Great garage, great service. Changed oil and brake pads. They won't sell you what you don't need. Honest and gives you full explanation of what you need and why. This is a true gem of a business, no need to go anywhere else.

I was on vacation when I noticed my check engine light came on the day I have to drive 3hrs back home. Came to these guys and they helped me out immediately! They were so quick and very professional. I was here less than a hour and back on the road! I highly recommend these guys!

Three years ago I was having trouble finding an auto body shop to service my Mini Cooper. Ever since then I have been consistently taking it to East Coast Auto. They are all very professional, and helped out even when I had the smallest request. The only reason I am not using this business anymore is because I am moving. Definitely recommend, thank you East Coast Auto!!!

They helped me get my truck towed from being stuck in the mud. I was right down the street from their shop. They pulled me out in a few minutes and I was back to work!

I m on vacation had a little incident with my car and needed it looked at and fixed before heading back home the next day. I called and they squeezed me in and fixed my issue and did not charge me a penny! Thank you so much for everything, you are wonderful decent individuals and I will never forget what you did for me. I m actually really considering bringing my car back and letting them replace my brakes and tires even though I live 4 hours away, it would be well worth the trip! Definitely use this establishment for all your car issues.

I have always taken my vehicle to East Coast Auto and each visit, they take the time to explain thoroughly what is needed, provide a realistic timeframe, and deliver on time at a reasonable price. I came into Ocean City to do some work on a rental. Coming in the night before, my car started making noise, vibrating, and engine lights were blinking on the dash. I brought it into East Coast Auto Repair the next day. They said they were busy but would try to fit me in. Within a hour, the problem was diagnosed, and within another hour, they were able to fix it and I was on my way. They were friendly and there was a nice, clean place to sit and wait. I would definitely use this garage again! (though hopefully won't need to)

Big shout out to Mike and the guys at East Coast Auto for not only taking care of me but working with me from all the way in Norfolk by keeping the lines of communication open. They really reassured that they were the best to take of my car. Originally had my car taken to a different auto shop where they told me I had a three thousand dollar issue when in fact that wasn t the case at all. East Coast definitely gives me a different perspective on the typical stereotype that all auto shops try to gouge you. Definitely recommend to everyone! Thanks again guys!

Experienced brake issues with our vehicle while vacationing. East Coast towed our vehicle after their normal working hours and prioritized our repairs. Very reasonable pricing and wonderful customer service. Highly recommended.

Josh and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable, yet personal, friendly and trustworthy. They always do a great job on my vehicles and despite auto repairs being expensive, they do their best to keep the repair cost as low as possible, especially compared to all the other repair shops in the area. I always take my cars to them.

Needed new tires for my car. The shop came highly recommended by one of my closest friends. When I called, Grant was extremely polite & patient with me while I looked for the information on my current tires that he needed. Scheduled my appointment for the following week. When I got there, they were very busy but got to my car right away because I had to wait in the shop. About an hour later, I had my new tires & an oil change. They were great. I won't go anywhere else from this point forward.

The mechanics and shop are amazing! Highly recommend them!!! We are from Massachusetts and were stranded at Castaways RV Resort and Campground in Berlin, MD because our brake line blew out. They replaced all of the rusty and rotted out lines as well as 3 calipers and did the job pretty quickly so that we could get back on the road again to get home. Additionally, they charged us a very fair price considering we had an estimate from another shop for significantly more money because we were from out of state. Thank you East Coast...you did a great job and we got home safely...the copper lines are shining under there :) and it was great working with you all. Thanks again from Massachusetts

We live 150 miles away but had a problem with our car once at Ocean City. East Coast Auto Repair was super friendly, reasonably priced, and able to diagnose and replace the alternator the same day even though they were already swamped. Very much appreciated.

Wow It's so refreshing to see a repair shop that charges you less then the estimate I can't tell you how many times I've had repairs done and it's more then the estimate, East Coast Auto Repair is very reasonably priced and not trying to rip you off for every penny they can.Josh is incredibly friendly. Thank you, Josh! I will never take my car anywhere else again!

Car problem...Go here! Josh hooked me up!These guys are great, I went in with my Suburban, it died several times driving from Philly to OC MD.Couldn't find the problem so Josh asked me if I at least wanted the Fuel Filter changed, I said "Yes", we picked the Suburban up the next day and was shocked when he gave us the bill. $29.00 IIRC. I almost felt bad paying only $29.00.We got a few East Coast business cards and put them on the fridge at my Brothers Condo that he rents out.BTW Its 3 months later and the car hasn't died yet...vapor lock due to heat? Maybe

I had a problem with my oil level sensor for my 2005 Mercedes benz c320 model and took it to them within the day they diagnosed my problem and informed me of the best solutions, when I choose to get it repaired once the part got in they had me out within that day. And the work they preformed works well and is professional.

I can't explain how grateful and happy for this place...they are incredible! This is the second time that they went out of the way to take care of my car, and me! The first time, something small...but today, something big. Even over the July 4th holiday, they knew I needed help and fixed it same day. They were recommend to me, and I recommend them to all!

Look no further for any auto repairs.In a word, integrity. 24/7 towing. Call the main number and you will be called back.No repairs ever get started without your approval. And they give an estimate within 5 cents. Friendly, professional staff.We will never go anywhere else.

Leaving for vacation and discovered headlight out. Called East Coast before they opened and they came to shop early and replaced the burned out bulb. The integrity of the staff at East Coast is beyond reproach. They have gone above and beyond expectations many times in the past and did not fail to impress. We were out and on our way in under 10 minutes. Thanks for all your help now and in the past.

They towed my stranded truck to their shop first thing in the morning and had it fixed by mid day for a very good price (alternator died) .. highly recommended - its refreshing to find mechanics you can trust!
