I took my car here for service after being recommended by my mechanic. I had a car stereo installed and my experience was awesome! JULIO helped me and even after returning the product twice to the manufacturer, he still had patience with me and tried to work with me until we got the situation rectified. I will recommend him to anyone who needs his service. Fabulous customer care

My husband has been coming here for 20+ years for window tint and auto accessories. This is the first stop after all my vehicles I've bought, brand new or used. Prices were more than reasonable, with lifetime warranty on tint. Other tint shops will charge twice as much for low quality work, that's why I refer everyone to T&D. This place won't disappoint at all!!

I have had all my car works done over here; radio, subwoofer, tint cause they are so precession in what they do. Erick did a great job on my car this morning. Got me in out of here with my car looking prettier

Very overpriced, they charged me $275 for $20 speakers. Did front and rear, 4 speakers. So they basically charged me $470 for installing. Ridiculous install price!

Currently sitting in the lobby and 30min passed NO ONE HAS ACKNOWLEDGED ME!Edit: 2 yrs later I came to get another car tinted and just moments of leaving this place my rear window tint started to peel off from the bottom. I would be very careful with this location or getting tints done here. Not worth 170 maybe 130 at the most but it's not worth $170 that I got charged. And there is a noticible crease on the passenger side window

All of my current and previous cars (10) total in past 16 years including parents and brother have taken all vehicles here. References including numerous friends and co workers in metro area all love this place. Best tint shop.and warranty product around, including top notch stereo, led ,,head and tail light repair or replacement. Very family oriented and owner and wife are family friendly and great with kids. It is a shop in Bladensburg so not best area but great people and very hardworking family owned business.will always be my #1

Went there yesterday to get a custom aftermarket infotainment system and gauge display set installed and man oh man did Julio do an amazing job !!! I am extremely satisfied with the work he did on my 2022 Mustang GT and will be back there next Saturday for my underglow lights install and offset stripes.I m already a confident customer and will be going there more than often for any custom work.Thanks Julio and your entire team!Philippe

Let me tell you if you are looking for somewhere to get your windows tinted this is the place. I recommend Erick he s real good. He tinted my truck and everyone I send to him is very satisfied with his work.

Worse place to do your tint. After 6 months my driver side window start peeling off .I went back ,they're asking me to pay extra $35 .Very bad customer service I will never recommend any person there.

All around amazing service. If you need anything done with car audio this is the place to go. Great prices and fast and quality is all there. They are the most knowledgable people I have met when it comes to audio installation. SUPER impressed with these guys. Great advice, excellent communication, and terrific customer service. My truck sounds amazing.

There's a man at this place that claims to be manager who cannot even handle customer's complained. They charged me $400 for an AMP that cost $170 online and labour for $450. His worker told something different on the phone but when I went back there to see how the issue can be resolve, and this man who claimed to be manger, created a drastic scene just to escape refund or addressing my issue. I will say he is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE.

I wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy. They are very unprofessional, lack luster in their work ethic and sell you subpar products at extremely high costs. If you re reading this post while considering doing business with them, please do yourself a favor and run the opposite direction.I went to their shop in August 2020 to do a complete LED conversion of my front and tail lights. I spoke to the owner (Throng), who started working on my car but kept getting verbally frustrated with the installation. He didn t have all the bulbs available and assured me that he ll order the rest within days. I went back a week later but he had his other installer work on my car, which was my 1st red flag. I figured since he started the work on my car, why not finish it! Now you have another hand working on something you started?! I kept my thoughts to myself as the new tech finished working on my car. 2 days later my headlights went out. I went back to Throng and explained the situation, he claimed I needed digital ballasts instead of the ones he sold me, (2nd flag you re the professional should take you know what type of ballast I need) so I paid the up charge and switched to digital ballasts. I have been back and forth to his shop atleast 5/6 times since, each times another excuse given. I finally got sick of him and took my car to another shop last week (March 2021) and bought a brand new LED set and haven t had a single problem ever since. Throng gave me a laughable 3 month warranty on the subpar set he sold me when in contrast the new shop I went to gave me a 2 year warranty on their product, go figure.If you REALLY love a stress free life, DON T DO BUSINESS WITH T&D. I promise you will regret it. They re unnecessarily rude, and sell subpar products at premium costs. Once I was the first customer in line and waited 2 1/2 hours before anyone said anything to me. I finally spoke to one of the techs who told me that they were very short staffed due to various techs calling out. Throng knew exactly why I was there but never said a word to me. Sorry for the long review but I wanted to be as specific as possible when listing my issues with this business.

