Go see Anthony Williams! Amazing customer service. No pressure whatsoever. Very knowledgeable of the vehicles. I purchased an EV6, my first electric vehicle. I had limited knowledge walking in. Anthony took the time to explain and answer all my questions/concerns. Felt very comfortable with my purchase, positive experience all around. I ve returned a few times for updates, regular maintenance. Staff is so friendly, feel like a VIP every visit!

It was time to find my wife a new minivan, and the prospect was daunting given our past experiences, exhausting and frustrating encounters with shady car salespeople. Weeks of research and contacting various dealers led us to Kia of Bowie, and yesterday, we ventured out to seal the deal. While many of the salespeople we encountered embodied the stereotypes we hoped to avoid, pushy, dishonest, and overly aggressive, our visit to Kia of Bowie was a breath of fresh air. Erick, our salesperson, was a delight to work with, calm, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. After a long day of searching, the team at Kia of Bowie exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the manager, Reynaldo, went above and beyond by ordering and paying for our meal when he saw how tired and hungry we were, unbelievable! Who does that? It was a gesture that left us truly grateful. If you're in the market for a car, look no further than Kia of Bowie. Their honesty, kindness, and willingness to work with customers make the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I recently purchased a Carnival for my wife with the help of Earl Ward. We had poor experiences with other dealerships in the area, but that was corrected at Kia of Bowie. Earl worked around our schedule and made sure the vehicle we were interested in was available and ready. We have a large family and were hesitant about bringing 3 children along for the purchase, but the staff at Kia of Bowie were understanding and helpful throughout the process. Earl took the time to go over every aspect of the new vehicle with my wife and made sure the entire process went very smooth. Purchasing from Kia of Bowie, especially with Earl as the salesman, has been the best dealership experience that I have ever had.

Mr. Earl Ward was by far the best car dealer that Ive ever worked with. Picked me up from my house and was patient and thorough throuh out the entire process. Entire process was quick and professional. I encourage everyone to work with this gentleman......He is now and forever on family. Kai in finance was also superb. Great folks. Earl of Kia of Bowie was great throughout my whole car buying experience! Having to buy a car at the last minute was stressful enough, but having a salesperson and the rest of the team at Kia of Bowie made it so much easier to do! They took time to make sure I understood the process and explained everything to me. They also took the time to show me two versions of the car I ended up buying! They are the simply BEST!!! Everyone at this location was very nice and helpful when it came to the car-buying process. They were very knowledgeable on the vehicles and have amazing customer service. I was VERY nervous/overwhelmed when it came to deciding to buy my first car but I soon realized I was in good hands while working with Jayson, Andre, and Nina. By the end of the process ended up leaving with my dream car(Kia K5 GT) and was very happy with my purchase. I m so grateful to have had a team like them(and my cousin) behind me making sure I was okay through the entire process and things went smoothly. 10/10- will definitely recommend it!

I recently bought a sportage with the help of Earl and Kai! After Earl explained all of the features and benefits of the sportage, trading in my 2020 optima was an easy decision. Stephen is an incredible person which makes him an awesome salesperson. Very personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Every question I had about the EV6 and Sorento he answered instantly. The best part is that everything he promised he delivered. A lot of salesperson don't deliver but promise a lot. His sales manager, John is very friendly and helpful as well.I definitely recommend Kia of Bowie.

I realize Kia s getting a lot of grief lately, but on the positive side are the Lane Manager s at the Bowie, MD dealership. Both Jacob & Devin have gone above & beyond for our 3 vehicles, with special thanks to Devin for recently navigating warranty red tape on our behalf. Have yet to purchase a car there, but based on these two gentleman we very likely will.

Had a terrible experience with the sales department when I bought a new Niro EV there in late November 2023. Salesperson Marcus gave me misleading "all-in" cost quotes suggesting that lease-to-own (with EV tax credit) would be cheaper overall than upfront purchase, but this was not in fact true (as I confirmed when checking the actual costs from the official leasing agreement) - best case he was confused, worst case he was manipulating costs to try and take advantage of a customer. My car was less than 50% charged when I went to pick it up after purchase (despite my pick-up date being scheduled over a week in advance), though they still made me sign something acknowledging it was fully charged since that is their "company policy." Marcus also told me at the time of purchase he would throw in a Level 1 charging cable for my EV (after I expressed shock that it didn't come with one), but delayed for over a month claiming he was waiting for a shipment to arrive. Finally Marcus messaged me that my charging cable was ready for pickup at the dealership, yet when I arrive again at the dealership I find out that Marcus no longer even works there and that there was never any charging cable ordered for my car. Sales manager John met with me to apologize for the confusion and said he would follow up, but each subsequent time I spoke with him he just said he had to do more research on what I was looking for and eventually he stopped responding altogether. A questionable salesperson is one thing, but as a manager once you become aware that your customer has been sent to the dealership by an employee who no longer works there to pick up an order that was never there to begin it seems like that would normally be a big enough red flag to take some sort of action? Won't be returning here, and will be telling everyone I know to avoid. This is also my first Kia, and at this rate might be my last if this is their idea of customer service.
