Great service. They were able to patch the EV foam tire to which Tesla quoted $115 and NTB etc didn t want to touch.

02-10-2020I came here for repair my tire and they made it very well. They took less than 20 min repairing it and all was good. Lady at the front she s very professional and she understands for any concern, also, workers are very polite and respectful. They clean my trunk and place the temporal tire on his place. Price was $15 and fast service!!! Will come again in the future 02-24-2021This place still have an amazing customer service. Very quick service and what I most love is the price $15 to repair the tire. I repair my tire a year ago on this place and my tire still working perfectly. I recently came for a repair on a different tire, and was surprised they still have tha same price and the great amazing service. I recommend this place to everyone.

Julia,Thanks again. You all were great, personable and fast. I had already stopped by 2 of your competitors who were too busy to repair a tire. Your shop was a lot busier than theirs and didn't have Auto Repair people standing around or chatting in the office. You had me in & out in 30 minutes. Continue to treat all your customers as equals.Again,Thank you.

Julia and the folks at quick tires were great to work with. My tire still has a lot of tread left but had a nail in the tire that they were able to patch. Was concerned about going to one of the bigger brands and having them telling me they could not patch it and that I had to buy a new tire! Arrived shortly after they opened at 9 am and was out in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely recommend quick tires.

A little slice of heaven. Right though? Who says that about repair facilities. I do and about this one in particular. Quick tires is so clutch. I haven't seen a problem that they cannot tackle. They are amazing when it comes to timing. There is plenty of space to wait while they work. They offer snacks and refreshments but they are also so happy to help and genuinely hospitable. Great job guys. Thank you!

5 stars!!! But I m prioritizing price and customer service. There are no bells and whistles. You will get what you re paying for and no more and no less. This is exactly what I look for when it comes to my automotive needs.

Right down the street from my workplace, very conveniently located. Look for Marie. Very responsive and knowledgable staff. They will work with you for the price point and brand you need. I was in and out in an hour. Will definitely be coming back for my tire/wheel needs.

Gave it a shot because of good reviews but had a bad first experience. I was told a price of 10$ per tire for installation and a wait time of 40 min. 2 hours later and they re still not done. I call and they informed me the my rear brakes do not work? If they worked perfectly fine before I got there why wouldn t they work after? And how come they are touching my brakes when all I asked was for a simple tire installation. Once I get there instead of the 40$ I was expecting to pay they wanted to charge me 100$. Thankfully they fixed that. But once I got my car back I asked for my old tires back because they still have a lot of life left. Man brings me bald tires that aren t mine. Just when I thought this experience couldn t get worst, as I drive off the front of the car is making grinding noises. I stepped out and see that my dust shield was hitting against my rotor. Wasn t the best experience for me.

Great experience! I bought some aftermarket wheels for my car and I called them to get an estimate on putting the tires on the wheels, balancing them, mounting them on the car and taking my original TPMS sensors on my old wheels and putting them on my new wheels and the lady was very professional and transparent about the pricing and the process they would undergo. Upon completion I was very satisfied with the outcome. Not only did they do a great job putting on the wheels without damaging my rims but they did it fairly quickly as well. Will definitely be returning for any tire needs.

In my time of need almost 50 miles from home the big names couldn't event fit me in to fix or replace a tire. One company said I need to buy 2 tires even though only 1 had a naiil in one tire. Then I called Quick Tire and they saved the day!! Tsaw me right way, then repaired my tire!! They were awesome!! So professional, fast and very quick! Thank you so much for getting back on the road safely

Great Price.Half the price of what I paid at Costco. Indeed Costco gave me a brand new tire but the size was wrong. Quick tires gave me a great customer service., I asked the tires to be shown first and provided me a price before installing them. They were straight to the point and completed the job in 45 minutes.Josue.

