The gentlemen at NTB Bowie, MD demonstrated excellent customer service at my visit today. I called and they were able to take care of my tire right away. I WILL be going there in the future. Thanks NTB Bowie. Your service was greatly appreciated.

Excellent experience with NTB specifically Tony! He was knowledgeable about my issue and got my tire situated in under an hour. I would absolutely recommend this location as it was as wonderful professional experience!!!!

Amazing service!! My car was towed to them pretty late in the evening after hitting a pothole so bad that it popped two tires. They took care of me late night without hesitation! Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Life savers! THANK YOU!

Had to get new tires on our f150 we chose nitto grapplers. We went to NTB in bowie. Ordered the tires had them put on the same week. We absolutely love the tire. The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable, very nice with a great personality I thanked for for that just wanted to say thank u again. The people in the service area didn't get to meet them put they finished my truck early then I was told it would be ready. Please tell them that u for the work u do. I recommend anyone to use the NTB not just for tires for many services on ur vehicles. We know we needed brakes the gentleman up front called told me about brakes I informed him we had someone to do that already he said great. Never pushed to have them done there. He said ok if it doesn't work out call us we have a special on brakes. No pushing at all. Thank u for the wonderful experience. By the way the tires were cheaper then we thought

Awesome location. I wanted the dealer to switch out my 18s to 20s, but the location nearest to me didn't have the best customer service. I called this NTB and they answered every single question and made me comfortable about having them install my new wheels and tires. Because my vehicle is new, I was weary on them throwing the old (new) tires in my truck (23' Tahoe), but they wrapped each one individually and placed the rims back in the old boxes. I highly recommend!

Great efficient service! I made my appt for 6pm and was seen right away. They found a nail in my tire and were able to patch it up. Thanks guys! Will definitely return to this location.

Great Customer Service and Experience. Had a Check Tire Pressure Issue arise, team made time to fit me into the schedule and address my problem same day. Provided me with a complete check to solve my problem. Highly recommend coming to this NTB location.

Arrived at 9:45am for a 10am appointment for tire rotation and alignment check. Gave my order number 5963 along with my keys and asked which way to the waiting area?...there were 2 customers already waiting when i arrived. At 12:10 pm, I see my truck hasn't moved and the person that checked me in hadn't communicated status to any of us waiting hours for service to be completed. I asked for my keys to leave at 12:15pm and the person at the desk looked around the desk and in the service slot and said let me check in the back. He came back out and went back thru the service slot and my keys were behind new customers that arrived after me. This place is unprofessional and the customers have no value and the workers have a nonchalant attitude whether they recieve service or not. In customer service you must be social and communicate delays in service. That was my first and last time attempting to give business to NTB.

Needed a tire balancing done. They were able to get me in the same day. They were a little busy but was able to kill the time with breakfast around the corner and had a nice waiting area where you can see into the bays (big thing for me cause I like to see the work being done to my vehicle). Staff was professional and friendly and the pricing was more than fair for the labor. NTB is striving for that great customer service and quality pricing.

I stopped by with no appointment but was in much need of a tire repair and was quickly greeted at the door by Tony. He assessed my problem easily and immediately guaranteed a timely fix. In reasonable time I received my call of all done . This was my first time in but I m will not be my last. Thanks so much!

I arrived for my 11 am appointment at 11 am. At 12:48 pm, I asked for my car keys back because I could not wait any longer. They could have told me it was first come first serve instead of having me sit here for 2 hours waiting and no work being done. This is a poorly ran business. I understand being behind but if you are hours behind schedule, you should communicate that to the client.

From the time I walked in until I left, everyone was very professional and also very nice.Service was excellent! In this day and age it is nice to see a place where all the employees are so respectful to their customers.I came in for an oil change and they kindly pointed out the need for new tires. All without being pushy and trying to sell me a set.I m always satisfied with their service every time I come in.

If your time is worth money, then don t come here!! I wish I had read the reviews before coming. I took over two hours to get a tire patched. It makes much more sense to travel to another town further away and get simple repairs done in a reasonable amount of time. Don t go here.

These guys were great. I bought my vehicle in for tires and instead of giving me what I asked for they told me what the problem was and they referred me to the shop that installed my rotors. They didn't try to get over on me like other shops could have. The will get my business again.

9am Saturday oil change appointment, arrive on time. Zombie-like two older men at the front desk, very slow. Synthetic oil change $87 minus $20 off clipped coupon from NTB's website was honored, but they charged an ADDITIONAL $20 to rotate the tires. Hence total was $87. Been coming here for last 10+ years, ALWAYS got tires rotating with oil change for FREE. The NTB in Greenbelt offers FREE tires rotation w/oil change. Go elsewhere, for oil change at least.
