Warranty maintenance work done. Scheduling was easy, they had us in and out in good time. They have a shuttle that will drop you off while they work on your car if you don't feel like waiting and come to get you so you can pick up your car if you're within a ten mile radius. I'm pretty sure about that radius but you should probably double check it.

BE VERY CAREFUL when you buy your car in this car dealership! At end of the sale, the sales manager tried hard to persuade me to buy the life time oil change program which costs at price of $1285. I was hesitated but he pushed hard. Finally I agreed to pay for it. Well, I just received the agreement from the dealer today after several months purchase. Actually it only covers 15045 miles or expired on 08/01/2024. I have filed complains to BBB and I probably ask my lawyer for possible class action.

I will start by saying that the individual employees, especially Tierra, have been excellent. I've purchased several cars here through the years but my recent service experience has not been good. Oil change , cabin filter, tire rotation, and brake flush for $400 seems high. Had to return two additional times to get the work finalized and all three times my car was left messy with the entire contents of my glove box and a dirty cabin filter left on my seats. Even after returning one last time the door to the cabin filter was not installed.

I love taking my car to be serviced. Large wait area with fresh coffee. Attendants are friendly, and checkout is easy. There is always someone to go over the repaired work, so if you have question, they break it down and advise you of repairs that may be done at a particular time down the road.Affordable too.

When I first started coming to this dealership for maintenance. I loved it, but after Covid, everything went downhill. The customer service sucks. They don t keep you informed about what is happening with your vehicle. I came in. The Internet was down, and I was not notified. The following visit, I came in and waited almost 4 hours for an oil change and a radio update, and no one communicated with me. The only reason why I continue to come back is because my maintenance plan was at the dealership.

Oil changeThis place needs some type of management involvement!1-No greeting, 7 minute wait to be spoken to.2-Service writer didn't listen to what I asked for.3-204 minutes later. I am presented with my car by the cleaning/maintenance lady, who shows me a badly bulging tire. 4-Service people totally oblivious and uncaring when I asked if it was safe to drive on, they both turned and walked away???

Katherine located in service department is alsome. She explained the service to be performed with confidence and knowledge. I walked away with the education that I needed to maintain the quality of my vehicle. Katherine cheerful personality will bring and keep us coming back. This is my fourth vehicle purchased at this location and the commitment to this location. Her knowledge and cheerful deliverance would benefit Sales down to finance.

Today was my first visit at Darcars Honda to get an oil change. I was immediately greeted by a service advisor Ms. Kathrine. She went over everything that I needed as well as what was recommended. She added me to the system as I was going to Waldorf Honda prior. I live in Upper Marlboro which makes this location closer. As a new customer I was provided with a 15% discount. While I was waiting I was continuously checked on. I then met two of the most friendly and professional women as I was checking out (Tricia Park and Tricia Twist). The service that I was provided was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for such an amazing experience. I will be returning for the recommendations.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Good experience with Maliq, Robert, and Piyam today. Walked out with the car I wanted and a price I was happy with. I only wish the team had suggested transferring my tags for way cheaper than getting new ones (MVA rep told me that costs $10 when I turned my old tags in...)

Went when it was originally Honda of Bowie and was offered a free oil change for the life of the vehicle. DARCARS took over this franchise and did not honor this agreement, which I can understand, but the unprofessionalism of the entire staff regarding even the mention of this offer was unbelievable. My wife and I only mentioned it and was swarmed with aggressive behavior up-to the regional manager. After our disagreement, which did not have to reach that point, but was escalated by their management, who said it was our fault we did not have money and told us to go to the former owner who created that promotion and is Nissan at Bowie; one manager threatened to call the police on my wife and I, who was pregnant at the time, which was absurd because we were never aggressive, but more inquisitive of that offer which closed the deal on our purchase of that vehicle. I get that you don t consider us a patron due to the franchise change, but this has to be the worse experience that I have ever received in my life.Service: Auto maintenance

We haven't always had the best experience with previous management teams at this Honda location, but I wanted to call attention to the great customer service we received recently. I had a flat tire on our 2016 Honda Civic, and when I went to change the tires, I couldn't. I had our insurance company send someone out to change our tire, and he couldn't either. When I brought it to DARCARS Honda, it turns out the lugnuts had been overtightened and were now broken (along with the wheel).The Asst Mgr of the Service Department, Feyi, provided great communication to ensure we were updated regularly until our vehicle was ready. I'll make sure any future appointments we make are with Feyi because he takes time to research the history of our vehicle and provides excellent communication. Thank you!
