They usually have everything I need, and they will work with you to get stuff they don't carry. They got me cheap tires ($90 ea) other places wanted $1200.

I ve found a new car parts store! Ms. Margaret was extremely knowledgeable with everything I needed. She is very sweet. Langston was such a gentleman in helping me take my things to my car. I am a very pleased customer. I will be returning!

I love this store! Not only do they always have good advice and tips on automotive needs but the staff Is great. Shout out to Margret she is phenomenal! She really knows her craft and goes above and beyond to help resolve any automotive need. Keep up the great work guys! Just because a store bares the same name doesn t mean they are of equal quality. Route 301 in Bowie is definitely the best of its brand hands down!!!

Malik hooked it up. He s a sharp young man; really knows his stuff. Also he exhibited excellent customer service skills.I usually go to the store in Annapolis and it s been a long time since I had a good experience like that.

A place an order online to pick up at the store at 6:00 a.m., and I finally went at noon to just go get the items myself only to find two staff doing really nothing behind the registers. There were at least five more orders in the system when he pulled up mine. I didn't expect it to be within 30 minutes like the website said, but I would have appreciated a call to let me know they weren't going to do it.

Great patience and service from David and Holly! Walmart was cheaper but at the end of the day. You can't beat customer service and they will change the battery for you, and I got a coupon for 25% with the core charge discount. They both took time to explain and answer questions that I had. I would come here again!

I wish the associate had more knowledge/information about the loyalty program. I feel I have been buying parts there for years now and I'm yet to receive a reward. He didn't know how the points system works.

I asked For a refund on a steering wheel cover that was being returned entirely in tact along with the original packaging and everything. Some with lady with a overbite, lisp and bangs told me i couldnt Get one because it had already been installed despite their refund policy stating that if i return It with the packaging in tact within 45 days, I d get a full refund. They act like i bought Car oil, used it, and now I m tryna return it. Plus there s only like 2 people in the store both of which are absolutely unaccomindating to customers. I dont Know if Rona got them acting like this, but with the lack of business they getting, they should at least attempt to work a bit harder for they money.

Gerfield was RUDE! He should not be in anything customer related! Got very loud and aggressive with me for simply asking when will my order arrive . Come to my surprise, the part was not even ordered; no wonder why he was so defensive. He didn t even apologize. I expect better. If he doesn t like his job, then he should resign. We customers don t deserve him!

Trying to get ready for the road, went in and purchased wiper blades. Stacey was very pleasant and helpful. Installed my blades quickly and I'm on my way. Great customer service!

Not the most welcoming/helpful experience. Was confused on the price but she offered no explanation, I had to go back and check myself when she could have just told me the difference. I must have been wasting her time, although I was the only one in the strore.

Went here to get a part walked in. The staff was all in the back talking. I was at the front desk looking at the for about a min no one can to see what I need. I know the part I needed so went and found it in one the part iles. Then went back to the front deck to check out. They where still in the back talking. I waited about a min at the decks to pay with no help. I could just walked out with it and no one would of been to wiser. So I called for someone. One employee came up. One thing he said to me was what is your phone number and the total.

This store has screwed me over and over again. Their service is the worst. I don't know how or why they're in business, but it obviously not to help people. Do not waste your hard earned dollars at this place. Go somewhere else... Anywhere else.

Advanced Auto is always helpful but this location has particularly knowledgeable staff on hand. The employee that assisted me, Stacey knew my problem and how to get to the root and fix it. For someone who knows little to nothing about auto repair, this was refreshing. I highly recommend this location.

This place is great. You tell them your vehicle info and what youneed for it. They pull up that part on the computer and show you what your options are and explain the difference if you need them to. No pressure. They dont try to sell you what you dont need but they do give you suggestions for helpful additions.

Having the free diagnostic tests are a huge help. I feel better going to car repair shop with an objective description of the problem. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

All the auto-parts you need, plus you can order and have stuff sent to the store for free. Staff was friendly and helpful. Be sure to go online to see if parts are in stock before venturing out.

Huge location great staff but no plunger or toilet paper in the mens John. I ended up clogging it but the guy went above and beyond to get me the right tool for the job from the ladies room.
