I had 2 salesman that helped with my purchase Manny Leon & Spencer Cooksey they both did an exceptional job! They treated like a king. They went out of there way to make sure I was 125% satisfied. I dealt with Billy at Bowie CDJR and he did a great job at getting me the deal I wanted for the Silverado pickup I bought. The financing they offered beat my banks rates. My wife and I both said that we were only at the dealership a short time and we had a deal, financing and tags and out the door in less than two hours. Really good experience!

I walked in the dealership set on a Grand Cherokee but ended up really falling in love with my new compass! It s spacious, cute & drives smooth. Great experience. I definitely did not think i could get a new car, without my mom cosigning again. But Mr.Raymond surely provided a way. Now only did I get a car with great features, but I also landed a reasonable trade-in price (Entire car paid off), and starting fresh without a cosigner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I made an appointment to get some issues diagnosed on my vehicle with the service department. Once I got to the department before they even diagnosed the vehicle, they told me I would have to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days. They said they had a long queue of people waiting to have their vehicles diagnosed, and that the vehicle would have to stay on site until they were able to get to it to even diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. I told him exactly what was wrong, and it was some electrical codes that the truck was throwing. I don t understand the purpose of making an appointment with the service department if my truck is going to sit there for 3 to 4 days doing nothing waiting for them to work on it. I ended up not getting any services rendered to my vehicle that I came there and left frustrated because they have no loaner cars and I can t afford to have my truck that I use for work out for 3 to 4 days while work isn t even being done on it

I called ahead of time as I had to drive an hour from out of state to see a car for my wife. When we arrived, the car was out front and the salesman, Raymond was waiting for us at his desk. It's the little details that make an experience memorable. Raymond was direct, professional and wanted to make a deal. We worked with the sales manager and Osama in finance. All around, the quickest and easiest dealership experience I've ever had and I will keep an eye out for future vehicles offered at Ourisman of Bowie.

I called the General Manager. His or her name is Unis (not sure of the correct spelling.) I ask them about the price of the van to ensure the correct information on the website, but my phone is disconnected because of bad service. I can't call them again. The reason is I found out the price is reduced on the website. The new car manager gave me for the Pacifica hybrid plug-in price. So, I am not sure if the new car manager gave me the correct information about the price.

Over the past eight years I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership and have been very, very pleased with the final purchase price and resulting deal. Also in the past eight years I have always had my vehicles services and repaired at Ourisman. The staff are great; the technicians, are great, the service is great!!!! I have never failed to pay the estimate provided before the service or repair. I have always paid by credit card and Ourisman has received payment. Two months ago I $4,900+ for a repair; paid by credit card. This month I was charged $3,300+ for an auto repair PLUS A $100 CHARGE for PAYING BY CREDIT CARD. I have been a loyal customer for several years. I have recommended Ourisman: NO MORE!! NOT AGAIN!! I will also think twice before I ever take my vehicles back there again, if ONLY FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! I also noticed that I have not received the usual phone call requesting my review of the service performed; Ourisman probably understands that I AM NOT PLEASED!!!

Our first experience at this dealership. Spencer was our sales representative, very attentive, thorough, and very nice! Simo was our pre-owned vehicle manager that worked with us and was very flexible and helpful to land us where we needed to be financially. Lauren in finance was also very nice, and easy to relate to! This dealership is amazing I work with Tony everytime I come in and if there is a issue with my vehicle they work hard to fix it and if it was a mistake they may have caused because no dealership is perfect they are not afraid to address the issue and make it right. I've been on the hunt for a perfect 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve and let me tell you, I've called nearly every dealership in Virginia and Maryland. But Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie really stood out. They made the whole car buying process feel like a breeze.Walking into the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and an atmosphere that just felt right. The general manager was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me understand all the features of the Jeep, which was super helpful.The staff there, especially Nathan Taylor, the car salesperson, were patient and didn't rush me. Nathan was awesome he answered my endless questions, helped me compare different models, and got me a deal that made my day. If you're in the market for a new car, you should definitely talk to Nathan. The Customer service for the service department is horrible. I am currently 5 months into the process of trying to have warranty corrosion repair work on my 18 JLU. The parts have been at the shop for almost 3 months now. They said the work will take 4 days so I requested a loaner as this is my daily driver. They have not contacted me with a timeline or to update me on the process at all. I have had to initiate contact and 90% of the time the person I am dealing with is unavailable. In conversation with the service manager they stated that they have a person on the list ahead of me that has been waiting since 2022 all because we need a loaner for the work to be completed!!! The one solution they suggested was to have me escalate it to Chrysler and pay out of pocket for the loaner so they can reimburse me after. I have never had this issue with any work being performed on a vehicle and the lack of customer service is appalling. Good luck if you have to deal with Oursman!!!Follow up: They are fast to comment on bad reviews but I still haven t heard anything from the dealership. Guess internal communication is just as bad as their communication with customers.

