Highly specialized service center. Dropped of Truck 7:AM ready by 1pm. Heavy suspension upgrades and restoration, no problem. Small but convenient waiting area. They handle all DC Fire and EMS equipment and came highly recommended. Get a fixed quote up front, a little price creep is to be expected. Also, fair warning-3.5% service charge when paying with credit card. Plan ahead.

I would sell my semi trailer as advertisement for this place. Drive shaft went out in the middle of the road, full on fell out when the u joint snapped. Took it here and they had the broken bolts out and rethreaded, heated, and rebalanced with the new u joint installed in 30 minutes. Amazing fair price like no other as well. If I ever need work done to my semi I m taking it here. And I m from Texas!!

Had a large generator installed on my food truck so it was sagging a bit in the rear. Called these guys up, they did some upgrades to my suspension. Had my truck back in 2 days. Great shop!

I went to set my alignment. But while driving my truck out of their parking lot, (a thing they should have done themselves) I mistakenly scratch the Mechanics car's side mirror parked closed to the exit right after I went into the truck to drive out. He treated me like I was some enemy even though I begged to fix it. He wanted $2500 for the driver's side mirror. Once we checked online and saw it was $525 for both side, he got so angry even though I offer to pay $525 for one. He wanted $1500 extra to install it. But because i plead to reduce the instalation price, he went for my insurance. They secretly called the police on me. The police and my insurance were both surprised at the Mechanics action. I wonder how they could treat me like that. If they inflate the price of side mirror, what about their price to customers for their repairs. I leave that to your discretion. The mechanic guy's name is Troy

I was referred to this company to get the universal joints replaced on my aluminum drive shaft and rebalance. I called them and they told me that they can tig weld aluminum and also if I got there before 7am they would take care of me and I would be right back out the door. Well I arrive to the business the next day there is no parking, the area in front of the doors is full of needle bearings ready to pop your tires and they told me that I would have to wait several hours. Well 10:30 rolls around and I walk in there and they told me my drive shaft has BEEN done. Turns out the reason why I had to wait so long is because they used JB weld to put the steel weight on my aluminum drive shaft. So I call JB weld technical support and they said over the phone that they highly do not recommend that application. So I asked for a partial refund and the gentleman told me "im 66 years old and I've been doing this since I was 20". Long story short I do not recommend them for aluminum drive shaft applications. Drive the extra distance to get your drive shaft done the right way. Mine is all beat up at the yolks from a hammer. It did not come from the original company like that. This place is obviously rough on people's parts.

Customer service is terrible, order taker or when bring truck for service always are in bad attitude. Angry like they bring their home problems at works. I bring my company tracks for service otherwise I would take it my own to some where out. I can tell they are racist because when they look someone they think doesn t speak English then asume they have right to treat badly. I have been there for my company and always the same way.

I took my kia in to get the drive shaft balanced a couple years ago. I thought they wouldn't do the work because all the vehicles there was semi trucks. But to my surprise they did work!!!They did a superb job. They're #1 in pricing and quality of work *in my opinion. My car is still running smoothly!!!And when I got my car back, there wasn't any "new issues" that popped up. Its hard to find good honest mechs!!

Be careful bringing your truck here. The first time I brought my truck to replace some bushings they didn t put the drive line back on right and the truck was leaning. I brought it back and they refused to fix it saying it wasn t their problem(the truck did not have this problem when it was dropped off). The work is rushed and careless. They do not do professional work here and they charge an arm and a leg for everything.

Decided to stop here today to get a price on changing the leaf springs on my pick up truck. Stood outside for about 15 minutes to see if anyone would attend to me after watching multiple people walk in and out of the location I decided to step in to speak with someone and was immediately told to turn around and go outside without asking what I was there for if I needed help with anything. No questions asked I turned around left the establishment got in my car and a different shop will be changing my leaf springs for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Minor repairs took much longer than should have causing me to have no income of any kind for 5 weeks. Their parts are grossly over priced for repair work. Customer service does not update you on the progress of the repairs. When you call for a progress report, you'd be told specifics of repair work done; but, when you actually go see your truck, the repairs have NOT been done. This is hands down the worse, most stressful experience with a repair shop I have ever had. You have to stay on their backs daily to make sure your truck is getting repaired!!

