We all arrived with our I Love Fossil Fuels t-shirts which was all done as tongue in cheek and to get everyone to LOL as they did. We came on Saturday to come see Cybertruck and I am so stoked that Mo was able to find my RN, this truly made my year. Thank you Mo! On top of that Steve at the store was super cool, friendly and helpful. He helped me and I m thankful. Can t wait for Cybertruck.This location has such good energy and people. Highly recommend them.

On the lower level of the Mall deep inside is a nicely done Tesla sales boutique. Outside are the Tesla EV chargers. There is an Electrify America charging station elsewhere in the parking garage of the Mall.

We had an amazing experience with this store! We made a reservation to test drive and the person who helped us was so kind and friendly. We talked to someone else when we came back from our drive because the person who first helped us was with another customer. This person was also very helpful and enthusiastic. They let us keep the vehicle overnight. The next day we worked with a third person to place the order for our vehicle and they were knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. They informed us about the DC EV sales tax situation, and made themself available to us should we need anything after we ordered. Overall, great experience. I wish we could have taken possession from them!

I love this place. I wish Tesla had sent my vehicle here instead of making me go down to Virginia (a State that's close by, but not mine) but I can't change what's already done. This location is great for taking care of anything that is needed from a Sales and Service perspective. They even have a cybertruck in the display room. They're really good about taking care of people at this location, in my humble experience.

In my quest for a Tesla before the close of 2023, I encountered a series of unexpected hurdles. Initially scheduled for a test drive at a showroom, I arrived on December 28 only to discover a booking mishap that dashed my hopes of test-driving the Tesla. The dealership indicated that any chance of experiencing the car firsthand was solely tied to purchasing a vehicle available on their website.Determined to explore alternatives, I ventured to the Montgomery Mall Bethesda dealership, where my fortune took a turn for the better. Welcomed by a team of accommodating staff, I had the pleasure of meeting Jenn, an agent whose warmth and professionalism were truly remarkable. Despite lacking an appointment, Jenn swiftly arranged a test drive for us and facilitated the online booking of a vehicle, all within a high-pressure sales environment where cars were being snapped up almost instantly.Jenn's attentiveness to my specific preferences and needs, considering my age, was highly commendable. During the test drive, it became evident that I had inadvertently ordered a 5-seat version instead of the desired 7-seat model, which was, unfortunately, out of stock. Despite this setback, Jenn's unwavering dedication shone through as she tirelessly explored every avenue to secure the coveted 7-seat model for us within a remarkably short timeframe of 24 hours.Even though the 7-seat vehicle had to be sourced from a different location, Jenn's support and guidance throughout the remote purchasing process were invaluable. Her commitment didn't falter until we finally arrived at the dealership to collect the car. The culmination of this journey on the 31st, picking up the car, marked my most satisfying car-buying experience to date, largely due to Jenn's exceptional contributions.

What a perfect experience! I called this location to learn more about Tesla on Dec 30. Jon answered the phone and was incredibly patient with my many questions. He explained that there were many financial incentives if I was interested in purchasing a car by the end of the day since it was the last day of the year and there were several rebates that would be expiring.Jon worked with me throughout the day to find me a car. He was honest and very up-front throughout the entire process. Jon was persuasive but not pushy. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the purchasing process and when he didn t know the answers, he would find out and call me right back.Even after several hurdles, Jon stayed in constant contact with me throughout the afternoon and into the late evening as we had to travel to New Jersey to take ownership of our new Tesla.I would HIGHLY recommend this location and Jon to anyone considering a Tesla.

Just completed purchase of a brand new Y. The process using the app presented us with couple glitches, but thanks to intervention of representative from Bethesda office Paul M we were able completed successfully. Paul was professional, personable, courteous, and extraordinarily helpful well above and beyond the call of duty, offering us as much time as was needed. And so now we have a brand new Y, thanks to Paul!

The worst customer service ever!! me, my husband and our friend went to look at the Tesla Cyber Truck on display last night. We drove an hour and half to go see the Truck. Our friend and his wife are investors of Tesla and they own Tesla Cars too. This sales representative of this showroom was working in the store on 11/29/2023 around (7pm-9pm) , was very behaving very rude to us, barely answered our questions, Intentionally ignoring our questions. We would like to request Tesla to consider removing and replacing this type of representatives from their customer service and Make sure the employees know how to behave with the future customers. He was wearing black and red Tesla jacket. Hope the manager see my message and teach him some lessons.

