I highly recommend this great Auto Service Shop. I purchased my Mercedes 350e in the pandemic and I searched for a mechanic here locally in Bladensburg. From the time I just got an oil change to now getting some maintenance on my coolant system AmeriBenz has been reliable, honest, and has taken excellent care of my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a one on one relationship with your mechanic. The mechanic calls me to discuss my options and the different aspects I can take to make my car better. Regular maintenance needs are discussed and this establishment is minority owned.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Oil change

Scammers. They lied and said they replaced my cabin dust filter. They took my money but didn t replace it at all. You have to check behind them to make sure they complete the work they claim they are doing. They also pretend your car needs more work or claim things need to be repaired that don t actually need repairs to get more money.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

DO NOT TAKE YOUR MERCEDES TO THIS SHOP THEY ARE CROOKED! They quoted my insurance company to replace the damaged quarter panel and got paid for the work but they did NOT replace it, they patched it! They also replaced my rear windshield, got paid for it but used an AFTER MARKET product! They didn't ensure all of the signals from the antennae work. Now the radio is fuzzy, the keys don't send signals to push start the ignition, the touch locks don't work and the key must be within 6 inches to lock and unlock the doors. And to insult my intelligence, their response is that "you just have to drive it for a while." Took it to a REAL Mercedes shop and they confirmed that they used an aftermarket glass, the antennae were wrong which is causing all of these issues. Meanwhile, Ameribenz has been paid by my insurance company. I have been going to Ameri Benz for 8 years. They have great service. I have been completely satisfied with the hands on service and advice from Metallic and his team. I can go to them for any issue I have, they respond and assist me immediately and efficiently. They are the one service center I completely trust. They have always treated me like family. I started with a car I already owned and purchased an SUV at a great price from Ameri Benz. Their prices are very affordable and reasonable. I definitely recommend them to others.

I wanted to share my fabulous experience at Ameri Benz Auto Services. I am ALWAYS pleased when I go to service my car because of the satisfying customer service and care I receive from them. All their staff are knowledgeable, patient, caring and very professional. On top of everything no one can beat their price! Their price is AMAZING for the excellent quality service they provide and their customer service is the best I ve ever experienced! Perfect location to have a bite or get somethings done while waiting for your services. Busboys and Poets, nail spa and a couple of coffee shops are available that are just walking distance from Ameri Benz Auto Service. The location makes my wait productive all the time! They also have free WiFi, drinks and snacks in their lounge.I would highly recommend Ameri Benz Auto Services. Thank you so much, you are true Professional!

I have been having my SUV serviced at Ameri Benz for over four years. Metalgne and his team are honest and knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles. Their waiting room and bathroom is clean. When I leave, I can say that I am a satisfied customer.Update: We relocated 400 miles away but purchased another Mercedes from a private owner in the DMV. Since it had not been driven in over 2 years, we had it serviced before leaving town. Because of the great service we had received over the years, we went back to Metalgne and his team at Ameri Benz. They did not disappoint. Fast forward two months later, we took the vehicle to the Mercedes service center in our town to take care of a recall. Our car passed their inspection with flying colors. We could not have been more pleased with the quality service we once again received.

GREAT SERVICE IN A FRIENDLY, FAMILY-ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT!!!! I cannot rave enough about the services I've received from this company over the past 3 years. Since my very first encounter, Ameri Benz and its staff have met my vehicle service needs over and over again. From the friendly inviting feel you get upon approaching the location by everyone on site, to the detailed description of your vehicle s issues without the nickel and dime feel, Ameri Benz has consistently hit the mark.I've been loyal to Ameri Benz because throughout every car service encounter because they continuously take their delivery of professional, customer-focused service new heights. During a recent visit, I had work done on my engine that took about 5-6 hours to complete. The Owner Metaila went above and beyond to ensure that I was not only comfortable while I waited, but he himself offered to provide me lunch since time taken to complete the job had spilled into the lunch hour. I immediately thought to myself WOW, now that s service! His gesture was 5-star to me because I'd never had an auto mechanic shop pay such close attention to my needs.If you have a foreign car and are ever in need of an affordable, friendly, professional, and timely auto repair service center, make Ameri Benz your next and ONLY stop! Wow! Wow and MORE WOW! I LOVE this company. I have been getting services done at this location for the last few years. They are AMAZING they take care of your vehicle and are honest each step of the process. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. They take pride in their work! The waiting room is convenient and they have free wifi for their customers. I even remember in the Summer time they had frozen drinks for their customers. I trust my car with them and their prices are fair. If your thinking about taking your car here, you should! You will be happy you did!

I must say that Ameri Benz auto services is top notch. I always have trust issues with the Mercedes dealership and was luckily recommended by a friend of Ameri Benz and their quality of work. Always honest and feel much comfort with letting them work on my C class.

Ameri Benz is one of the best Mercedes shop I ever been to in this area. Technicians are knowledgeable honest with sound customer service. And the price is always been amazing!!! I have been using Ameri Benz over 7 years and I always refer the shop to friends ,associates & family members. Metalnge should be referred to as Mercedes-Benz Dr I highly recommend this place for anyone who's looking for the right place to repair you Mercedes-Benz.

