Quick and ReasonableI recently had my 2012 Honda Accord s brakes serviced at Bowie Auto Clinic, and I couldn t be happier with the results. The service was not only swift but also reasonably priced, making it an excellent choice for anyone in need of brake maintenance.From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, Melvin was courteous and professional. He was able to accommodate me quickly, which was a relief as this is my daughter s car that she relies onI rely on for daily commutes.Overall, I highly recommend Bowie Auto Clinic for anyone in need of brake service for their Honda Accord or any other vehicle. In addition to great work done on cars, the customer service at Bowie Auto Clinic is outstanding especially in a time where it's hard to find good customer service anywhere. I am not only impressed by their car repair knowledge; I am most impressed by the wonderful, helpful staff--they really take the time to find out and explain what is wrong, what needs to be done, cost effective options, they do the research for you to compare prices... and Melvin and Shaun are SO VERY NICE (I'm sure they all are). And the environment is so pleasant--I would drive an hour to come to this shop. Many times mechanics take advantage of women who don't know about cars but not here!! I am SO pleased I found this repair shop--so pleased.

Bowie Auto Clinic is honestly the best auto mechanic shop I ve ever been to. Shawn is absolutely wonderful. He takes time to fully explain diagnostic results, potential issues, and service options thoroughly. The team of mechanics are are equally phenomenal. We have brought our Honda, Hyundai, Toyota, and Jaguar, to them and without fail; they are always able to get any complex or straight forward work done at a reasonable price. Bowie Auto Clinic is the only mechanic I trust with my cars, and their advice is the only opinions my family relies on. 10 out of 10

The Bowie Auto Clinic is a great place to take your car for repairs. The manager Melvin is a great man, They do great job on cars. On 2-6-04 I took my cars for some repairs & the car works like a new car! It runs so smoothly & gentle. I love the job they did if they hadn t done it right they would had hear from me! I do trust them they are fair & will tell you the truth about your car & the price Please call & talk to Melvin he s a great guy!Thanks so much Melvin for fixing my baby!God Bless you all They all are terrific!Mrs Mariani!

The owner is nice but clueless. He takes work that s he s not qualified for, and he leaves cars on the lot for a long time. He has NO sense of urgency and he overcharges for what he offers in terms of services. You ll be better off at a car dealership, because at least there, you ll have a better chance of getting your rental vehicle!

I wanted to share my experience with everyone about this business, I was having trouble with my car starter and decided to stop by the dealership. I met the very nice gentlemen named, Melvin. He was super helpful and very nice, he explained everything to me and made the entire process so easy. I will be coming back again in the future. Make sure to ask for Melvin! he is the best!

I went there on Dec 1st and put a down payment to get my seatbelt buckle fixed. They said they would give me a call on Monday. No one called me back. I called and got no answer. They finally called me back on Wednesday and we set an appointment to get it done on Thursday. I went there on Thursday and they told me they got the wrong part and sent me home. No information about anything.

After 4 years of taking my Audi Q5 here, ignoring a red flag of not putting enough oil in my vehicle after an oil change in fall of 2021. Do not bring your vehicle here. The first week in October my coolant light came on, as I was driving. My car heated up a little but nothing terrible. I was less than half a mile from my home. I take it here the next morning, since after all these years of being made to feel like they care & are actually here to help. They tell me my coolant reservoir is cracked & I need a new one. Ok. They replace it & tell me the work is done. First red flag; they tell me they had to put an alternate cooling reservoir with a blocker on the extra nozzle, because they could not locate the original kind of reservoir. After a simple, google search & confirmation from a local Audi dealership, it was one for a different model (2.0T) & not my superchargered version. I guess I m just a woman & too dumb to figure it out according to them. Second red flag; Melvin the manager at closing on Friday says take it home & bring it back first thing Monday morning so we can check if the nozzle is leaking. Less than 10 minutes after me & my son leave, my car starts to get hot again in rush hour on Rt. 3. Me & my son were terrified of being stranded. We have no family here & my husband was out of town. We make it home. Park the car for two days & take it back first thing Monday morning. Third red flag; they call us to say it needs a new engine because the head gasket was blown. To top it off, Melvin lies & tells my husband that he never said bring it back Monday morning. My son was with me & clearly remembered me asking if it was ok to bring it after I dropped him off at school. Really?! The owner, then later gets on the phone & tells my husband verbatim, he can t prove any wrongdoing. Why say that if you ve done things correctly. After taking it to an amazing local Audi dealer, it was a water pump issue. They gave me a reservoir for free after they saw what Bowie Auto Clinic had done. I will never use this uncaring, lying, trifling, ignorant, & incompetent shop again. I suggest you all learn from my $4500 lesson. Just take it to the dealer or NPT or anywhere else. BAC, don t assume women don t know cars. I have the type of car I have because I m a car enthusiast. Duh May your karma be swift & well deserved.

