The owner is generally quite nice and helpful, however I brought my car in for a coolant issue and during the procedure the mechanic broke my air filter box in my car. The owner agreed (I also had clear before and after photos) and advised he will order me a new part to fix my car.Months and multiple calls later (each call the owner, promising me he ad ordered the part) nothing was resolved. So my air filter box is still broken which devalues my car and I feel very frustrated by the lack of accountability for this issue.

I was here last monday because something went wrong with my car. Alfredo was very attentive and was nice to all the people who were waiting for their car to be checked. It didnt feel that they were rushing everyone. They are also very organized they took the time to check what s wrong with my car. Overall, they have great service and very great workers you sure can count on them to fix your car. Thanks again Alfredo!! :)

I took my vehicle to an authorized service dealer. And they quoted me a price of almost $$$$!There is a very big difference when I come here to this shop.My friend recommended me here. And, he recommended me to Alfredo. This guy is a natural. What I like about their service is that they will take you inside their service area, and you will see what are the things in your vehicle that needs repair.I don't mind waiting. As long as Alfredo will take service on my vehicle.Also, with the rest of the crew. They are very friendly.They have restrooms and they have vending machines if you feel hungry or thirsty while waiting.Take my word. I'll surely come back

Alfredo has worked in my BMW for over three or four years now. He was with me before he merged with Kelly s and now two years after. He is exceptional all around, with consistently good pricing, and I ve never had to come back because of any redo s or anything. Most times they finish the same day. Exceptional and a staple in the area.

Alfredo was amazing, helping us through the process of our vehicle being hit and ran. Works amazing with the insurance company. Timely and very informative. While I am very grateful for the half off full synthetic oil change I bought from Groupon to use here the service was subpar. Which was baffling because of all the good reviews I read before coming here. I scheduled an appointment for 9am and was there waiting over two hours. When I asked what was taking so long I was told they had to order my filter but no one updated me about this until I asked. The Groupon also came with a tire rotation. And usually when I get an oil change they automatically check the air in my tires and fill them if needed. Neither of these things were done in the two hours I had been there. Nor could I wait any longer or I would ve been late for work. I was extremely upset after driving away and still having the tire pressure alert on my dashboard. The saying you get what you pay for is very true in this situation. Safe to say I will most likely not be using this Groupon for an oil change at this location again. Which sucks because it s a great deal!

This has got to be the worst unorganized mechanic shop I have ever seen. Brought my car in for a simple oil change and a week later my motor is now locked up. Upon Taking it to another mechanic for further examination they determined that genesis auto and collision do NOT use clean fresh oil and also REUSED my old oil filter. If I could put NO stars I would.

Before and After photos show what great work was done. I was very happy I found Alfredo. He fixed a bad dent and scratches on my sedan. He was a very professional and honest mechanic, who gave me a fair price when most mechanics in the Montgomery County and PG county area were quoting ridiculously high prices. I don t normally write reviews, but when given exceptional customer service in an industry where a solid profesional can be hard to find you give appreciation. Alfredo and his team are kind and considerate. I brought my vehicle in for a engine diagnostic and a restricted RPM output. I thought I would need a new engine but the Genesis team used their expertise to find that I just had some loose plugs that needed to be tightened up. The thing I love most was the open lines of communication. Alfredo will call you every step of the way to communicate what s going on and to confirm if you want to move forward. A true profesional, come leave you vehicle in a professional hands

My car was in a front end collision and it looked so bad I didn't even want to be seen driving it. Genesis swooped in and did their thing. They made it look brand new. I work from home so I don't have to drive but they got me wanting to just drive around town. Awesome service from Alfredo. Thanks Genesis!!

Someone tried to shift lanes into my car and needed to find a place that would give me a fair price. After going to a few different places I found this place and Alfredo noticed things that also needed to be fixed... but for a lower price than anywhere else. Great and friendly people and excellent service. My car had been rear ended by a garbage truck. Have several repairs done by him. never auto body. But I can say my car was in terrible shape. The owner is solid and knows how to work on a car with the most respect for his customers. I ve gotten multiple jobs done with Genesis and every time I get personal calls and the owner Alfredo lets me know wear items that need attention and explains how the deterioration happened and goes into detail. I respect this place and am so happy I finally found an honest mechanic that goes above and beyond to help and do the job right the first time. Couldn t imagine going anywhere else. Only shop to have the machine for my cars AC Freon, I called them and Alfredo quoted me an amazing price. I went in next morning, they performed the recharge and my AC was Ice Cold! Great place to maintain and service your vehicle. Alfredo is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous to your needs and your valuable time for any type of vehicle service requirements. From routine maintenance and major mechanical issues, you'll have the peace of mind, knowing that your vehicle is in good hands. And for those reasons I will only service all of my vehicles at Genesis Auto.

Alfredo is very knowledgeable given his experience working for one of the largest dealerships in the DMV area. I had my front brakes and rotors replaced on my 2016 Toyota Camry. Good as new. Alfredo and his crew is freaking awesome my AC didn't work turns out my compressor was bad Not only was a bad there were some other power issues can you explain the whole process to me and let me know the solution.
