This store, and Vanessa in particular, has the best, most friendly and helpful service staff of any auto parts store I have EVER been in.I highly recommend going out of your way to use this particular store for all of your auto parts needs.

This store offers a wide variety of automotive parts. The store prices need to be better and remove the mail-in Rebate. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Needed brakes and rotors for my vehicle I utilized there in store pick up options to receive the wrong rotors twice in a row this has happened to my previous vehicle as well every part I have ordered from there In store pick up has been wrong even after going off the cars internal logistics

Very disappointed, however the store staff wasnt bad. My issue is prior to coming to the store I shopped around for parts for my vehicle. After a number of searches..I decided to go with advance auto. The items was deemed to be in stock at this location, so I completed the purchase process. Once o arrived to the store to retrieve the products, the associate then tells me, they do not have the product. This is unacceptable to me giving the site clearly stated the product was available.

Went in not knowing what I was doing. Asked for help, received help quickly and got out of there. The staff member was very friendly and I like that he triple checked to make sure what he searched was correct. I paid and left.

super bad bad bad service.manager ha if you can called that manger he's name's Trey i used to go there alot but for now on forget it, I was in an emergency to use the bathroom to do #1 he didn't let me used so in my way home I Had an accident i did it in my pants because i've a retention problem.for now on whenever I need to use the bathroom I Will remember him.

Had a horrible experience. Where should I begin. When I had originally gone to this location to get my cars computer scanned, the associate didn't know where the to connect the scanner. After she ordered me back to the original store I had purchased my spark plugs from. After driving back and forth between the two, I finally ended up at this location to find out that they had locked the doors at 8:55pm when they closed at 9:00pm. An associate came to the door and I asked him the time they closed and he said 9:00pm, once I told him I had pulled up at 8:55pm he then claimed they closed at 8:30pm. Mind you the hours are posted in the door as 7:30am until 9:00pm Monday through Saturday.

The knowlegable staff and willingness to assist those of us who are clueless is a pleasure. The wiper blade service is really a great addition because I destroyed several blades before asking for assistance.

This is the first review ever. Today I called Advance AutoZone because my car died on the parking lot of the Methodist Church I was dropping my grandson to nursery school I spoke to Mr. Gary and I asked if I could buy a battery over the phone and he said he was going to send someone to give me a jumpstart sure enough 20 min later a nice gentleman came and gave me a jumpstart and I drove to the store to get my battery once inside Gary took care of me when out to see what what kind of battery I needed because I didn t know the size the model or anything else's then a Lady took the battery and proceeded to change the new battery she took care of it she did a great job! Gary came out and started the car it was working and on my way back to pick up my grandson I want to thank everyone in the store for being so nice and helpful to me thank you!! Gary and thanks all your employees ! 5 Stars !!

I went to the AAP at a different location and purchased brakes. When my mechanic tried to place them on my car one of the clips was too small. This location was able to take those brakes and provide me with a new set of brakes without hassle.

This is a ok store nice employees, but service could be a little better.greating ok, service is fast, but everyone seem tired let's be more energetic, the customer service would be a little better if you gave each customer that life of experience.

Good customer service, the sales/cashier help me and answer some questions I had about how to replace a fuse in my car. Reasonable prices - I totality recommend this place.

Supposed to help you with the correct parts for your auto, but pay attention some attendants don't know what they're doing, and your vehicle could be at the receiving end.

Very disappointed Ordered a part online and when I got to the Bladensburg location I was told that they didn't have the part. So why did I get a receipt verifying that my order went through and my card was charged?????

I went here cuz I was hoping to find tire repair kit. I did. I didn't have any issues at all. All went smoothly.