Didn't open on time. Very nice, professional, reasonable prices and did everything in a timely fashion. I only got a factory radio installed that I brought from Wal-Mart charged $100 to install which was the best price I've been quoted. And I'm going back tomorrow from darker tints for $125. Best customer service. Have a nice waiting area with tv & sofa. Ask for Tony he's the best

I should have read the other reviews first, bad in tent and alarm and also speakers.D&T are simply Unprofessional, very rude, very expensive, they will tell you the are using a different kind of tent but they lie , the one the use is the same 100$ tent guys use is called Express and the whole roll that can tent 2 SUV s will cost with the shipping 49.99$Then they will tell you you have life time warranty but that also a lie , i cane back after 3 days only 3 days ,They said keep the windows up for 3 days , so when I cleaned my car and i recognized the very bad tent , i went back and the guy said this is not our mistake, he was very rude, then after spending 3 hours there he said come back tomorrow, next day say I know I told you come back tomorrow but I can t today cone back tomorrow,After 3 times he never fixed it , i went to another place and they fixed it for me fir 1/2 the price I paid T&DThe worst costumer service ever and fake warrantyThey will tell you the will put things in your vehicle however they won t allow you to see what they putting or doing because then you will know the rep-off you gettingIt s good I didn t do my lights or my remote start with themThey asked for 450$ for the remote start, it was goid i went to someone els , i git the sane exact one fir 250$ and i didn t have to wait fir more than 1 hour totalWith T&D you need to leave your vehicle there because they will force you to stay to show ppl that they are busy, and another thing be aware if things you leave in your vehicle, just sayingBasically I wouldn t recommend them to anyone at all , not doing any business with them again and if it was worth it I would sue them fir the bad tent and west if time .

May 5, 2020. Nope nope nope. I would never take my car there to get any workd on my car. I am trying to get my window tinted and it was the closest place to me. I only passed by but from the looks of the place everything looks very unprofessional. Crowded. Employees look like they don't enjoy their job. I felt like it's going to take all day before they could even get to me. Everyone looked gangsta So I was Ilike okaaay I am out of here. See yaI hope I am wrong in my assessment of the business. But they just need to do better in how they appear otherwise many customers will have a negative view of the business before even getting the service. Thanks.

These people treat everyone with respect. I've been dealing with T&D since they have went into business. I look at them as part of the family. They have given the best prices around to myself and friends. Highly recommend this place for auto upgrades.

GREAT! I went in there with an issue involving my Jaguar's speakers. Took it into House Of Dubs and they made it worse! I thought all hope was lost, I was recommended this shop by a co worker. Julio took a look, quoted me so cheap I had to throw him an extra $50 for the trouble. He got my speakers working without having to remove any door panels, using the existing harness, he just made the correct connections and made it all work. More than please! I recommend these guys and will be coming back to get subs installed. Thanks again Julio.

Like a few people already noted, they re sometimes not open exactly at 10am, Other than that, I ve been dealing with them for over 5yrs, satisfied! 3 cars tinted there, no complaints. 2 cars got stereo/speaker upgrades; incl. my Infinity fx45, which is a pain bcuz of the Bose system and the steering wheel controls, again No Complaints! Not 5 stars, only cuz of the not open exactly at 10 sometimes

Just RUDE & Unprofessional. Dont wanna work. I waited 15mins before anyone even acknowledged me. I came in to get tints on my windows and they turned me right around told me come at 3:30. I get there at 3:30 & when i got there the man made up SOOOOOOO MANY EXCUSES why he couldn t do it. THE WORSTTT SERVICE EVER.

In and Out!! Had my front 2 Windows tinted a stereo put in. They were done in less than an hr...Great service and a great customer service. Will definitely patronize again in the future...

Got sub, amp ,touchscreen console ,backup Camera Viper Alarm ,remote start And Tints Done Here. VERY GOOD WORK , Just be ready to talk them down on the prices !