Have used them several times and every time there was issues. No one answers the phone unless you are call to make an appointment, all the other options ring with no answer or go to general mailbox.Last time my Jeep was finished but no one bothered to call me to tell me it was done. When I asked why not the advisor I was speaking with had to contect me with an advisor. I thought you were an advisor, he said I am but you need to speak a different one that is more familiar with the situation. I was on hold for 5 minutes and then the phone rang for 3 minutes with no answer.Every time I have dealt with this business I get passed around and hear how I have to speak with some one who knows more. Lot of passing the buck because no one has any answers or willing to take responsibility for anything.

My mother and myself had the pleasure of receiving the best customer service ever !!!!! Patti did an excellent job of explaining in DETAIL every step that was going to happen moving forward. I gave her a price and she did exactly just that. I loved how she knew that I was trying to reestablish my credit and was still able to provide me with a very luxurious car still in my budget. On top of that, she was able to sale my mom a car as well !! My mom saw the wisdom and knowledge she was putting in me and that made her extremely comfortable enough to give up her car too for a new one. Behind Patti was her amazing boss Simo !!! He was behind the scenes pushing the numbers and I knew God was being his hands because he made it happen for me. My mom and myself included had terrible experiences with car dealerships before and it made us nervous because we know how that can be. However, I felt at peace and no one was trying to take advantage of us which is hard now-a-days. I will being coming here for every vehicle I need moving forward and will be keeping them in mind for anyone I know who is in need, Thank you so much PATTI and SIMO !!! I encountered an issue with one of the Ram ProMaster 3500. I took the Van in and spoke with Tony. He assured me the issue would be resolved in a timely manner. Tony was correct. Everything was done professionally. The staff is helpful and kind. I do appreciate the assist.

Customer service was very good and service. Advisors were professional, courteous and friendly to deal with. Got my vehicle fixed and reasonable time however, only one negative thing is that I had my oil change, and when I got home and opened the hood, I noticed the oil dipstick was hanging out approximately 6 inches so whoever did the oil change did not Fully insert the dipstick tightly. Call the dealership to let them know, but never heard back from my service advisor if they followed up to find out why it was not fully inserted correctly. Bottom line, I would go back to this dealership again for service.

Don't bother with their service department. I called to make an appointment for service on my 2023 Wagoneer. I explained to the advisor what the issue was and needed to be done and got a time that worked. When I showed up, they told me it would be 1-3 business days before they could even look at it, and immediately ruled out looking at it before the weekend. When I asked if I could bring it in on Monday, they said yes. But when asked if it would be done on Monday, they said no, and informed me of a mandatory policy to leave the car overnight. What's the point of appointments if you are going to tell me you plan on keeping the car for FIVE days for a simple diagnostic check? There was no offer of a loaner when I told them I couldn't be without a car. So I told them I'd take my business elsewhere.And before this gets dismissed as a one-off experience, last fall I called multiple times to schedule a recall on our 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (diesel fuel pump). Each time I was told there was a recall specific service advisor who I needed to talk to. Each time they were out of office, and each time I left them my name and number. And each time I was never called back.This is an un-serious dealership service department. I don't know why their customers accept such business practices. But as a two Jeep family I can safely say I will never try to use Ourisman again.And of course this dovetails nicely with another Ourisman dealer trying to bait and switch us on a car purchase last November. But that's a story for another dealer's review page.

Service was quick and efficient, staff was fairly friendly. I am disappointed in the price. Last time I came here I wasn't given a price quote before the work was done and I was floored by the cost. The staff was kind enough to offer a free service on my trip. When I called a couple days ago to let them know I was coming for that free service, there was no record of it and no way for them to honor the free service. I found a coupon to take some money off the price but I was still charged $30 more than what the coupon said, so not sure what good it did. I won't be going back, I can climb underneath and change my own oil for a whole lot less.