I was quoted a price that changed once it was time for me to pay. I asked to lady at the desk why did the price go up. She responded with " Your tires are heavy." Which should have been mentioned during the quote. They also made it seem like I was causing a problem due to there misquote. They eventually charge me the price they originally quoted me.Also, I felt very left out of the conversation about the service that was needed for my car. There is no problem speaking your native language. But you must be able to communicate what is needed to the customer so they understand. I felt like everyone was talking around me about me car.The level of costumer service was sub pare, and everyone had an attitude with me because of their misquote. Disappointing experience!

Fast, accommodating, fair, and friendly. Had four tires that I already had mounted and balanced while I waited. Called at noon, got there at 1:15 and was out by 2. I didn't need alignment but noticed that they had a top-of-the-line laser alignment machine. Highly recommended.

Getting tires on the car has never been easier. I was very impressed. Good selection of new tires, they even had a matching pair of used tires that had a ton of tread. The price quoted on the phone is exactly what I payed when the work was done. They didn't try bait and switch like other independent shops I had been to, nor did they try to "upsale" like corporate stores. And they were incredibly friendly on top of everything else. You might have trouble finding the place if not paying attention. The sign up front is kind of small. They are behind the cleaners, you have to pull into the same parking lot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to figure out why my back tire was shaking. I was told that my tire rim was bent and needed to be replaced. When I went to replace my tire rim, that mechanic discovered that Quick Tires had screwed the bolts on my tires too tight and 2 lug nuts actually broke off. This means my tire was shaking even more than when I brought it into them.To get Quick Tires to take responsibility for their poor workmanship and fix my tire, was like pulling teeth. They initially said they would fix it and when we showed up the owner started claiming that my brakes looked new and someone else spoiled the tire. He demanded that I come back yet another day with a receipt for my brakes before he would fix the damage to my tire. I eventually returned with the receipt and it took them hours to fix what should have taken minutes. If you want HORRIBLE customer service and service that will actually damage your car, pls go here.Oh and by the way, we found out the rim wasn t even bent. The tire just needed more weight!! So not only did they spoil my car, they got the diagnostic wrong. RUN AWAY!!

This place is awesome! We are from out of town and had no clue where to go, we went in to quick tires yesterday to get a tire fixed. They had it done within 30 minutes, and were so incredibly nice. They even pulled the car up for my daughter who is injured. 5 stars, highly recommend

Prices were far too much for the 2 loose tires and wheels I brought them. They didn't even need to take anything off a vehicle. Just mount and balance 2 tires. The wheels I brought them were brand new (fresh out the box) and they scratched them to hell. I don't mean superficial blemished, they went through the powder coat on the wheels. Only reason I'm even giving them 2 stars is because they were able to start work quickly, but at their cappy prices and work quality I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was a walking customer with a nail in their tire. I was out of there in 30 minutes and they charge me $10. It s extremely reasonable and not very busy because of the construction around it. You can get your car same day service without a wait around the time frame I m writing this.

The guy who put the defective tire on my car was super friendly and quick. However, when the tire blew out a week later, I was told that they would not honor their 30-day warranty. They wouldn't even give me so much as a discount on a new tire. This business does not honor its word. It's not worth the chance.

Found this place today when my tire busted from hitting a pothole in DC and needed a fix. Gave them a call and asked if they had my tire. They did so I had my car towed to there after work. It was great that they allowed walk-ins, or else if I had tried and gone to Merchant's the earliest would have been next week. Service was very quick. Overall, a friendly environment despite it being in an alley looking place. Tire balancing and rotation cost $40.

They are going very pricey, every time I come price go up 5$, they charged me 20$ for a plug on a flat tire and they wanted 40$ for a patch almost a price for a new tire. I called rockville tire repair and they said its only 25$ for a patch on my 17" tire they don't offer plugs. After more than 10 years as a customer I think its time to change were I fix my tires.

Tire was slightly over priced for a used.. the manager would not budge a penny.. also their wheel balance caused my car to bounce, this indicates poor balance job. I took the car to be re balanced some place else the next day and magically NO bounce. The workers in the back are VERY nice. Overall not a bad place. I will return.

