A+ wash, best wash in a 15mi radius. Hand wash is great, they do a fantastic job, and the pricing is exceptional. Waited till I hit 3 washes before leaving this review, but it s the only place I bring my car to now.

My first time at this location, came here for a handwash, idk why I haven t tried this one sooner, they did an excellent job and for only 20.00! Can t beat that! The line moved pretty quickly for a Saturday too.

I ve been to many car washes, in many different states and this has to be one of the best experiences I ve had to date. The wash was very thorough and the interior cleaning was also done well. The particular service i chose was $35 but worth it. I would definitely recommend this spot. Thanks

A 1 star is generous and something I wish I could not give. I attempted to get my car washed at this location. I immediately noticed the machine did not dispense any soap with no pressure. The entire non wash consisted of water only throughout the cycles. I saw Spanish men hand washing cars and asked who was he owner. The response was they didn't know. Later learned they actually work for this location. I spoke to the guy tinting windows in reference to a refund. He happened to be on the phone with the owner at that time. He told the owner my car was still dirty. Once he got off the phone he said he was not going to give a refund. My car after their so called wash. This place is a dump.

On May 12th, I arrived at the Bowie location at 8:15 AM for a car wash (#2 Pro Car Wash - Includes #1 plus: Vacuum, Clean inside windows, Wipe dashboard, and clean door jams). However, I found that the location was not yet open, despite the website indicating an opening time of 8:00 AM.I promptly contacted the phone number listed on the website and engaged in a conversation with a courteous individual who informed me that the actual opening time was 9:00 AM, rather than 8:00 AM as stated on the website. I explained the disparity between the website information and the current situation, and the individual expressed sincere apologies for the misrepresentation. Assuring me that they would address the issue with the website owner, the person apologized once again for any inconvenience caused.At approximately 8:50 AM, a group of four workers arrived and commenced preparations to open the facility. Seeking guidance on the proper procedure for entering my vehicle into the car wash, as it was my first visit, I approached one of the workers politely. Regrettably, her response was that they did not open until 9:00 AM. I acknowledged the revised opening time but reiterated my presence at that moment, citing the conflicting information on the website. Despite having waited since 8:15 AM, I expressed my willingness to wait further. The worker responded dismissively, stating, "I don't care what the website said, I am telling you we do not open until 9!", displaying rudeness and disregarding my concerns before walking away while shouting in Spanish. Subsequently, a male worker approached me and offered assistance after I explained the situation to him. He expressed apologies and provided instructions on how to proceed with the car wash.I proceeded to call the business number once again and spoke with the individual I had conversed with earlier. He expressed sincere apologies for the incident and arranged for the male worker to offer me a complimentary car wash as compensation for the inconvenience and the disrespectful treatment I had received. To my surprise, the individual who had exhibited unprofessional behavior turned out to be the manager, Angela. It is worth noting that all other staff members were courteous and helpful, with Angela being the exception.To compound the unfortunate experience, Angela rescinded the offer that was given to me and confirmed with the other workers regarding my free car wash and proceeded to confront me aggressively, banging on my driver-side door and shouting at me to move my car out of the way. I almost lost it!!! I told her she had no right to touch my car or talk to me the way she did.Subsequently, I had to address this matter with the owner, who by this time was on the phone with the male worker who helped me. To my surprise, the owner apologized but still wanted me to pay for the car wash even after he was aware and overheard how Angela was talking to me. During our discussion, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the entire encounter and told him I will pay only because I felt bad for the other workers and will not be back.In my opinion, prioritizing customer service is paramount for businesses that interact directly with customers. The employees represent the face of the establishment, and if Angela continues to be the face of their business, there is a risk of encountering customers who may be negatively affected by her demeanor. Angela presents a liability, and it appears that the owner condones her behavior.I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. I would rather pay more money elsewhere and be appreciated as a customer than be talked to like trash and have my personal property assaulted because Angela woke up on the wrong side of the bed. My car was still dirty when I left and I ended up spending more money in another community instead of keeping it in my community where it counts the most!!!!

