The best auto body shop to take your car for repairs. Customer service is great and they did a great job repairing my vehicle. Also, I felt the cost to the repairs was fair. Other shops were charging a lot more. The repairs were done even before it was promised and I appreciate that they even cleaned my car outside and inside. Great experience with this place. I defiantly recommend it!

Hands down! One of the Best Body Shops in town! At first, and after I read some negative reviews about waiting times and communication, I was skeptical. Yes, it might've taken 2-3 weeks to get the parts and I understand how busy this shop is but the repair was professionally and quickly done ! When I went to pick up my car, I was blown away with the amount of work and details. Paint job was perfect, parts were put together and everything was flushed in as if the car was just picked up at the dealership. For those who complain about time and the guys being unprofessional or sexism, or whatever, they are here to work and not to please you or be your friend. You drop your car off, you pick it up when ready and you go about your day buddy ! So stop whining and go find something else to do while your car is being repaired :)

The team at Quattro Autobody restored my Jeep to brand-new condition and returned it to me cleaner (inside and out) than it has been in years! I definitely recommend this shop!

Super smooth side mirror replacement on older car. Ordered the part and it arrived the following week. Scheduled a day to drop off the car, and the work was done in just a few hours. Thanks to Kevin who was very knowledgeable and always easy to contact for questions.

Highly recommend Quattro if you need repairs for your car - they were easy to work with, communicative and quick. I was able to bring my car in a week after getting an estimate and it took 4 days to repair. Repairs were perfect and they did an amazing job.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I encountered nothing but sexism here and left with a car that isn t even repaired fully. My bumper is not attached properly and they didn t notice my car s severe misalignment. The office staff even accused me of trying to get them repair stone chips ignoring the fact that it was clearly damage caused from another car scuffing mine and that I gave them an itemized breakdown of the repairs to be done. Somehow, doing less than what I was promised still took them 2 weeks too!

Fast repair, looks good. Staff is communicative and helpful. Super convenient to my home. I have used them several times over the last 10 years and they have been consistently excellent even when I had a complicated sunroof repair (they ended up outsourcing it, but helped immensely with that process as well).Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

If you live in the area and your car get's banged up like mine did, the only place to go is Quattro. I've lived in Bethesda since 1999 and I've been taking my car bodywork needs to them since, maybe even before. Brian T was my car consultant and he was awesome. This shop does not communicate clearly or frequently regarding vehicle repairs. I took my vehicle in for an estimate and indicated I would like to start the repair process immediately. I was told parts were being order and I would get a call back when the vehicle could be taken in. A week passes and I hear nothing. I call and was told the part just came in today, I ask to drop the vehicle off tomorrow. I m told I can t drop the vehicle off until the following week and even then there could be additional delays. This shop is not worthy of your money, time, and patience.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

I highly recommend Quattro Auto Body to anyone who needs to get their car repaired! My three-week-old 2019 Subaru was unfortunately rear ended, and I decided to take my car here to get it fixed. Bryce and Kevin were extremely helpful and transparent through the whole process. Everything went seamlessly using the insurance (Allstate) of the person who hit me to pay for the repairs. I used Allstate s Quick Photo Claim, and Bryce ordered the bumper for my car right away based on that initial estimate which helped speed things along. And most importantly the team there made my car look good as new again!

I took my car in to get fixed and the team went above and beyond from the beginning. Informative about the timeline, kept my records for months until I was able to bring my car in, and the repair job is incredible. Very friendly. Took my car in immediately with no wait time. Did all of the repairs I asked for. Car was returned thoroughly cleaned and I had no issues with the repairs. No attempts at all to change the original estimate. Very good quality work, easy location, professional front office, and no hassles at all.

Not sure where all these good reviews came from but my experience was awful with them. If you really want to trust your car to these unprofessional people, good luck! Be aware you will regret and all they are going to do is ignore you. There are many excellent body shops around who cares and follow up with you if you are not pleased with the service. Avoid this body shop by all cost! Just look at their reviews 22 only. There is a reason why.They might also follow up on this review and typing some nonsense. So do not try to explain what you have done said it all.

Great experience! Garo was beyond professional, accommodating and just plain nice. He took care of my car promptly and kept me updated along the way. I couldn't be happier with my experience there. Will absolutely come back!
