I had a flat tire in the Six Flags parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. There were a couple of guys that tried to help while at the park with no resolution. I tried going through my insurance to get assistance, but they had me and my family, including my pregnant sister, out there waiting for over 6 hours on a tow truck. We were there so long that the park even closed before we got any resolution. We ended up calling around to different towing companies ourselves and Double J Towing & Transport was able to get to us within about 30 minutes. While I wish there would've been a closer tire location to tow my car to, I appreciate them for getting us the help we needed. I was also able to get everything reimbursed in the end as well, so thank you so much for your help!!

When out of town I was in need of a special type of tow and Double J was the only one that could do the job. He sent me pictures of my car on the flat bed and when he dropped it off at the dealer. I would definitely recommend!!

Had the best experience with this company! I was terrified i had allowed my engine to seize due to putting off oil change. Immediately J, while still on the phone, put my mind at ease by saying he was on his way and would check things out and take god care of the situation. He absolutely came through! Other tow drivers wouldn't have cared enough to try to trouble shoot what could have been a high paying tow but J did and to my surprise & delight actually got my started! If that wasn't enough he wanted to make sure i made it to my mechanic safely... so he followed behind my vehicle in his tow truck and even offered me a ride to my house after i dropped my vehicle off after hours!!! WOW i was blown away by such above and beyond customer service! Who actually goes the extra mile for their customers these days?! (Literally ;) Double J Towing does that's who and i will be recommending them to all my friends. You hope you don't break down but when you do it's very comforting to know there exist a company that cares about their customers like family. No one else came to rescue me @ 2:45 A.M.!!! My service was far more than what I expected from a tow company. My Double J Towing rescuer was friendly, polite, and professional. He got me home safely and took extra care to make sure my super sports car was taken care of too. I will ALWAYS call Double J for towing me when I need it and I will highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Thanks, Double J Towing for turning a scary night into a safe and reassuring experience.

Double J towing company very fast, prompt and wasted no time towing my car to a safe location after my car was involved in an accident. I called and spoke with the owner and he said "I will be there in 15 minutes" and to my surprise he was there before 15 minutes and ready to go with his service. He knew what he was doing and even had his partner drove the other big towing truck for backup to tow my vehicle to their location. He also arrived less than 5 minutes after the owner arrived. I was very impressed with their courteous customer service and their service was extraordinary exceptional. I will recommend Double J's Towing to anyone.

After several calls to other towing services, who promised to show up and did not, I found Double J Towing Service via Google Maps. I called, explained that my car had died, I was home and could not get back to the car to meet them. Their customer service was exceptional. They stayed in touch during the process. Called me when they got to my car, and delivered it shortly after. I would definitely recommend.

I had just gotten my car service on a Thursday where the dealership stated that my battery was good. The following day I accidentally left my car's interior light on, not too mention temperature's were below 30 because of the arctic air. As a result of both my car would not start. Come to find out I needed a new battery.I called roadside assistance for my vehicle and JAY from Double J Towing & Transport came and helped me.Jay was detail oriented and provided EXCELLENT customer service not to mention he provided speedy service.I would definitely recommend this company again.

Jay of Double J&J towing was prompt and professional in extracting my car, which was stopped dead without lights in heavy late Friday evening traffic on Hwy 50 just before the Washington Beltway. Most excellent and even life-saving service. Thank you, Jay, you were the bestest. I will call you first should I or anyone I know need great professional expert towing service.

Absolutely the best towing experience that I have had! When my tire blew out over 40 miles from my house and had to leave my car on the side of the road, luckily Jason and Double J Towing was less then 0.2 miles from its location! Jason was very professional and up front with me about cost and was able to help me get my car to a local tire shop so I could be back on the road in a a matter of time!! Thank you so much Jason and for anyone who is in need of a tow you should definitely check these guys out first!! You won't regret it!!

I decided to use DOUBLE J towing this morning for my tow. Unfortunately, we live in a world where low life scum bags don't have the proper mental capacity to work, so they decide to steal all four rims/wheel off my car . I was devastated wasn't sure how to proceed. I gave this company a call, and it made ALL the difference. Not often will you get proper guidance from a complete stranger. However, this experience was defiantly different not only did Jay take the time to tow my car, he carefully ensured that my vehicle was going to be safe throughout the entire process. Never have a met a person who handled my vehicle, as if it was his own. He literally took his time to make sure my car was in good hands. I am praying that I won't have to use a tow service anytime in the future, but IF I do I have this company saved in my contact for future use! Jay is the man!!! GIVE THEM A CALL!