I recently became the owner of a sub that had been sitting for while. I was filthy. I took it here and they made her come alive. I will come here going forward. Very good experience.

It has good size bays but the timer amount should be more and the wax was out lag in the soap system change over. Wish they had a foam wax to know it's working . I do like going there for hand washing vehical. They need more washes like that around area

It's such a shame, they have the nicest guy at the entrance and so many staff members but my car was barely vacuumed. So little it was ridiculous. I don't think they even opened the hatch. Seems like they're not being trained well. The guy who did the windows was thorough. They have a free vacuum area but isnt that what I'm paying for? They definitely didnt use compressed air because I found a wrapper between the seat and the door. Wouldn't go back.

This place is PHENOMENAL!! Took my car there yesterday for hand wash. I was greeted with friendly staff who assisted as soon as I drove up. My vehicle was handled with professionalism and care. When the attendant saw there was something on the roof, she pulled up a small ladder to make sure she saw everything to get off - I m short so I appreciated the extra time and care to do so. Pricing is stellar for the services provided. Will be referring and encourage the support of this establishment!!!

Horrible job. They use to clean my car so well the last couple of times have been a waste of money. Their line use to be long but I guess I'm the only one who hasn't caught on. They over priced and force you to tip. $35 plus $5 tip and they cannot even clean windows properly. I will be finding some where else to clean my car. I'm livid. Your better off letting the machine clean your car. It's the smears on my window for me.

The windows, especially the windshield, have swirls, which makes it difficult to see out the window. The rest of the car looks good.

Good for quick good car wash. I let them do my car and have been pleased for the price. If you need a quick good clean, I find they get you right in and out. I go here when my other car wash is busy especially on a Saturday.

After the winter weather and salt on my vehicle I Went in for a hand wash and wax. WOW! My car came out looking amazing. It hadn't looked that good since last summer. A clean vehicle only makes you drive away feeling good, after they were finished I drove away feeling Great! They have an inside and outside waiting area. It was a nice day so I chose to sit outside. I loved it! Comfortable chairs and nice atmosphere. The workers were very professional and courteous! The guy who worked on my car recommended that I come back in a couple months for a buff wax and I can't wait. Since he made the hand wax look amazing I know the buff is really going to have my Escalade sparkling. I am very particular about who touches my car, how they detail it and how long it will take. I was in and out with a full hand wash and wax in 20-30 minutes. If you are like me and care about details and customer service then this is the place for you. I highly recommend it! Pro Wash will be the only people touching my car. Thank you so much. 5 Stars!!!

Staff did not clean the car well externally. When I asked about an area on my car that needed cleaning one of the workers began to argue about the matter. Very unprofessional. I will not return.

When I got there I didn't know what to think but when I picked up my car, I was in love again. My car looked like it did when I bought it! The 5 years of living its endured was wiped away and Iit needed it. I explored my car as if it was the 1st time. Great job!!

I received a full detailing for my car due to my friend throwing up everywhere in my vehicle. It was a lot of mess and they did an AMAZING job!! I mean AMAZING! They were in for a major job when I dropped the car off and when I received it back it was as if I had a brand new car. It was definitely a job well done. I would recommend them to EVERYONE. If they can make my car look brand new due to the condition of it when I dropped it off, they can do anyone s car!I will be making an appointment for my windows to be tinted very soon. They also have a $30 a month car wash, where you can get your car cleaned as many times a month for only $30!Great company, will be back!!

1st time using -- totally forgot about this spot. Awkward lining up to wait for hand wash with cars exiting from drive thru bays. Thorough exterior hand wash job. Nice Christmas present to self. Will return in 2022.

I got my window tint take off for the Maryland car registration and the manager, who did the work, did an excellent job. Very pleased! Will definitely go back for other work that I need done.

I would not come back here. The brushes were REALLY worn and the machine did not appear to have any soap or wax (I got the most expensive wash).My car was still quite dirty after.

Easy in and out car wash with minimal wait and reasonably priced. Water pressure seems a bit weak and washers don't fully clean back of car particularly around license plate.
