Great service! I was omw to a customers house to install a water heater when my van broke down. Jay and Avery came quickly (within 10 minutes). Jay gave me a very good price on towing my Ford Van and trailer. Definitely recommend Rescue Towing Service!

I had a blow-out on a boat trailer tire.Rescueing Towing Service respomded right away, was able to cost efficiently get my tire replaced, delivered and installed quickly and efficiently on a Sunday evening.The driver was very pleasant and extremely helpful.I was in a difficult situation and Rescue Towing Service got me rolling again quickly.I greatly appreciate their professionalism.While I gope not to need them again, they would always be my first call.Services: Special vehicle towing, Tire change

I had a blow out on a Saturday, I called my roadside assistance and they said at least 150minutes. I called Rescue and he was out in 15minutes. Was able to.get the tire off and even told me where to by the impact wrench and jack. Thank goodness, because it was over 100 degrees that day. I highly recommend them.

Showed up in 12 minutes flat, recovered my excavator that was sinking on one side at least 2 feet deep in clay mud and in about 10 minutes, and was gone within 30-45 minutes. I ve never seen such an efficient, clean recovery without causing any damage at all. 6 stars for Rescue Towing Service!Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Rescue Towing provided excellent service with my EV. My vehicle was dead and needed to be transported to the dealer. While we had a hiccup getting the vehicle on the flatbed, Gurpree responded professionally and dealt with my nervousness very calmly. I had to have my truck towed and it was an easy experience, I set the appt for them to come to my house to pick it up and the drop off was easy. I would call them again if I needed a tow.

After being stood up by another towing company, Rescue Towing Service came to my rescue. I called and inquired about getting my car towed to a repair shop, and was told that it would take about 25 minutes to get to me, which it did. They were able to give my car a jump and drive it onto the towing truck. Once my car made it to its location, they sent me a picture to reassure me that the job was professionally executed. Not to mention, they did all of this on their off day. The company definitely lives up to its name.

I had a major roadside emergency that needed for my car to be towed for over 20 miles. Rescue towing service arrived fast and took great care towing my car to my destination. I highly recommend them for any emergency! The driver was polite, professional and helped me greatly in my time of need for this emergency. Called around to many tow companies including my AAA service and none could assist. My vehicle required special towing because there were no tires and no one had "doughnuts" available to assist getting the car onto flat bed safely. They provided service the same day and communicated via text the arrival time. Mr. Singh the tow tech was extremely helpful in a difficult situation. He was very professional, experienced and had towed many vehicles in the same situation utilizing plastic "lifts". He was courteous and assured us that all would be fine. He took extreme care during the process...took his time...repeatedly checked during the hook up process to ensure no damage to the car. I would highly recommend this company for any towing or car service needs.Service: Special vehicle towing

Rescue Towing Service was excellent, I broke down in the middle of the road and he happened to drive by right when I did and picked me up right away, he was extremely friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable about an upsetting scary situation. He took me straight home. I will absolutely use him again if I every find myself needing to be towed again. Excellent company!Service: Car towing

I was on my way home. It was like 11:30 at 9:00. They came out and he knew when they needed to go back and get a different tool or the different truck. They did that no problem. They were super friendly and honestly I couldn't have asked for anything better at the time... I was using speech to text so if you're reading this, sorry for the possible grammatical errors

Just had my vehicle towed from Bowie to the repair shop on Rockville today 05/23/2023, I did not had to wait long for them, the communication was great and the price for the service was less than I thought. Rescue Towing Service went above and beyond to treat my situation with the utmost care. I think they arrived 20 minutes from the time I notified my provider of my situation and ensured the well-being and safety of my family and I. Should the need for towing service or other emergency breakdown situations present themselves, I will either contact Rescue Towing myself or ask my provider to repeat this experience. My experience was great, super helpful, super nice and professional and he made sure no to drop my vehicle from the truck since I have no brakes he was very knowledgeable on mechanics and we talk for a good amount of time. They truly mean 24 hour service. I called at 3 am to pick up my sister in laws wrecked car in the most absurd place you can think of, and he made it look like a piece of cake. Showed within 30 min. I used this company to tow my 1973 MGB from Annapolis to the Bel Air area. The communication was very good; and the service was prompt.