They take their time to diagnose your car s problem and give you their honest opinion for resolution. Great communication, fit me in on a busy day, and got the job done well and as per the estimate.Needed a job done on my 2006 VW GTI. Called around and the Bowie Auto Clinic was 2/3 the price of dealerships. They are a very well run shop and did a great job.Update - still using Bowie Auto Clinic for the bigger jobs on my car for the past 6 years. Still extremely happy with them. Thanks guys!

It's so hard to find a trusting repair shop. I've taken my car there several times and have fortunately dealt with Melvin each time. He has built my trust and I will continue to use Bowie Auto Clinic for this reason. He is knowledgeable, patient, and good at communicating and understanding your issues.

We called and spoke to Jimmy this morning as we thought that we needed a battery for my wife's car. He said they would do a complete diagnostic first to make sure it was the battery. They did not want me to spend any extra money if we did not have to. After having the car in for a while I spoke again to Sean who confirmed that it was only a battery that we needed. My car had its front corner panel dented as well as the entire front fender ripped off. Ernie was able to quickly provide me a rough estimate and accurately provide a realistic timeframe for the repairs. The results were stellar, my car feels brand new after the work he did. He was even able to help me repair a door issue unrelated to the accident. Very professional etiquette and phenomenal technical work. Thank you Bowie auto clinic! I take both of my vehicles to Bowie Auto clinic because the service is always great! The quality of their work, their professionalism and their fair pricing. I've always had a positive experience at their shop. All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed completely. Their pricing is the best that I've found in the area.I would recommend their shop to any and everyone. This is now my go-to shop for all of my automotive needs.

I've been using Bowie Auto Clinic for years. I can not say enough good things about this shop. They are absolutely awesome. Guillermo the shop manager is the best. His customer service is the exceptional. As a whole, the prices are very reasonable. What I like most about this shop is that, you don't have to worry about being ripped off. They always try to give you the best deal possible, which is rare in a mechanic shop. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

This was our first time at the Auto Clinic and we were referred by my mother. All of her positive praise was warranted. We had scheduled for an oil change, but were worried about the brakes. John had his team take a look and we did need them. Not only did they complete the oil change, but also completed the brakes that same day! The toughest, most difficult part of working with BAC, is getting in--they are a busy outfit. I just visited the shop for the first time after my dealer's service center overcharged me something crazy for some exhaust and break work. Once in, their team was very accommodating. Communicated throughout the day after I dropped my car off. And they worked with me o keep cost down and service at optimum levels. The work needed was done at a fraction of what Toyota had quoted. A+ experience.

Don t go to Bowie Auto Clinic!!! I got a wheel alignment after purchasing four new tires. Four months later the my new tires went bald. The technician and manager are unprofessional, as well as the owner (who sits in the main lobby with no mask, but the employees and customers wear it, the owner is rude & disrespectful). I did read the reviews but should ve known most of them are not about alignments. Get your money s worth and go to NTB. They also have a warranty and just don t take your money and destroy your car like Bowie Auto Clinic.Service: Wheel alignment

I had my car serviced at Bowie Auto Clinic last week to replace my rear shocks. My decision to do so was based purely off of their previous reviews, and I was very glad that everyone was right. I have a true appreciation for any place of business that does exactly what they say they will do. Their prices are fair, my car was ready exactly when they said it would be, and to top it all off they provide great customer service. I will definitely be back!

I was concerned about the quality of my brakes and brought my car in for testing. The team quickly identified the problem and were able to fix them that day. I had these running boards for my Chevrolet Tahoe for over a month looking for body shops that would install. Each time the mechanic stated "they don't deal with rust". Most of the shops I went to wouldn't touch it. They stated..."it will probably create a bigger issue". Long story short, right around the corner from my house Bowie Auto Clinic did the job and did the job with perfection and professionalism. I do recommend this shop. They are fast, very organized and most of all professional. I really appreciated the business.