I brought my vehicle on 5/31/23 I had to take it back to the dealership 6/15/23 because I was getting a message saying performance limited, service fuel system. They told me it was a system update and I picked it up on 6/16/23. I had to turn back around because the same message popped up on the way home and I had to cut across 3 lanes to get over to the side of the road because when that message pops up, it s hard for me to accelerate and then the car stops and I have to cut the car off, open the door just to restart the truck so that I can drive. So I dropped it back off on 6/16/23 I got the vehicle back to the dealership and it did it again. I asked for the two people I was working with, Tony in service and Herbert Ventura in sales so that they can see that the car will not move until it s restarted. Another tech went out there and cut the car off after I asked him not too. From the 16th they had my car until 7/1/23 they kept say they couldn t duplicate the issue, I get the car back I leave and it still does the same thing. So they tired to trade me out of the car, they wanted me to put down $8000 to trade out of a vehicle(2023 Jeep Compass) that s defective and unsafe to drive. It got back to me that they could have unwinded the deal before for my first payment was due(6/30/23) and put me in another vehicle but the manager Herbert Ventura on the sales team was waiting for the deal to be funded so they could get more money out of me and the other manager Mannie knew about it and didn t try to stop him. Also, my vehicle is still at the dealership because all of a sudden they can have the issue duplicated, how convenient that after my first payment was due. First the told me it was the gas I was putting in it, then they said it was the 02 sensor, that didn t work so now they are trying something else. This has been one of the shadiest dealerships I have ever been to. This is not a dealership you want to visit and buy a vehicle because they will screw you over, especially Herbert Ventura. He tried to act like he was helping me out, but he was plotting on getting more money out of me. If he s a representation of the company, save your money and go else where. That is bad business and I will be getting a lawyer involved. This could ve been settled more than a month ago. I called multiple and went up there to speak to the GM, he was never available to speak to me, so I feel like he s part of the problem as well. Me not having my vehicle has effected me financially, but the dealership doesn t seen to care. All they keep saying it s covered under warranty. But can fix the issue. I have added pictures and I have videos of the car stalling when I hit the gas pedal.

Invoice # Chcs191462. I took my Promaster in for a radiator leak . My advisor was Tony T. 98968 and the technician number was 40657 I was actually taken good care of and they did a good job on my car. Had no issues. If I had a choice would the same advisor and technician for future repairs.I will return and advise to others Both were extremely helpful and professional.

The customer service was awful. The GM had time to work with me when it came to buying a car but when there was a problem the other employees wouldn t allow me to talk with him nor direct me to the GM. Also be sure when you get a car from them you are sure of the car you want because they will give you a run around until you can t return the vehicle. Definitely wouldn t be coming back

I experienced one of the BEST service advisors here. Layna Welch is PHENOMENAL. She was patient, honest and beyond helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of/I understood my options with regards to the work. This is not an understatement, my eyes watered from happiness of genuine transparency regarding my repairs and costs. As a single woman, I've walked into dealers more times than a few and service advisors have tried to railroad me into costly things that I didn't need. Layla did the opposite. She's the exception and as if that wasn't enough. Good people attract good people, Leon was an honest/genuine mechanic who worked on my car. He did not add additional costs. He addressed what my vehicle needed only, no pushing potential future items. As long as the two of them remain working here. I will ALWAYS return. They have a customer for life. When they move, I'll move because that type of customer service is unheard of these days.

**UPDATE**If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!Ever since purchasing my vehicle, I ve had nothing but issues getting help with what I needed (see below). I just did my first service with them and they quickly changed my oil and serviced my car. I get about 20 minutes down the road and my oil light flashes on and dings at me. I pulled over and luckily my father was behind me. He checked my oil and there was no oil in my car!!! He looked underneath the carriage and it is covered in oil (even the back of my car is covered in oil). Contacting the service department was easy and I thought we had a solution but I am still waiting on a tow truck, nearly 3 hours later!! This is unacceptable (especially after I told them I am one day post-op and in pain!!). Even the general manager called me to ask about what was going on but I was on the other line trying to work on getting a tow truck. I called him back and left him a voicemail and he still has yet to return my call. It seems like the only way I get results from this dealership is when I post a negative review online. I m glad when this is over because I dread dealing with this dealership.ORIGINAL POSTTHE WORST salesmen AFTER they make a sale. You have to chase them down for things that they owe you (i.e. mats or headphones that they did not have in stock when you bought the vehicle). I have been trying to get these for nearly two months. I spoke to the parts department and there is nothing on order for me. I try to call to speak to the manager and no one answers the phone. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

If you're taking your vehicle to Ourisman CDJR of Bowie for Service and you need a positive outcome, ask for Miss Natasha Tennessee. Her customer service skills are impeccable. These days it is rare to find someone who takes time to listen, understand, and go the extra mile to make sure your issue is satisfactorily resolved. I am not very car savvy, and so I appreciate when someone explains the service that was done to my car in a simple and comprehensible manner. Miss Natasha not only demonstrated great customer service, but sound knowledge. I could tell that shewas no rookie and knew what she was doing.
