Our experience was unexpectedly pleasant. The customer service provided Mal was excellent. Above and beyond. I explained my mother's situation to him and he was so calm and helpful. He took his time in helping us find the right car for her and I must say she is very satisfied. We originally came in for a different car but that did not work out for various reasons. We had started to have doubts and were starting to think this place might be shady until Mal came back to help us squash our worries. He personally helped us find the right vehicle for my mother had she is very satisfied. She's had it for about a month and so far its been great. I definitely recommend Mal to anyone who wants a sincere salesman to offer you a great experience. Thank you Mal!

Thieves!! Horrible, dishonest, and LIERS!!WAS GONNA BUY 3 cars from them. 1 broke before we even got to sit in it. 2nd car transmission died 2 mins after pulling out. 3rd car broke 2 weeks after. Then we tried to make them responsible for car to many excuses from the owner. THEN said the 2nd car he sold it to his "friend" and couldn't understand how car 3 was having issues. Took car 3 to a mechanic spent 3k fixing g a problem the mechanic said the car must have the issues we bought it.

I have been looking for a used car (new to me) for the past 6 months. A friend of mine suggested Bowie Motor Company. They had a fare selection of vehicles. I found a vehicle that I liked. The owner himself worked with me, he did not try to push any extra charges or haggle with me on the price of the vehicle. He was very helpful and forthright. I would highly recommend Bowie Motor Company to anyone who is looking for a previously owned vehicle.

Pulled up looking for a mercedes at 7:10 they close at 8 and pulled off buying one . Only thing was i had to wait for it and couldnt leave driving off it which caused alot of anxiety but i definitely got what i wanted and didnt feel pressured into buying a car . Thank you !

Came in looking for a car the sales people there came out to help me Jackie and Luan showed me some cars allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles to make sure I chose the right car for me. I bought a 2012 Honda Accord from Bowie Motor Company. The staff was friendly of course during the sale. If course with any used car, we asked for a 30 day warranty from the company. I was told "of course, I have no problem with that especially on a Honda". The key was not in good working condition when we bought it, I asked for a second key. Chris said sure we can do that for you. So while they prepared the car to be taken home from Friday to Saturday I expected the second key to be made. When I picked it up I was told, well we can't do that here and we'd have to charge you for it. Well 2 weeks after I bought the car, I turned the key to turn the car off and remove it from the ignition, the key fell apart. I attempted to put it back together but the car wouldn't start. I called the company and he said he'd send his mechanic up there to fix the car. The mechanic said it was the key, and the key wasn't covered. To make a long story short I was told to pay close to $400 for the tow and key to be made. I was able to talk him out of charging me for the tow, as I would've used my mom's AAA. And then he was about to hand me the same key that barely stayed together and was taped with duct tape...the key wasn't working. He said he would get the key "re-fixed". I came again and the key still had duct tape, and was given a "discount " for $140. I asked that the key have some type of warranty...he refused. When I got in the car the seat no longer moved forward or backward and my feet didn't reach the pedal! I took my very first uber home. Chris also refused to answer my phone calls, but quickly answered his staff when he called. Hopefully I'll be able to get my deposit back tomorrow. In my opinion Chris is the definition of the stereotype that used care salesmen have. I hate to feel taken advantage of, and that's exactly how this company made me feel.

So I only gave them a three-star because of the customer service , the gentleman that service me was very nice and willing to work with me. They wanted think about 4500 for it and I was able to talk him down to 2800. So far I've had to fix my engine mount, power steering pump, wheel bearings, tie rod and tie rod end, oil leak. There was absolutely no oil in the car once I got it back to my home. Stated on the Carfax the car hadn't had a oil change in about 2 to 3 months before I got it.Once I got it to my mechanic I was told that this car had so many underlying issues there is no way I would have been able to tell what was going on. I'm currently putting in a new water pump because that just went.. Overall they are very nice people but they do not know how to maintain or take care of a car so I would highly suggest you buying a car from another dealer. If you do decide to go with this dealer make sure you bring your mechanic and have them do a full look over of the vehicle. Hope this helps. To the person who responded below. ( Update) I had to sell the car for 300. My timing chain went. To the person who commented below. I WILL POST THE PAPERS. IT WAS A 2007 BUICK LUCERNE V8 maroon color.

Perfect small dealership, awesome and honest car salesman Mr.Besar was! He made it very easy and was up front from the beginning. As a local buyer it s awesome to have a place like this that I can go to and buy a used vehicle. I am really happy to have this dealer in the area and I really mean it because I have been scammed by people on Facebook especially in the Bowie area selling cars from their home and acting like dealers. Thank you and I will definitely be back for my next one.