K.J. did an excellent job accompanying me on my first ever Telsa test drive. He has impeccable customer service skills. He is very knowledgeable about the different models, the settings, and capabilities. I had a great time taking the model S for a spin. I couldn't have done it without him as my co-pilot and teacher!

I have had 5 teslas in the past 7 years (for multiple drivers in our family) and Jon at Montgomery Mall made this particular experience seamless! He really went out of his way to make sure that he followed my delivery, which was slightly complicated, and made sure all the particulars were followed through - truly his service was spectacular and above and beyond!

The staff at the Montgomery Mall location is way better than the Rockville Pike location. Jenn Swieczkowski was always helpful, and put me in the Tesla Model Y with the same exact specs I needed, within 24 hours of speaking to her. Nobody has been this helpful at the Rockville Pike location, and I m glad I spoke to her at the Montgomery Mall location. Jenn was also helpful after purchasing the car, to answer all questions I had.

If I could put no stars I would! Horrible service!! First of all we arrive and the 2 girls didn t even get up or got off their phones. We own a tesla already and we were interested in looking at the new truck tesla. We asked if we could look at it inside they said no, we asked if we could peek through the window and she replied while she wasn t even looking at us that no, then while she was rolling her eyes at us she said we can t peek or touch the vehicle.Rudest attitude I have ever experienced! They should be fired!

The customer service at your Rockville location is horrible, it s really impossible to get in touch with a human, but on the other hand the customer service at the Montgomery Mall was excelled specially Jenn Swieczkowski . She went above and beyond to help me. I am referring all of my customers to her going forward.She helped and assisted me throughout my buying process, even after the fact that I had ordered the car at a different location.Rockville location just brushes people off and are not willing to help.

We had an exceptional experience with KJ at the Tesla showroom. During a casual visit to the mall, we spoke with KJ and ended up placing an order for a Model Y, even without a test drive. KJ s extensive knowledge of all models, patient explanations, and extra effort, including coming in on his day off for a second test drive, played a crucial role in our decision to keep the order. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our Tesla purchase possible. Kudos to KJ for his outstanding customer service he deserves recognition for his exceptional efforts. Wishing him continued success in his career.

The Tesla team at the Bethesda location went above and beyond to help me purchase my first EV. I had a very short timeframe to make the purchase before leaving town. I can't thank Sebastian and Jon enough for their efforts. A real "Chick Fil A experience" in car buying LOL. Thanks again!!

Photosensitive folks be aware - the Cybertruck is surrounded by strobe lights. I didn't get to look at it, sadly. There's a very nice looking Y on display in there as well.

The customer service from the buying aspect is tip notch. They entertained all my questions to include does a white water kayak fit inside a model 3. The answer as you can see is a yes.

Did a Model S ride-along with Chris & wow! Chris was super knowledgeable and informative about the car despite it being only his second day.The showroom is clean and houses a friendly atmosphere alongside a laid-back staff.The only downside of my visit was the misleading information regarding the minimum age to test drive at Tesla - the website states 18 however Tesla in Maryland requires you to be 21. Upon combing through the website for a few minutes, it did not state this anywhere I could look. However, this is not the showroom s fault.With how the staff handled the miscommunication & the overall positive attitudes, it is still a solid five stars from me.

they sorta chill but when I pop the trunk to see how much space in the back the guy said "hey buddy can we not do that" and made me put it down and the same guy also said I can't have empty disposable plastic water bottle in car and he wouldn't throw it out for me

We had such a wonderful experience here with Sharif leading the way from start to finish. We walked in casually one day but ended up placing an order for a Model Y in a couple of hours with Sharif taking us for a test drive and answering all the questions - all without an appointment. He stood with us every step of the way and even came to Rockville on our request, on our delivery day, on his day off! Other staff in this place are nice too. Try this showroom just to see how kind people are. Sharif - Thank you bro, we absolutely love our Tesla!

Always a good time to see Elons newest offerings at Tesla. Very friendly staff that encourage you to get in their cars and try to get you to go on a test drive! The store is always crowded and extremely clean. They have vehicle color selection samples and have the model S, model 3 and model X on the showroom.