Gave them my old drive shaft out of my 76 c10 to make me a new one like that they wrote down whatever measurement they needed and all of the sudden it's 2 and a half inches too short and they want me to pay again for another one to be made. They keep bringing up the ticket and I'm trying to be fair but I think I'm gonna have to go above them now. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake when I literally gave them exactly what they needed to make.

Replaced all 4 air springs (air bags) on my 1998 Fleetwood Discovery Motorhome. I purchased the parts from Freightliner Custom Chasis ahead of time. After reading the positive reviews about this place and less than favorable or at best mixed reviews of competitors, I decided to bring my coach to R&S from Prince William, VA. Just as other reviewers have stated, these guys know their stuff. They are a lil' rough around the edges, but what do you expect from pros that do this kind of work? As they don't take appointments you will be advised to arrive any weekday at 7AM. No, you can't leave your rig with them the night before. I got "scolded" (not really) attempting that one, lol. I was there at 0645 Thursday morning and my coach was ready Friday afternoon. On a leap of faith, I didn't even ask for a quote. I checked in Friday morning by phone to see how things were going. I was plainly told, "it's in the bay. We'll call you" (as in, don't call us, we'll call you!). I was unavailable by phone Friday for a few hours and they blew my phone up like an obsessed lover! The coach was ready! I guess playing hard to get works! But in all seriousness, here's the bottom line....The price was reasonable and now my coach rides like a dream. I don't need a firm hand shake and sweet talk. I just need it done right the first time. With R&S there's no BS! I will return next time I'm in need of suspension work. Thanks, Fellas for keeping it real.

We are totally happy. We had SuperSprings Coils and a SuperSprings SumoSprings Rear Bump Stop Upgrade Kit installed on our 1994 Fleetwood Coronado RV. We dropped off our RV early on Thursday and it was ready for pick-up late Friday morning. We were able to buy and bring the parts. Martin, after looking at the installation instructions, told us the rear would take about an hour and the front a little longer-but it was still $100 less than what he quoted, because it took less time. We can definitely recommend R&S and whenever we are in the area and need suspension work done on our rig, this is where we will get it done. They are busy and there are no appointments. It is first come, first served-so we were there at around 6:30 am.

Their price was fair, their work was good but they are a busy shop, dont drop your truck off if you have a time crunch.

I work for sunrise tree service and our truck had a broken drive shaft in it and couldn't find parts for it so I took it to r&s spring works and Sam got the parts I needed and I ended up needing a new drive shaft for it it was a three-piece drive shaft system with the bearings and the yoke broke and Sam had it taken care of within a week's time got my truck back on the road I really appreciate your service and speedy service but for now on if I need something done on my truck or any of my truck service trucks I will definitely deal with r&s spring works you can't go wrong thank you Sam and spring works

Stewart and Jeff have taken care of my spring, front end and driveline needs on my 1968 medium duty GMC truck since 1981. They have always had what I need to keep my truck on the road and charge very reasonable prices. I would never consider going anywhere else. Don't compare them to a retail auto repair garage. This is *the* place for medium and heavy duty vehicle spring, front end and drive shaft repairs. They might also fix your car or pickup truck but the focus is on big vehicles. If you want your vehicle repaired right or need obscure front end parts for a reasonable price this is the place to go.

Don't expect a chipper attendant to greet you with a smile. Instead, come prepared as if you were in a NY deli. Know what you want and don't BS as it will not be tolerated. The place smells of gear oil and cigarettes, but it's supposed to... this is a truck suspension shop not a nail salon. While you're waiting for someone to acknowledge your existence you can gaze at the pinup poster from the 90s or the practical storage solutions from the 60s. Either way I think you'll get what you need from R&S.

Here they do good work. My issue is they are first come first serve but you show up 1st and still can't get in. Long drive for nothing

Very busy place but they have just about anything you could need for heavy truck repairs. Usually fast turnaround and quality parts not Chinese junk.