I have been coming to Ameri Benz auto service over 15 years the past 15 years I ve been getting excellent customer service honest opinion exceptional service friendly family oriented very helpful This has been the cornerstone of this community!!! I have witnessed firsthand Ameri Benz Auto success appreciate every time I drop my car off I have been accommodated with a loaner car until repairs on my car is complete. They are trustworthy and respectful I will recommend this shop to anyone!!!

I have been an Ameri Benz customer for several years. I have an older model 500 CLK convertible Mercedes. Ameri Benz has been more than accommodating when I call them at the last minute with car issues. They always find time to squeeze me in without an appointment. They always provide a very detailed diagnostic of all issues with respect to my car and provide a step-by-step analysis of the costs of repairs including itemized listings of costs of parts and labor and suggestions. I even enjoy discounts from them for being a preferred customer. Their work is outstanding and I love the quality of service, honesty and integrity!! I have been to other Mercedes Benz repair dealers, but this one is the best in the area hands down.

I had a broken under carriage fender liner and Ameri Benz ordered the part and received the part in the time frame they stated. They applied the part in under 30 minutes which caused me to look like this . Not worrying but shocked. The waiting room was very tidy and comfortable. I felt safe and excited as it was the first visit for me. I plan to return with my other vehicle for more TLC maintenance and care by the staff and proprietors. I found this shop on Google and decided to go with them based on the amount of positive reviews and price. I had a B service performed on my GLK 250. Service was done in about 2 hours. There's a waiting room for customers. The staff was very kind. I would definitely go back to Ameri Benz. I called several times before booking and they were very responsive. However, a couple of promised returned phone calls weren't returned. That would be my only slight complaint.

Both my wife and I are the most satisfied customers of Ameri Benz Auto Services. I have taken my previous E320 and now upgraded S550 and my wife's GL450 to Ameri Benz since we have been introduced to Ameri Benz about 10 years ago. Metalegn, the chief Mechanic, is one of the best Mechanics in the area who is supported by wonderful technicians I have dealt with individually the last 10 years. They are all knowledgeable, courteous, shows you what the issues with your car is, what they will do to fix it, what your car needs so you won't incur more expenses in the future, etc. They have never failed me and consider them as family. Most of all, they do their job at the most reasonable price that is most affordable when you compare it against any other shops. The quality of service combine with their personable customer service is a win win for anyone looking to service their Benz. You can't go wrong with Ameri Benz.

I got service done on my vehicle. The staff was very professional the shop was very clean. The manager explained everything that was I needed done. Price was great. I am very pleased with the service. I highly recommend Amari Benz for any of your Car Needs. 5 stars well deserved.

These guys are the best! This is now my 3rd Mercedes (GLC43) and I only let AmeriBenz touch my truck for service. My previous Mercedes cars all had MB Maintenance Plans and I used to drive to MB Bethesda and Tyson s Corner to get them serviced. After my last experience with the dealer scratching my car and leaving me at Bethesda Train station for an hour because they couldn t get me a shuttle though one was promised, I had enough. I needed to find a closer place which I could trust with my Mercedes.Since I live in Brookland area, I was referred to AmeriBenz from a friend. Let me tell you, these guys know their stuff and perform the exact same service that the dealers do but, with reasonable costs. They are very professional, have a decent waiting room, service bay is top notch and the mechanics know their stuff. All parts are OEM Mercedes and no junk aftermarket stuff like some places. Owners are friendly and very accommodating. Bonus+++ .... they also have performed extra work/modifications on my truck that I have specifically asked for with no issues.If you don t care about the prestige of being at a MB dealership then I highly recommend AmeriBenz as an alternative solution.

I met the owner of Ameri Benz about 19 years ago and based on the level of service I ve received since then to the present and his honest work ethic (to include that of his staff) I ve watched his business go from back alley to a thriving business which now includes car sales. I tell people all the time that I continue to buy Mercedes because honest mechanics are way harder to find than cars! LOL

I had the best experience at Amari Benz . They are very honest and caring. They will do everything in their power not only to fix your car as fast as possible but also try to save you money. A real Benz doctor with very affordable Prices, you really get top quality and luxury at this location, Don t just take my word for it go visit ameri Benz i can still taste the luxury coffee from the waiting room.

They are trying to rip people off! I went to them for a diagnostics and told them my steering wheel felt tight. They ran diagnostics, made up a bunch of things that weren't event wrong with the car. I was told it would pass inspection. It didn't due to the power steering pump and they mentioned nothing of this when I went to get it checked. Now they are telling me the 3 mechanics I went to, as well as the mechanic at the MD Certified Inspection is wrong. How? Now they are trying to charge me more than Mercedes dealership to change the pump. Abraham told me it would pass inspection. He also said he changed my lights that weren't working but they didn't. Professional manipulators!

I have been servicing my 2005 CL-600 at Ameri-Benz for over 10years! I saved thousands of dollars from the dealership. If you want to save money and get quality service I highly recommend you take your car there!!