I've been here twice and each time they were quick and honest! They offered me a wide range of options for tires of different quality, and do not offer any pressure to choose the more expensive models. The staff is thorough and courteous, and they even filled my spare! I have recommended this place to family and friends in the area.

Dishonest, and often times super slow.**update** 1/7/19**I dropped off a vehicle to get valve cover gaskets and two belts replaced. Was told it would be two days. It took them **6** days. I drove the car home and noticed the car was throwing check engine lights and the engine sounded louder than normal. When I got home, I put on the OBDII reader and found a lot of vacuum leak errors. I opened the hood to see what was up and that's when I got a surprise. The mechanic forgot to put back all the engine covers and some other parts that I'm not sure what's missing yet. The owner's daughter Camilla (general manager) let me drop off the car and avoided calling me for a whole day until I called them to ask what was up. She wanted me to talk to the mechanic who doesn't really speak English (only Portuguese), who claimed 'it was already missing". BTW, these mechanics are definitely not ASE certified although they put up ASE certificatesNow I have to bring the vehicle to Lexus to figure out what parts are missing (hoses are hanging with nothing attached to them). The minuses of this places are heavily outweighing the pluses, so I have to redo my review and thumbs down on this place which I'd hate to do. I really wanted to find an affordable local place but I no longer have trust in that they'll do the right job which is paramount in a mechanic. I gave them multiple times to right the wrong and to take responsibility for their mechanics. They ignored calls until I physically drove over there to confront them. Conveniently they started to ask "who's calling", when they previously did not ask. And somehow Camilla was "out" when I was parked in their driveway and could see her talking to a mechanic. That was the final straw. Will be cancelling my charge and taking them to court.***old review from 2017/2018***Finally found an affordable place for wheel mounting, tire repair, balancing, alignment and light auto repair (brakes/engine mounts, steering pump, alternator). In Texas, we had this great hispanic owned shop that we missed a lot, but this Portuguese owned place is really growing on me (workers all speak Spanish though).I've dropped off a few vehicles here in the past few months for simple things and they get done (but always late). They are a no frills shop. Mistakes do get made, but they will eventually get fixed if you press them on it (minor annoyance). The prices are decent, though I'm sure if you shop around, you can find cheaper, but it's close to my office so I'm not shopping it. You can bring your own tires even, or use their collection of used (or new-via wholesaler who drops it off with them during the day). You can wait (LONG wait sometimes) if it's simple like a patch or plug, or if it's more involved like alignment/engine work, then drop it off (they did my truck alignment and even though they couldn't align it correctly, they still charged me. Annoyed, but at least the steering wheel was straightened even if the alignment still pulled a touch). They were flexible enough to hold onto one of my vehicles for 5 days while I was out of town on business. Customers who come here expecting Mercedes Benz level of service will be disappointed. No car wash, coffee machine, etc... You get what you pay for here and it's a low cost, but seemingly decent service.I did have to bring a vehicle back **twice** as the plug failed, but they patched it with no extra cost, though one of their techs didn't fess up to a bad plug at first and tried to blame the valve stem (cost me extra). Seems all companies do some run around stories...but it was ultimately fixed.

I spent $500 at this place, on brand-new tires. That's including a tire alignment. After one week all four tires started to wear on the outside, I went back to discuss the issue and was immediately started getting the runaround. I took the car to Goodyear and was told that the alignment was either done wrong or not at all I would not take your car to this place.

Got a price over the phone to replace 4 tires that I already had, was what I paid. Did the same thing with Merchants up the road for some other tires last week and was blatantly ripped off. Some of the staff here has limited English but some no issues, just FYI, but everyone seemed nice and friendly and the shop was clean and organized.Another person noted an "alley look". Unfortunately another business went out of business years ago and there are a few abandoned cars in the shared parking lot....

Super fast service. They were busy but I was still able to leave the place earlier than expected. Reasonable prices, wide range of brands. Very polite people too. May be they just need to be a little bit more organized (someone to welcome/guide new customers)... then the service will be "Outstanding". I would still recommend!