To anyone in search of a vehicle,I came in and test drove a vehicle I saw posted. Yaki and Chris answered all the questions I had about it and had an overall great experience with them. In the end I left a satisfied customer.

I thought this was a great place because when I went there I was assisted with looking for a vehicle and to my surprise I found a vehicle that I just had to have so me and a few of the coworkers agreed on a price and also agreed to hold the vehicle until I retire and no more than an hour and a half and I went to get the cash out from the bank as the average person does not hold that amount on them. So I retrieve the money I was on my way back 25 minutes away I called them and communicated extremely well with them they said they would hold the vehicle until I got there so here I am on my way to get my dream car. I pull up in the lot they got my car nice and ready for me in the front all I have to do with the final step give them the cash all the paperwork tags and title with ma am I will be right out of there. So I walk in the office with the cash in for to pay the car off completely and next thing I know I m being told by a different coworker who was not there when I pick the car out that they just allow someone to put a deposit on so now only did I waste my time yes and get my hopes up but I was misled and lied to by all three Sales person two guys n one lady I don t know and I can t put a finger on it but maybe someone else can. I had the money in full to give them what they were asking for but yet they allowed some girl to just pop up there put a small deposit down to hold the car. To make matters worse as my brother and I were getting back into the car the man went to add a very rude comment stating that I m sorry you lost out as he literally laughed and walked away I m confused and upset and hurt by the unprofessionalism and the disrespect as well as no one even honored what they had promised me nor was I told that I could put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it had I known that I am most definitely would have secured it before I left however the gentleman never even informed me that I could do so he just simply said hey just hurry up and go get the money and the car will be there when I get back but hey everything happens for a reason but it just sucks that I had that experience I would not tell anyone to go here. I bought a car from them, the car did not pass neither safety nor emission inspections in VA.After six months the car would abruptly stop!!! I brought it in for repair and immediately afte three days it broke again.Unfortunately they are a big fraud. If it wasn't for the time and the money I would have sued them for misrepresentation of product.The usual fraudsters!

So I bought a Tacoma, never test driven it, went off the dealers word; when I drove it home, I kept smelling oil. Couldn't tell where it was coming from til I finally found it. Spoke with Luan to have it taken care of and they did. Replaced my seal, changed my oil, and sent me home happy; thank you.

Chris and his staff were really helpful with getting my car prepared for inspection, registered titled, and even helped give minor repairs. They had a great selection and I was able to find just what I needed. Great customer service, and friendly staff.

I bought a low price car from this dealer upon arrival from London United Kingdom due to my short stay in United States. Staff is amazing and willing to go extra mile for costumers.Straight forward dealer, as simple as that.

EDIT***In the owners response, he claims that I asked for a $5500 car to be dropped down to $4200. This is absolutely not true.I asked for the $5900 UNINSPECTED vehicle to be reduced to $5000 and sold as is. they charge $250 for basic title work, which is more than the MVA charges, so i informed them i could do the title work myself.i thought that $5000 was a reasonable offer considering the cosmetic damage.owners response is in line with my experience with them.****************************************went today to look at a vehicle i d been watching online. Very shady place, doesn t seem interested in making a sale. Both cars i test drove had scratches and lots of small cosmetic damage. The salesman (?) seemed confused and not open to negotiation.Don t waste your day with these guys.

Don't Waist Your Time.I came to the dealer they did not open on time. Made an appointment with a lady to test drive and we set a time. I was 15min earlier no one was there on time. Then a old man help me out but could not find keys he made 2 calls just to say the truck is sold.DONT WAIST YOUR TIME

The most worst dealer to go to. This dealer sold me a 2011 voltswagon which after buying I end up having so many problems and basically investing 3000 more into car. This dealer is scam artist and do not provide outstanding customer service

Place is a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE trying to sell vehicles that are not fit for sale when they do make repairs they do it in a untimely manor and owner is rude and will not answer questions

Conartist! He said he would fix all these issues he couldn't and when we didn't want the truck anymore bc of his inconpentance he wouldn't give my mother who's elderly mind you all her money back. Took her for over 1000 in 4 days of his caused headaches and maintenance issues on vehicle. Now we will take Chris and Bowie motors to court for this money back and cost of the lawyer.

After looking around me and my wife decide to go check out the Bowie Motor Company and I can tell you that we had a great experience !The stuff was very friendly and helpful! The owner is a great guy and very friendly !No doubt I higly recomend this place !!!
