaned, the sides.... EVERYTHING! It was definitely worth the cost. The owner is such a gentleman and polite!

All I can say is my 2005 Nissan Armada looks like showroom floor condition after Troy and his crew finished my truck today. The previous week I took my wife's small suv to Troy and he did such an amazing job, I had him do my other vehicle the next week. The paint correction on my 2019 truck was ok. When l got it back out had more scratches then before. He said it was due to previous scratches that was cover up, but how did they correct the paint then? He said that it would take 4 days but it took him 8 days...l never got a phone call for an update fur completion the entire time. After all of that, he didn't apologize for taking longer than he agreed on, nor did he offer a discount. Also when l picked it up after having it for 8 days, it still had debris in some areas to where he had to wipe it down...$1k, it should have been brand new looking. Not worth the time not price!!

I have been coming here for more than two years. They offer great service at an unbelievable price. For a teeny bit more than what you pay at the large, machine-based car washes, you can come here and get a thorough exterior hand wash and interior cleaning. Unlike the other car washes, you won t find missed spots afterwards. They actually get the nooks and crannies clean, rather than leaving streak marks all over the interior from an overused, dirty rag. I ve got two little ones and they always get all the crumbs and sticky stuff up from the unauthorized snacking the kids do. This place is worth visiting! You will get a QUALITY car wash and the wait time is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on your needs. It will probably be longer if you need full detailing, but if you want a GREAT car wash, this is your place.From the street, you will see a small conglomerate of businesses that appear to be an auto mechanic 'park'. Don't let the appearance fool you, this is definitely a hidden GEM. The owner, Troy, is always pleasant and his staff aims to please. I purchased a new vehicle for Christmas 2017 and they are the only place I like washing my car. When I get my car washed here it shines and I'm sure my car feels better after it gets washed here .

I was looking for detail service and was told about Touch Up and thought I would give it a chance. I visited prior to deciding to take my Jeep in. Although my Jeep wasn't to bad, Troy and his staff did an awesome job! There are so many services, I didn't even know about as far as protecting your vehicle from rocks, scratches & dings! It doesn't matter what type of car you may have, if you want great service, you should check out Touch Up! I will definitely return.

We purchased the ultimate detail in October 2019 and were not impressed. There was dried wax on a portion of my suv that was not rubbed in. Additionally, the license tag in the back had been damaged so that the numbers were peeling off. I can t event image what they could be using to make that happen. So that will cost another $20 to replace. Dog hair is very difficult to remove but as soon as I got into the car I saw rogue hairs on the dash and dirt in between the folds of the handbrake. Maybe they do a great job on expensive cars, but it doesn t seem like the right place for our family car.

The WORST, WORST, WORST service I have ever experienced.They take over 8hrs to finish a 5hr job and once confronted about their extra time spent on the job and I was entitled for for a discount. I was told you cannot discount a person who works a 8hrs a day , like I mentioned my job should have taken 5hrs so the extra 3 is on them. There is so much more but please trust me, DO NOT take your car here.If I have the chance to give them no star I would!They are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!The WORST!!!!!!!!!RUN!!!!!!!!!!!

Love these guys. They clean your car up nice for so cheap. Super glad I found them. I had them clean my car twice now and both times have been super impressed with what I got for so cheap.

I recently purchased a used BMW which had swirls, halos, scratches and some overspray. Touch Up's paint correction service restored my cars finish and gave it a deep gloss and shine. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and have pride in their craft. Terrible!! Made an appointment over the phone with Troy only to arrive and not have my truck serviced! Never again! Maybe this would explain why this place has been open 7+ years with only 67 reviews Good luck

Horrible customer service!!! I visited this business to get a car wash. I was told that I had 2 cars ahead of me and I should one back in 2hrs. I left and came back and was told that I had two more cars ahead of me and I should leave my car. I was basically lied to and this is not the first time this has happened. If i could give Zero Stars, I would. I brought my brand new car to this man to take out all of the light scratch es on the car. There were about 5 light scratches over the car. I paid him over 400 USD. To take out these sctaches on the car. I left the car with him. He instead washed the car for me and dented a very noticeable dent on my drivers side door. When he finished he gave me the car, and pointed the dent to me, telling me that i am the one who caused it. I took my car home. Only the next day to see that he did not take out any of the scratches. He just washed the car. Before i brought my car to him. The car had no dent on the drivers side door. This leads me to think that he did this on purpose. I forgave him for this. Then i took my car to touch up auto detailing LLC Again. I took my car there for a detail car wash. When they had finished washing the car. The next day i realizes that there were too noticeable scraches on my drivers side passenger door. I was confused. Maby the man had something against me. I Don t know. With all this that i have been through: i have decided to never bring my vehicle to touch up auto detailing LLC again. When i first came my car was serviced beautifuly with great service. But then as time went on things just started to go downhill.Service: Scratch removal

Great customer service and they provide great quality service. I didn't have to go back to ask them to whipe an area on my truck or see something on the inside of my vehicle that looked like it hadn't been cleaned.

Best Car wash in Bowie, went there after trying endless carwashes in Bowie, Lanham, and Crofton and I've finally found the home for my car. Best $25 you'll ever spend and they know how to wash a luxury car.

I called to let a manager know that one of their drivers was driving aggressively. This manager was very rude and proceeded to argue with me. Absolutely horrible customer service and attention to customer concerns so I can only imagine how awful the service is in person and how little they care for their customers. Avoid this place at all costs.
