Terrible service. I came here to get gas, asked the clerk the number of the pump my car was parked at. He told me the wrong pump, put my money on the wrong pump, then refused to give me a refund. It wasn t until I spoke extensively with the manager Mr. Kim (who also got into a loud argument with me, proclaiming the customer isn t always right) while the clerk lied and said it never happened. In the end he gave me half credit on the pump?? Worst gas station I ve ever been to. Stay clear, seriously.

My friend is a long time customer at this place and they told me to bring my daughter BMW to get an oil change and check up with reasonable price. I trusted their work and customer services pretty good. Thank you for working on my daughter car .

Beware the conartists here.$100 for a diagnostic scan, and another $100 to look at the engine without doing any work AT ALL.We're going to our old mechanic 30 minutes away instead who offered the same services for $500 less.

Got here for gas, snacks and tire plug for my car. They did a wonderful job and I love how Ken took good care of me. Thank you and I will be back for my other services

Just finished grocery shopping at the Lidl up the street with my toddler and needed gas. Attempted to pay at the pump with my debit card and the machine kept prompting me to see the cashier , which caused me to have to go inside to pay (inconvenient!). Figuring since I had a $20 bill in my pocket, I may as well pay for my gas with it since I had to interact with the cashier. I walked in, greeted him and received no response. I asked him to put the money on the gas pump, handed him my bill and attempted to head out. He stopped me and proceeded to hold the bill in the air and various other things insinuating that my money was fake! Mind you had this been a $50 or $100 I would understand the need to double check the legitimacy of the bill. It was an older $20 and without actually confirming there is an issue with the bill he stated I don t trust this. I was very literally so beyond offended for simply trying to get gas. It s not professional to suggest someone is presenting fake money with no means of proving it other than your motive to be rude. Left this establishment and was able to get gas across the street with the exact same bill, no issue. I do not patron establishments with poor customer service! And get those pumps fixed so less people have to interact with the rude cashier who was not trained to effectively check for counterfeits!

I got my car services here many times in the pass and they charged with the reasonable price since 2007 and I still bring my car over as of now. Love their service

BEWARE $860 for an oil change, brakes and rotors on a Subaru? This review should be zero stars. This man robbed my niece. Look at this invoice and tell me it s acceptable. He charged my niece $154.94 for an oil change. Yes it s synthetic oil. But never have I ever paid more then $85. I called my mechanic. He told me $85 including labor and the filter. Not to mention he charged her $20.99 to top off her fluids. Isn t that usually free? Now let s talk about what else was done. Her brakes and rotors. He charged this kid $280 for 2 rotors. You can buy 4 rotors for less then $280. Then $115 for brakes. And I guess $90 was a labor charge. This man is a crook. Too bad we didn t see these reviews before she went there. You are going to refund this child s money and charge her the correct price.

I am glad to have this platform to express how bad I felt for the elderly lady in the store. The clerk was berating her for not understanding how the "Fuel Rewards" Program fully operates. He was rude and disrespectful to her. I paused my phone conversation,and I intervened and explained to the lady what she could do to sign up. Following that interaction, his rudeness continued as my change fell all over the counter with a dismissive look. I HAD to believe it was an accident BUT IKR!??!??.

This station with the manager Ken of mechanics does not back his work. We bought a car in to be checked out and he said it cut off on him while he tested it. I came up and tried it and it would not start. Ken said he checked it and it was the fuel pump. We give him the ok to change it and 2 weeks later the car did the same thing with my wife in it and Ken refuse to assist her to bring the car back to the shop. We got it towed somewhere else and they ran a test and found the fuel pump was in need to be changed. When I call Ken to tell him the news he said his mechanic told him the fuel gauge is bad and all we had to do was put gas in it.I will never or would I recommend anyone to this station.

Didn t even put my vehicle back together! Spark plugs and coils left in side engine hood. All while charging extra $ for a diagnosis that was wrong. Ended up needing a new engine. Save your time and money. Shut this place down.

**ALERT ALERT ALERT ALERT ***Kim misleads customers plain and simple any review that says otherwise was possibly written by someone paid. He up charges customers and doesn t even fix the car afterwards. Communication skills are terrible once you try to ask what has been fixed and why it costs so much. A few days after car is driven out of his shop it starts the same problem as before. He just does enough to have it drive out of his shop that day. It was a total nightmare working with him going back and forth for days please save yourself the headache.

I know when I need something done with quality I can go to the bowie shell. I had an oil change and go back next week for tires. They are always in demand.

Went here for gas using Giant rewards that were not honored. I had $.30 per gallon off per my receipt at Giant the day before. Went inside to get the rewards due me and the dishonest clerk had me prepay without revealing that she had only given me $.05 off! I went inside again and she just shrugged her shoulders and did not fix it! Never never buy gas at this station. The price was very high compared to other stations. Bait and switch!!!

0 Stars, I selected one star because I had to in order to post this !!!!! Kim is a flat out SWINDLER - Definition of Swindler - a person or business who uses deception to deprive someone of money or possessions. That's exactly what happened to me when I paid to have my car inspected there (they purposely failed my car 3 times because I refused to let them fix my automobile). Come to find out, this Shell Station does not do their own MD State Inspections!!! They use another local gas station (White-Hall Shell Gas Station on Laurel Bowie RD), but they front as if they actually do inspections. Not the case ! They take your car around the corner to White-Hall Shell. They are not Authorized MD State Vehicle Certificate Inspectors (ask for yourself). STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE AND GAS STATION. Highway ROBBERY and the owners should be extremely ASHAMED !!!!!

I don t ever write post but this place is the worst place ever take your car save yourself the time money and stress and that s . no joke. I don t care what reviews you see these are bad people and don t deserve business from anyone!!!

Honestly my personal opinion they have horrible staff like I had a problem with the car wash and he told me he couldn t do nothing about it I had to come in tomorrow I personally feel like if you are there alone you should be able to handle any situation comes your way or at least call your manager he didn t even bother trying to work with me

B E W A R E ! ! ! The mechanics are ALL thieves. DON'T Let them rotate your tires or ANY tire work. Don't let them know your address. Do not let them have access to your keys for any reason unless you want them cloned.

If you are using this place just know you are being ripped off. Stopped here on my way home from work just for a drink a $1.00 drink costs $1.58 then just to be sure picked up a few other items and they are all .50 to 1.00 over what it should be.