I'm glad I came across Double J Towing & Transport today. Fast, convenient, reasonably priced and friendly. Jay replaced my battery in no time. I will definitely refer them to others. This a great towing company with outstanding service. They are familiar with the area and were able to find me based on my general description of the area which I wasn't familiar with due to the fact I was out of town. The rates are reasonable and affordable in comparison to many others I called in there area for rates. In addition to towing and storage he was able to diagnose the problem with the vehicle and aid us in getting the car back on the road. This allowed us as parents to keep and eye on our newborn, get him out of the weather, and focus on where to go for the night until the vehicle can be fixed. I was very pleased with the service and will keep this card in my wallet in case of any future problems with vehicles in the MD area.

Our car battery died unexpectedly late at night. A quick Google search brought me to Double J and I'm glad it did! They were there in 10 minutes. Super nice and wanted to jump the battery but we ended up needing a new one. Out with the old, in with the new, and off we went. Thank you!

Jay is a life saver! I ve had trouble with my car for months now. And after being scammed multiple times by AAA and other tow companies I ve been very frustrated. I called Jay because of his ratings and he lived right up to them. Friendly, easy going, gentle with my car and educated in his field. I will definitely be working with him again in the future. A serious, painless breath of fresh air.

These guys are awesome! Very fast, careful -- got the job done promptly and perfectly, and very friendly and nice attitude as well. Fair price also. They came out within 10 minutes late on a Monday night even with a light rain -- great job. Recommend them 100%.

I called Double J towing late late nite. I needed a special type of tow for my Porsche Macan that was in a weird predicament. Jay and his crew came out and work on getting the car out. Watching them trouble shoot using different techniques, I knew I had called the right company. They took care in getting my vehicle hook up and secure. Jay was excellent, respectful, courteous and professional. After another tow company wanted to drag my Camaro off of bricks onto a flatbed with no wheels, I cancelled that tow and found Double J... I'm glad, he had the right equipment and took extra care of my baby! Oh yeah, some idiots stole all 4 of my tires!... I will use Jay for all my towing needs and i will refer him to any and everyone!

I've had vehicles towed all my life. This is by far the best service I've ever experienced. J is super professional and a top of the line driver. Don't waste youe time and money with other towing companies. Double J Towing is simply the best. Thank you J!

You never know what you're gonna get when you call for a tow. I was surprised and DELIGHTED by my experience today! J went the "extra mile" to put us at ease, rescue us, and even analyze the potential issues causing the car to malfunction. He showed up when he said he would, demonstrated top-notch professionalism, and CONCERN. I hope I don't need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I'd call. I'd recommend Double J without reservation.

The good: First company of 7 to respond positively to a request for a towThe bad: driver stopped coming when I told him I was waiting on a driver from double J.The not at all ugly: once dispatch resent the driver, he arrived in a timely fashion, was very polite and professional, worked quickly, drove well, and charged a surprisingly reasonable rate.So all told a good experience that got off to a real rocky start

Excellent service from Double JJ towing ! Driver was very kind and courteous and friendly!!!!.I highly recommend them . We were on our way for vacation pulling a camper and our vehicle broke down. After a 6 hr ordeal with our roadside assistance company, they finally got it right and called Double JJ . No one would tow our camper. Why they weren't called in the first place is what I intend to find out. THANK YOU DOUBLE JJ FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

I was visiting Maryland for the weekend and unfortunately needed to replace our tire with a spare and, though it was drizzling outside, Jay came to our car within the timeline he gave us and replaced it with ease. He also noticed our spare tire had gone flat. To go over and beyond, he left the scene and purchased an air compressor so he could fill air in that spare tire. I hope I never need roadside assistance in Maryland again but, if i do, I'll be calling Jay and his team for help!

On December 17th my family and I headed to Baltimore (a 2 hr drive) to attend a memorial service for my mother when half way there we got a flat tire. It was also the day there was a 55 car accident on the beltway so I think any tow truck service we would have called would have resulted in a long wait. It took Jay 2 1/2 hours to make it to us but he was determined to get us to my mom's service on time and after taking us three different place to get us a new tire we were finally back on the road. Jay even called back to make sure we made it on time which we did with just 15 mins to spare, thanks Jay.

Owner Jay was extremely helpful. He spent atleast an hour troublshooting why my car would not start before he towed me to the dealership. In the past anytime I called a tow truck the driver would just tow the car at the highest rate. Jay went above an beyond to try get my car going. If I need a tow in the future I will be calling them and only them.

Jay was so professional and on time. We were disappointed by another company who came with the wronf equipment and Geico sent Double J Towing instead. Our car couldnt start for months and with Jay's patience and knowledge he got it started. In plus, he transported through DC narrow streets so easily. We were amazed how he manuevered the truck with no problem. It was a very tight space. Moving forward, we will request Double J Towing when working with Geico. They met our need.

Had a flat (side-wall) in my Kia with no spare (thanks, Kia!) Found these guys via Google Maps on the phone. Very fast, despite me telling them west-bound when we were east-bound. But even with that, very friendly, courteous, helpful, told us about a tire shop that was open late, but also told us other customers have had problems there. Overall outstanding, six stars out of five.
